In the age of big data, more scientific and meticulous tax management requires to make full use of modern management theory and information technology, to realize the effective combination of scientific management and information technology. Based on the business intelligence as well as the introduction of the key tax source management system platform construction process description, this article describes the business intelligence in building digital land tax, strengthening tax data analysis and promoting the application of tax informatization.

Abstract:
液压挖掘机并联混合动力技术已经得到成功应用,并表现出良好的节能效果,尤其对于发动机燃油效率及寿命提升作用明显。然而其动力系统大都采用发动机、电动/发动机和液压泵同轴耦合方式,节省了装配空间,但亦存在强机电耦合,引起严重的轴系振动和噪声,影响主轴寿命和驾驶体验。本文分析了并联混合动力耦合机理及振动原因,提出了基于硬件减振和软件策略优化的解耦方法,以减少轴系振动,改善驾驶环境。
Parallel hybrid excavator technology has been successfully developed and showed good energy saving effect. Especially, it plays an important role for the life extension of the engine and the im-provement of fuel efficiency. However, its power systems were composed by diesel engine, electric motor and pump coaxially. Although it can save installation space by this link style, it may cause a strong electromechanical coupling, and even severe shafting vibration and noise. Eventually, it may affect spindle life and driving experience. Based on the analysis of the parallel hybrid vibration coupling mechanism, a new strategy based on hardware and software optimization was put forwarded. The experiment results show that it could reduce shaft vibration and improve the driving condition.

Abstract:
动态多变的制造系统环境中,良好的协调机制对提高制造系统的敏捷性、适应性和鲁棒性等将起到至关重要的作用。在阐述了智能制造系统协调机制意义的基础上,分析了现有协调机制与方法(如基于拉格朗日松弛法的协调、基于合同网的协调、基于Petri Net的协调、基于生物激素的协调等)的国内外研究现状及存在的问题。最后,指出了在智能制造系统中,对协调机制与方法需要进一步的研究方向。
Good coordination mechanism will play a crucial role in improving the agility, adaptability and robustness of manufacturing systems in dynamically changing manufacturing systems environment. Based on the significance of co- ordination mechanism for intelligent manufacturing system, the research status between foreign and domestic study progresses on the coordination mechanism and method (such as coordination based on Lagrange Relaxation method, co- ordination based on contract net protocol, coordination based on Petri Net, coordination based on biological hor-mone and pheromone, and so on) is given, some existent problems for coordination mechanism in existent research methods presently are pointed out. Finally, the future research trends of the coordination mechanism and methods for intelligent manufacturing system are presented.

Abstract:

探讨人力资源管理实践与组织绩效之间的关系,是近年来国内外战略人力资源管理的热点问题之一。而对于验证高绩效工作系统影响组织绩效的过程,已经有很多学者做出了初步尝试。相关研究成果显示,高绩效工作系统与企业绩效之间存在关联性,并且受到众多因素的影响。本文通过梳理国内外相关研究成果,从几个不同的视角探讨高绩效工作系统对组织绩效的作用机理。最后提出了现有研究的不足以及未来的研究方向,以期补充和促进相关理论和管理实践的发展。
It is the one of the hottest issues which explores the relationship between human resource man- agement practice and organizational performance in strategic human resource management field in recent years. In order to verify how the high performance work systems affect organizational performance, some scholars have made a preliminary attempt. Related research shows that the relationship between high-per- formance work systems and firm performance is influenced by numerous factors. By combing the relevant research results at home and abroad, this paper explores the mechanism of high performance work systems from several different perspectives. Finally, this paper puts forward the deficiency of the text as well as the future research direction in order to complement and promote the development of relevant theories and man- agement practice.

Abstract:
混合动力技术已经成为液压挖掘机节能研究的重点,基于混合动力技术的能量回收方案也得到了广泛研究。基于普通挖掘机的回转机构的特点分析,设计了一种电机驱动回转能量回收方案。方案以电动/发电一体机液压回转代替液压马达驱动回转机构,超级电容器为储能单元,采用矢量控制算法实现电机的驱动和能量回收。仿真研究表明,该方案具有较好的能量回收效果。
Hybrid technology has become the key technology to improve energy efficiency of hydraulic exca-vators. Based on it, several energy recovery schemes have been widely studied. After analyzing the characteristics of ordinary excavator slewing mechanism, a kind of motor-driven rotary energy recovery solutions has been introduced. It uses an electric motor instead of hydraulic motor to drive the slewing mechanism, and uses super-capacitor to be energy storage unit. Meanwhile, the vector control algorithm has been used to control the electric motor. Simulation results show that this solution could achieve good energy recovery efficiency.
泛摆线泵油槽结构对流量特性影响分析及优化

Abstract:
为了使航空发动机用泛摆线泵在各飞行高度下,保持良好的容积效率的基础上,有效降低流量脉动。本文利用CFD方法,分不同工作高度,对不同油槽结构的摆线泵内流场进行仿真。发现对于高转速单级泵,可以通过沟通进油槽或同时沟通进、出油槽的方式,有效降低流量脉动。为了更好地减小压力脉动,本文对进、出油槽同时沟通的情况进行了进一步分析,发现随着沟通面积的增大及油槽间距的缩短,实际流量呈先上升再下降的趋势,流量脉动呈先急速下降再缓慢上升的趋势。证明合理的选择沟通面积及油槽间距能保证流量,同时有效降低流量脉动。对于多级泵,通过对内转子齿数为4的两级泛摆线泵进行仿真,结果证明错相位法能够大幅降低多级泵的流量脉动。
To reduce the flow pulsation of the pan-cycloid pump of the aircraft engine effectively in different flight heights on the premise of maintaining excellent volumetric efficiency, simulations of flow field in the pan-cycloid pump of different cavity structure in different working heights are conducted with CFD method in this paper. It found that for high-speed single-stage pump, communicating inlet cavity or communicating both inlet and outlet cavity can reduce the flow pulsation effectively. Meanwhile, in order to reduce the pressure pulsation, the analysis under the situation of communicating both inlet and outlet cavity is carried out further, and we find that with the increase of the area of communication and decrease of the distance between the cavity, the actual flow rate increases at first and then declines, and the flow pulsation declines rapidly at first and then rise slowly. It is justified that this situation can reduce the flow pulsation effectively, while maintaining the enough actual flow. For multi-stage pump, through the simulation of two-stage pan-cycloid pump with 4 inner rotor teeth, it is proved that dislocation method can significantly reduce the flow pulsation of multi-stage pump.
