Abstract: 采用大气颗粒物分级采样器在同一地点连续采集灰霾天北京海淀城区空气样品,调研了空气中溴代二恶英(PBDD/Fs)的污染水平和在不同粒径颗粒物上的分布特征。研究结果表明:灰霾天城区空气样品中PBDD/Fs的质量浓度为1 535~6 053 fg/m3;PBDD/Fs的浓度随着颗粒物粒径(aerodynamic diameter,dae)的减小而增加,在dae<1.0 μm的颗粒物上浓度最高,80%以上的PBDD/Fs分布在dae<2.5 μm的颗粒物上;PBDD/Fs在不同粒径颗粒物上的含量不等,但均以高溴代二苯并呋喃(PBDFs)为主,且其所占比例随颗粒物粒径的增加而减小,然而多溴代二苯并-对-二恶英(PBDDs)在不同粒径颗粒物上的分布差异性却不显著。
Abstract:The concentration level and particle size distribution of polybrominated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans (PBDD/Fs) in urban ambient air in Haidian district in Beijing during haze episodes have been determined by continuously collecting samples at one site. The results showed that the PBDD/Fs concentrations ranged from 1 535 to 6 053 fg/m3. The concentrations of PBDD/Fs increased as the particle size decreased. The highest PBDD/Fs concentration was found in the aerodynamic particle diameter (labelled dae) range <1.0 μm and more than 80% of the PBDD/Fs were found in the range dae<2.5 μm particles. The concentrations on the different size of particles were found to vary, and the contributions of the higher brominated dibenzofurans to the total PBDD/Fs concentrations decreased as the particle size increased, but that was not the case for the polybrominated dibenzo-p-dioxins.

Abstract: 为研究母猪脑海马死亡后变化情况,试验以同一遗传背景(杜×长×大)、体重及出生日龄相近的健康雌性仔猪作研究对象,采用核磁共振成像检测及光镜技术,检测母猪麻醉状态与死后10 min、1、2、3、6和10 h时段左侧、右侧海马体积,观察两侧海马齿状回区颗粒细胞形态,建立母猪死后海马形态学变化模型,为长期处于应激状态下妊娠母猪心理疾病的核磁共振诊断提供理论依据。核磁检测结果表明,仔猪死亡10 h内,与活体对照组海马体积比较,左侧海马体积无显著变化(P=0.901);右侧及总海马体积在死亡3 h内无显著性变化(右侧P=0.078;总P=0.104),但从死亡6 h开始显著变小(右侧P<0.01;总P<0.05);光镜观察表明,仔猪死亡3 h内,左侧及右侧海马齿状回区颗粒细胞形态与活体对照组相比,均未发生严重损害。死亡3 h内,仔猪脑海马组织无显著生理变化。
Ag:InP/ZnSe纳米晶的合成与生物成像

Abstract: 摘要 采用高温热注入法,以P[N(CH3)2]3为磷源合成了具有近红外荧光的Ag:InP/ZnSe纳米晶.采用紫外-可见-近红外吸收光谱(UV-Vis-NIR)、荧光光谱、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等对产物的结构和光学性质进行了表征,并分析了Ag掺杂浓度和温度对InP纳米晶荧光性能的影响.通过调节Ag掺杂浓度和反应温度,发现当Ag掺杂量为6%,反应温度为200℃时,Ag:InP纳米晶的发光效率最高.将制备的Ag:InP的表面包覆ZnSe,粒子的荧光效率从原来的20%提高到45%.将具有近红外荧光的Ag:InP/ZnSe纳米晶应用于细胞成像,结果表明制备的荧光纳米晶在细胞成像中清晰可见且毒性较低

Abstract: 用两次液相外延制备了1.5μm InGaAsP/InP脊型波导分布反馈激光器.室温下无扭折直流光功率超过6mW,阈值电流为34mA,单面外微分量子效率高达33%.在室温附近的稳定单纵模工作温度范围超过43℃,波长温度系数为0.9A/K.在1.6mW输出光功率下的静态线宽为60MHz.在1GHz正弦调制下仍为单纵模输出.

Abstract:
目的:探讨在妇科病房日间化疗医护一体化模式的建立与实践,解决妇科肿瘤手术患者住院化疗难、治疗不及时等方面的问题。方法:确定日间化疗收治对象、收治流程;建立医护一体化管理新模式;对新模式的运作进行不断的优化、改进和创新,实现妇科病房日间化疗患者医护一体化管理新模式。结果:科内的日间病房在医护人员配置和床位的改建上可极大的缓解医护人力不足及床位少的情况。结论:妇科病房日间化疗患者医护一体化管理模式,方便妇科肿瘤化疗患者治疗,降低了化疗患者的住院费用,提高了患者及家属的满意度。
Objective: To explore the establishment and practice of the integration model of ambulatory chemotherapy in gynecological ward, and to solve the problems in the treatment of gynecological cancer patients with chemotherapy. The treatment is not timely and so on. Methods: We determine the daytime chemotherapy treated object and treated process, establish a new medical integration management mode and make the operation of new mode continuous optimization, improvement and innovation to achieve the new integration model of ambulatory chemotherapy in gynecological ward. Results: Kone’s day ward in the health care personnel allocation and bed reconstruction can greatly ease the shortage of health care and the situation of fewer beds. Conclusion: The integration management mode of the gynecological ward during the day chemotherapy in patients with gynecological cancer chemotherapy patients reduces the cost of chemotherapy patients and improves the satisfaction of patients and their families.
