不同货币政策下我国物价水平的多元回归及Granger因果性分析

Abstract:

本文通过对1990~2000年及1998~2013年两阶段时间序列进行多元回归分析,对比了两阶段不同货币政策下稳定物价的效果,并对货币供应量、CDP增长和汇率三个因素与物价进行了Granger因果性分析。研究结果表明两个阶段货币政策对物价的影响效果不同,紧缩性的货币政策应对通胀有较好的效果,而适度宽松的货币政策对拉动经济以及提高人民消费水平的效果较小;除货币政策影响外,第一阶段经济增长对物价的影响不显著,汇率变动对物价有正向作用。第二阶段经济增长与物价呈现正相关关系,而汇率与物价变动方向相反。Granger因果检验结果得货币供应量M2增速、GDP都是CPI的Granger原因,且GDP是M2的Granger原因。

In this paper, through the analysis of the two stages of time series regression in the year between 1990 to 2000 and in the year between 1998 to 2013, we compared the effect of price stability in the two different stages of monetary policy and then made a Granger Causality analysis of money supply, CDP growth, exchange rate and price index. Research results showed that the effect of two stages of monetary policy on the price was different, that was to say the tightening of monetary policy had a good effect against inflation, and the effect of moderate monetary policy on the economy and improving people’s consumption level was smaller; besides the influence of monetary policy, the first phase of economic growth had no marked impact on prices, however the exchange rate had a positive effect on prices. The second phase of economic growth and price presented positive correlation, while the exchange rate and price change were in opposite directions. The results of Granger causality test showed that money supply growth rate, GDP were the Granger cause of CPI, and GDP was the Granger reason of M2.

Abstract:
本文通过对P2P网络借贷平台信用风险进行结构性分析,探究平台内部不同关联主体之间的信用风险,进而结合我国P2P网络借贷平台发展情况,分析国内P2P平台信用风险及其成因。鉴此提出,监管层应设置P2P平台准入门槛,强化过程监管,建立P2P行业信用评级标准,实施资金托管制度等。此外,平台应加强自律,严格执行对借款人的信用审核,加强平台风险管理,且平台与平台之间应加强合作,促进信息共享。
Through making an structural analysis on credit risk of P2P network lending platform, this article discussed the credit risks among different related subjects of the internal platform, and then ana-lyzed the credit risk and its causes of the domestic P2P platform combined with the development of P2P network lending platform in China. So we proposed that regulators should set the access threshold, strengthen the process of supervision, establish a credit rating of P2P industry standards, and implement the fund trusteeship system, etc. In addition, the platform should strengthen self-discipline, execute the credit checks of the borrower's strictly, and reinforce the risk management. Besides, the platform should strengthen the cooperation with the other platforms, and facilitate the information sharing.

拉卡托斯认为科学认识是一个动态发展的过程,任何科学理论都是由硬核和保护带构成,科学纲领的发展和调整遵循反面启发法和正面启发法两种方法论原则。本文从拉卡托斯科学研究纲领方法论的视角,探讨小学科学教材中“杠杆”教学的合理性和科学性,以期对拉卡托斯的科学研究纲领方法论有更深层次的理解,同时对科学教育者的教学有一定的启示作用。
Lakatos believes that scientific knowledge is a dynamic process of development, and any scientific theory is composed of a hard core and a protective belt, and the development and adjustment programs of scientific programme follow these two methodological principles about negative heuristics and positive heuristics. This study is to discuss primary science textbooks and scientific and reasonable “lever” of teaching based on the perspective of the science program research methods from Lakatos, which is intended to have a deeper understanding of his theory and give a certain inspiration to these science teachers.

Abstract: 本文分析了我国秘密准备金的含义及其形成方式,并将《企业会计制度》以及旧会计准则中对秘密准备的规定同新会计准则进行了比较,剖析了我国会计准则制定者对计提秘密准备金的态度,同时就我国秘密准备金存在的客观性进行了分析。  【关键词】秘密准备金秘密准备企业会计准则关于我国的秘密准备金,我们比较熟悉的是企业以利润操纵为目的,通过多计提资产减值准备或工资费用而过高估计负债形成的一类“秘密准备”。这类“秘密准备”的计提是《企业会计制度》所不允许的,笔者将其称为不合理的秘密准备金。另外,我国也存在以历史成本原则和价值估计为前提而形成的秘密准备金,笔者将其称为一般秘密准备金。一、一般秘密准备金的形成方式由于我国会计核算遵循的是历史成本原则,存在对资产及负债价值的估计,所以具备形成秘密准备金的前提条件。另外,我国民营企业和私营企业不断发展壮大,其倾向于选择比较稳健的会计政策,这也促使了我国企业形成秘密准备金。我国企业建立一般秘密准备金的方式主要有以下几种。1.低估资产价值。

Abstract: 遥感数据具有周期短、信息量大和成本低的特点,在生态水文模型中具有广泛的应用前景。本文从生态水文模型的概念出发,阐述了将遥感技术应用于生态水文模型的必要性,在此基础上总结了遥感在生态水文模型中的应用现状,最后,对遥感在流域生态水文模型应用中存在的关键问题(如遥感数据的不确定性、遥感的时空尺度与水文模型的不匹配、遥感数据与其他输入数据的空间尺度不兼容、模型参数估计与遥感数据同化)进行讨论。随着遥感技术的进步,高光谱、多波段数据的不断涌现,流域生态模拟的输入数据更加丰富和多样化,数据同化技术作为多源数据的融合和集成的重要手段,将极大推动遥感生态水文模型中的应用。
Remote sensing, with advantages of short period, abundance information, low cost, plays an important role in ecohydrological modeling. This paper firstly introduces the characteristics of ecohydrological model and their requirement for remote sensing data. Then the paper provides a perspective on current state of application of remote sensing in eco-hydrological modeling. The key problems of the application of remote sensing in ecohydrological modeling are addressed (i.e., the complex issues of uncertainty, scale mismatching et al.) which may be solved by data assimilation. With the development of remote sensing technology, hyperspectral and multispectral image becomes more and more popular, which will expand the application of remote sensing in ecohydrological modeling.

柏拉图认为“美是一种理念”,是至高无上的东西。而且整个西方古典美学,从柏拉图到黑格尔一直都是将艺术与生活相分离的。随着科学技术与艺术的发展,视觉艺术家开始重新探索美与生活相结合的表现形式。同时,杜威把握住人类生活与审美经验的联系,强调了艺术对生活的作用。为了探索交互设计与艺术审美之间的内在联系,本文将从交互设计入手,基于对实用审美主义的理解,深入探讨交互设计的内涵,提出以用户为核心的交互设计的构建,和结合人性化情感来设计交互界面的方法,同时指明杜威实用主义美学为探索交互技术的审美经验提供了理论依据。
Plato believes that “Beauty is a concept”, and it is supreme. Also in the whole Western classical aesthetics, art and life have been always separated from Plato to Hegel. With the development of science and art, the visual artists start to explore a form combining beauty and life. At the same time, Dewey grasps the connection between the daily lives and aesthetic experiences, and emphasizes the role that art plays in life. In order to explore the intrinsic link between interaction design and artistic aesthetics, this paper will start with interaction design, based on the understanding of practical aestheticism, and have a thorough discussion on the connotation of interaction design. It will propose a construction built with user-centric interaction design and a method combining with user-friendly emotional design interface. Also it will show that Dewey pragmatism aesthetics provides a theoretical basis to explore the aesthetic experience of the interactive technology.
渗透率级差影响下的薄差层层间干扰研究

Abstract:
以大庆油田某薄差层开发区为例,结合薄差层非均质特性建立层间干扰研究机理模型,对不同渗透率级差下采出程度的变化规律进行研究,并通过单层开采模型进行对比,最终确定薄差层多层合采渗透率级差界限。研究表明:薄差层层间干扰现象随渗透率级差增加而加剧;表外储层油水前缘突破后,日产油量和含水率随渗透率级差的变化加剧;与各层单独开采效果相比,在渗透率级差为20的情况下单层采出程度平均降低6.59个百分点;采出程度随渗透率级差的增加呈对数关系下降;充分考虑该类储层物性特征与矿场对薄差层采出程度的要求,综合确定薄差层有效开发渗透率级差应控制在20以内。研究成果矿场应用效果良好,对薄差层高效开发具有指导意义。

Abstract: 为了提高短时交通流预测精度,更加精确地进行交通流规划和管理,引入一种新颖的基于最小最大概率回归机(MPMR)的短时交通流预测模型。针对北京某公路监测站实测的交通流数据集以及英国某地区实测的交通流数据集,利用基于MPMR的预测模型进行短时交通流预测,并与常规的基于神经网络、基于支持向量机(SVM)以及基于自适应神经模糊推理系统(ANFIS)预测模型的预测性能进行比较。试验结果表明,基于MPMR的短时交通流预测模型可以很好地跟踪实际流量值,在同等条件下相比常规预测模型的预测精度更优,验证了所提出模型的有效性。
