Abstract: ?在本课题组此前采用显式方法设计0.14thz宽带折叠波导慢波结构的基础上,设计了一种0.14thz瓦量级输出折叠波导行波管。通过cstmws软件分析结构尺寸对冷测特性的影响规律来确定一组慢波结构参数,然后对电子枪、永磁聚焦系统、输入输出结构、衰减结构及收集极系统进行设计,最后经过cstps软件进行整管热测特性仿真模拟。此过程不断迭代,最终找到一组结构参数满足频率在0.14thz、输入功率为20mw时,折叠波导行波管输出功率大于6w。为了验证设计的电子光学系统的正确性,加工装配了一根流通管,并进行了流通率测试,测得流通率大于80%。

Abstract: The grazing incidence X-ray reflectivity (GIXR) technique and atomic force microscopy (AFM) were exploited to obtain an accurate evaluation of the surfaces and interfaces for metalorganic chemical vapor deposition grown AlxGa1-xN/GaN superlattice structures. The X-ray diffraction results have been combined with reflectivity data to evaluate the layer thickness and Al mole fraction in the AlGaN layer. The presence of a smooth interface is responsible for the observation of intensity oscillation in GIXR, which is well correlated to step flow observation in AFM images of the surface. The structure with a low Al mole fraction (x=0.25) and thin well width has a rather smooth surface for the Rrms of AFM data value is 0.45 nm.

Abstract: The preliminary results on molecular beam epitaxial growth of ZnTe/CdTe(211)B composite substrates on silicon for HgCdTe FPAs applications were described. Si/ZnTe/CdTe(211)B composite substrate on 3-inch Si was obtained by the improvements in low temperature treatment on Si(211), low temperature ZnTe nucleation, high temperature annealing as well as high temperature ZnTe or CdTe growth. (133) twin-free CdTe (211)B layers were obtained. The CdTe thickness was larger than 10 μm. An averaged XRD FWHM of 120 arc sec with a minimum value of 100 arc sec was achieved.
空间可扩展视频编码中增强层上的帧内预测算法研究

Abstract: 针对空间可扩展视频编码,提出了一种新的增强层上的帧内预测算法。该算法充分考虑了相邻层间所固有的空域相关性,在无法正确获取本层邻块预测值的情况下,利用基本层上插值放大后的解码,通过重构宏块来对增强层上的编码宏块进行帧内预测。此外,还在预测过程中,通过引入与图像纹理特征相关联的自适应加权因子对(?W??v,?W??h)来进一步提高新算法的编码性能。实验结果表明,与H.264标准中的帧内预测算法相比,新算法在保持原有码率和不增加额外的计算复杂度的前提下,可一定程度地提高亮度分量的PSNR值,因此可以作为空间可扩展视频编码中增强层上的帧内编码方案。

Abstract: The tilt relation and lattice misfit phenomenon between MBE-HgCdTe layers and different substrates were studied by employing reciprocal lattice mappings technology. The precise fit zinc composition in Cd 1-yZn yTe substrates was determined by analyzing the elastic deformation in MBE-HgCdTe layers. The result shows that MBE-HgCdTe epitaxial layers and substrates are tilted with respect to each other, and the tilt angle increases with the lattice mismatch. In the case of little mismatch between substrate and layer, the layer is strained with partially relaxation of stress. While the layer is full relaxed, the lattice mismatch becomes large. In this case, the HgCdTe layers have more misfit dislocations and larger width of half maximum.

Abstract:
研究了直流电流退火的Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9合金薄带的巨磁阻抗效应,实验发现,经0.72 A电流退火10 min后,样品巨磁阻抗比有最大值1810.4%。经0.74 A电流退火10 min后,样品由于自身存在偏置场,其巨磁阻抗效应开始出现零磁场的非对称现象,结合XRD图谱分析表明,样品非对称巨磁阻抗效应的产生与B6-Fe23硬磁相的析出有关。
We have investigated the giant magneto-impedance effect ofFe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5Balloy ribbons which were annealed by DC current. It was found that the maximum GMI ratio was 1810.43% after 10-min annealing current of 0.72 A. However, the GMI effect began to show asymmetric phenomenon around zero magnetic field after 10-min annealing current of 0.74 A in terms of its own existence bias field. XRD spectrum analysis indicated that the B6-Fe23 hard magnetic phase precipitated should be responsible for the asymmetric giant magneto-impedance effect.
电动汽车复合制动防抱死系统研究

Abstract: 为实现电动汽车制动防抱死控制,设计了电动汽车复合制动防抱死系统。首先建立了液压与电机制动防抱死模型;然后根据路面附着系数大小设计出复合制动防抱死控制模式;最后基于模糊PID控制设计了复合制动防抱死系统。在MATLAB/Simulink环境下同时建立复合制动与液压制动防抱死仿真模型,进行对比分析,结果表明:在不同附着系数路面,复合制动均能够有效控制滑移率,缩短制动时间和距离,回收制动能量;在对接路面,复合制动的控制效果更加理想,系统反应迅速、鲁棒性好。
In order to achieve anti-lock control of electric vehicle, a hybrid anti-lock braking system in electric vehicle is presented. Firstly, the models for hydraulic and motor anti-lock braking are established; secondly the hybrid anti-lock braking control mode is designed, according to the size of tire-road adhesion coefficient; finally, the hybrid anti-lock braking system is designed, based on the fuzzy-PID control. The simulation models for hybrid and hydraulic anti-lock braking are built simultaneously in MATLAB/Simulink in order to make comparative analysis, and the result shows that:on the different adhesion coefficient road, the hybrid braking can effectively control the slip ratio, shorten the braking time and distance, and recover the braking energy; on the joint-adhesion road, the hybrid braking can achieve an ideal control effect, and the system has rapid response and good robustness
