作物群体边际效应规律及其应用

Abstract: 对作物边际效应的研究表明,有利生态因子的作用大于不利生态因子的作用时,作物群体发生正边际效应,表现为边际优势;不利生态因子的作用大于有利生态因子的作用时,作物群体发生负边际效应,表现为边际劣势。在作物群体内部条件一致的情况下,边际效应的绝对值随边距递增而递减。
钙离子对盐胁迫小麦幼苗氮代谢的影响

Abstract: 为探讨增强小麦抗盐能力的调控途径,以普通小麦豫麦34为材料,研究了ca2+对盐胁迫下小麦幼苗氮代谢及生长的影响。采用全营养液培养小麦幼苗至第一片叶完全展开,更换无钙营养液,并开始不同处理。处理分别为低盐胁迫(150mmol?l-1nacl)、低盐胁迫+4mmol?l-1ca2+、高盐胁迫(300mmol?l-1nacl)、高盐胁迫+4mmol?l-1ca2+,以无nacl胁迫的小麦为对照。5d后取样,测定了氮同化酶活性、代谢物含量、积累量及幼苗生长状况。结果表明,ca2+明显缓解了低盐胁迫对小麦幼苗的生长抑制,表现在鲜重、叶绿素及可溶性蛋白含量的增加,而对高盐胁迫下小麦幼苗的生长无明显改善效果;ca2+改善了低盐胁迫下小麦幼苗的氮营养状况,表现在氮积累量的增加,这一效应主要是通过硝酸还原酶(nr)、谷氨酰胺合成酶(gs)以及异柠檬酸脱氢酶(nadp\|icdh)活性的增强而实现的。ca2+未能改善高盐胁迫下小麦幼苗氮营养状况的主要限制因子在于nadp\|icdh活性未明显增加。
麦田潜在光热资源的生产潜力及开发利用

Abstract: 黄淮平原麦田群体结构单一,前期和后期绿色覆盖度较小,潜在光热资源丰富。据估算,河南省各地一般麦田潜在光、热资源量分别为30.39-32.23千卡/平方厘米和>0C积温819.6-1135.4C,生产潜力达950.7-1226.6公斤/亩。适当改变小麦种植方式,于秋季同作和套种适宜作物,可以显著提高麦田光能利用率和经济效益。
用光电法研究钝感炸药JB-9014反应区结构

Abstract: 报道了用光电法研究炸药反应区结构的原理、实验方法和钝感炸药JB-9014的反应区结构。研究结果表明,密度为1.894g/cm3的JB-9014炸药在平面一维定常爆轰时,其Neumann峰压力为36.5GPa,反应区宽度为1.75mm,反应过程时间为0.31μs;装药密度减少时,Neumann峰压力、反应区宽度和反应过程时间均减小。
谷子品种资源营养品质分析及抗病性鉴定

Abstract: 对1579份谷子品种资源的蛋白质、脂肪含量进行了分析,并对其中的1468份进行了谷瘟病抗性鉴定,结果表明,谷子品种蛋白质含量多集中在11.75%~14.74%,脂肪含量在3.04%~4.54%,且两者存在极显着的正相关;抗谷瘟病品种占参试品种的50%以上。

Abstract: To seek ways for improving salt\|tolerance of wheat plants, experiments were conducted to examine the ameliorative effects of Ca2+ on nitrogen metabolism under salt stress using an ordinary wheat cultivar (Triticum aestivum L. cv. Yumai 34) as the material. The wheat seedlings were cultured in full nutrient solution. The first leaf being fully expanded, different treatments were initiated by culturing the plants in the nutrient solution without calcium. NaCl (150 mmol?L-1 and 300 mmol?L-1) and combinations of NaCl + Ca2+ (150 mmol?L-1 + 4 mmol?L-1 and 300 mmol?L-1 + 4 mmol?L-1) were applied to the growing plants using no salt\|stressed plants as control. After 5 days of treatments, the activities of nitrogen assimilation enzymes, the amount of nitrogen assimilation and the growth status of wheat seedlings were determined. The results showed that Ca2+ significantly alleviated the depressed\|growth of wheat seedlings under low salt stress, manifesting the enhanced fresh weight, chlorophyll and soluble protein contents; while Ca2+ did not show obvious ameliorative effects under high salt stress. Ca2+ promoted the nitrogen assimilation and improved the status of nitrogen nutrition in wheat plants exposed to low salt stress, which could be mainly due to the enhanced activities of nitrate reductase (NR), glutamine synthetase (GS) and NADP\|dependent isocitrate dehydrogenase (NADP\|ICDH). The minor ameliorative effects of Ca2+ on nitrogen assimilation in wheat seedlings under high salt stress could be explained by the insignificant increase of NADP\|ICDH activity.

Abstract: In a experiment in which spring wheat plants were grown in the plant growth device made by ourselves,the effects of different soil water regimes and applying phosphorus patterns on photosynthetic efficiencies and water use efficiencies of spring wheat were investigated.The results of the research work reveal that photosynthetic curves had one peak under the condition of applying phosphorus at upper layer of the soil and watering only lower layer,while dual peak was observed under the condition of watering both in upper and lower layer irrespective of the regime in which phosphorus was applied.Net photosynthesis rate,water use efficiency(WUE) and leaf area increased by 11 8% to 15 59%,2 37% to 19 13% and 17 36% to 32 94%,respectively.Harvest index had a significant improvements which harmonized with the ratio of root to shoot,it was helpful for a high and stable yield in the arid areas through phosphorus utilization of upper soil layer.

Abstract: 为探究冬小麦-夏玉米田蒸散量变化规律,利用大型称重式蒸渗仪系统研究了冬小麦-夏玉米田蒸散量周年、不同阶段和日变化,对蒸散量与净辐射等气象要素进行了回归分析。结果表明:年蒸散量四季分布不均,春、夏、秋、冬四季分别占1年的44%,32%,17%,7%,总体呈"M"型变化;冬小麦拔节-抽穗期和夏玉米拔节-抽雄期是1周年的2个蒸散高峰期,也是作物生长水分临界期和补充灌溉的关键期;农田日蒸散量呈抛物线型;气象要素对蒸散量的影响顺序为:太阳净辐射量>气温>降雨量,太阳净辐射量和气温对蒸散量有显著的影响。

Abstract: The single structure of wheat colony in Huang-Huai Plain results in a low green coverage during the early and late growth period of wheat.Therefore,there exists a great amount of potential light and heat resources available to crops.It is estimated that the amount of this resources are 30.2-32.23Kcal.cm-2 for light and 819.6-1135.4 C.Day(>0C)for heat respectively with productivity of 950.7-1226.6kg/mu in winter wheat field in Henan Province.Then by changing the planting pattern of winter wheat through intercropped with suitable crops the utilization efficency of solar energy can be significantly increased.
