Abstract:

当前,国家劳动法律法规对大型企业集用工管理体制机制提出更为严格的规范要求,迫切需要企业改进劳动用工模式的顶层设计,优化劳务派遣用工策略。本研究以劳务派遣用工和合同制用工之间的互动关系“强弱”程度为对象,以岗位或业务的价值链关联程度为标准,构建劳务派遣用工模式选择的“强弱”融入模型,为规范大型企业集团劳务派遣用工方式,从根本上实现劳务派遣用工的规范化转型,提供策略选择方法和路径。

Currently, the labor laws and regulations of the state have proposed to large conglomerates a stricter specification as for their labor management system, raising an urgent need for the enterprises to improve the top-level design of their labor modes, optimizing labor dispatch as a labor strategy. This research, which sets as the object the “strong-weak” relationship of the interaction of labor dispatch and contract bound labor use; and as the standard the relevancy of the value chain of the post or business, constructs the “strong-weak” blend-in mode chosen by labor dispatch mode, which in turn serves as a way and strategy to standardize the labor dispatch mode of large conglomerates and realize fundamentally its general transition of standardization.

Abstract:
硅(Si)元素在地壳中的丰度位居第二(约占27%),也是海洋生态系统中重要的生源要素。硅作为海洋浮游植物优势组分——硅藻生长所必需的营养元素,能够形成生源硅参与到硅循环中,并且是生物泵的重要载体,因此它的生物地球化学循环与全球碳循环及全球气候变化密切相关。生源硅的溶解作为海洋硅循环的重要组成部分,贯穿于从生源硅生成、沉降到埋藏的所有环节,是连接海表到海底的桥梁。本文概述了近年来海洋中有关生源硅溶解的研究进展,从动力学方程方面探讨了影响生源硅溶解速率的因素,并介绍了四种测定生源硅溶解速率的实验方法,指出目前研究中存在的问题,展望研究重点,以期为今后海洋硅循环的研究提供背景资料。
Silicon, which represents 27% of the lithosphere, plays an important role in marine ecosystem, and it makes the linkage with the global carbon cycle and climate change, through the biological pump of CO2. Biogenic silica (BSi) is produced mainly by diatoms, which are the predominant algae in many areas of the world ocean. The dissolution be-havior of BSi can be a bridge for understanding of the ocean Si cycle, because of its close relation with the production, export and burial of BSi. In this paper, the present research progress of the marine BSi dissolution behavior are re-viewed, and the major controlling factors effected the dissolution rate of BSi are discussed from the point of dynamical equations, in addition, four methods determining the dissolution rate of BSi are introduced, including the method prob-lems at present, so as to provide background information for researching of ocean Si cycle in the future.

Abstract:
由于受数据采集时间、照射剂量、成像系统扫描的几何位置等因素的约束,计算机断层成像(CT)技术目前只能在有限角度范围或在较少的投影角度得到数据,这些都属于不完全角度重建问题。图像重建问题中的总变分(Total-Variation, TV)最小化模型使用基于交替方向法(alternating direction method, ADM)的稀疏优化算法能够在不完全角度的图像重建中获得较优的重建结果。然而,在极稀疏的角度数量下,各向同性TV最小化算法的重建精度不是很理想,存在进一步改善空间。本文针对该问题,通过基于稀疏优化的交替方向方法推导基于各向异性TV最小化的CT图像重建算法。实验结果表明,在稀疏角度重建中,本文提出的基于各向异性TV最小化重建算法与各向同性TV最小化重建算法相比,在稀疏性保持良好的基础上,重建精度上存在优势,综合性能方面表现更优异。
In many practical applications, due to the data acquisition time, dose, and geometric constraint scanning, only in a limited Angle range, various data is available to acquire. It is the so-called few-view problem. In recent years, the Total Variation (TV) minimization model, using alternating direction method (ADM) in sparse optimization algorithm shows better reconstruction results among these TV-based algorithms. However, Isotropic TV minimization based algorithms for few- view reconstruction has not so good accuracy and there is further improvement to achieve. Aiming at this problem, Anisotropic TV minimization algorithm is proposed in this paper. The algorithm is based on ADM and uses sparse optimization theory. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method compared with Isotropic TV minimization algorithm, has higher reconstruction accuracy and a more excellent comprehensive performance.

Abstract:
本文采用因子分析法对18所高等院校教学情况进行评价,改善了以往教学评价方法中主观因素较多的局限,具有较强的客观性。研究结果表明师资与教学效果是高等学校教学评价的关键性指标,学校要获得好的评价结果,就必须要加强高校的人才梯队培养、积极鼓励学生参加科技创新活动等。
This article takes the empirical analysis on 18 colleges and universities teaching evaluation based on factor analysis, eliminating the subjectivity in traditional teaching evaluation and improving objectiveness. Research results suggest that faculty and teaching effects are the key factors, and to get good result, the colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of person echelon and encourage students to take part in innovation activities etc.

Abstract: 在对SCI、SSCI收录期刊进行分析整理的基础上,检索出62种人文地理学相关期刊,其中SCI收录期刊4种,SSCI收录期刊60种,2种期刊同时被SCI、SSCI收录。并按照研究内容将SSCI收录的60种期刊分成9类,列出影响因子较高的期刊与发表中国作者论文数量较多的期刊,同时对这些期刊的内容、侧重点、特征、影响因子加以分析;对4种SCI期刊着重分析了特征。并就目前国内人文地理学者发表SCI、SSCI文章的现状进行分析总结,认为目前发文量低的原因主要有过分重视SCI,相对轻视SSCI,SSCI收录国内期刊少,对SSCI期刊缺乏了解3个方面。针对SSCI论文写作和投稿提出了4点建议。

Abstract: 本文运用“浅池理论”给出假设条件,推导出浓缩机底流量不可忽略和可忽略两种情况下煤泥颗粒的最小沉降速度公式,并分析煤泥颗粒最小沉降速度的影响因素。在此基础上,对浓缩机入料装置进行改进,改变了入料液流的方式和方向,增加了水平流动层的厚度,稳定了浓缩机入料流态,改善了煤泥颗粒沉降的路线,有效提高了煤泥颗粒沉降速度的稳定性。

Abstract: 本文在分析影响水力旋流器分级效率因数的基础上,提出通过降低底流中细粒级含量来增大旋流器的分级效率的方法,并对旋流器做了一些改进。新型旋流器采用加冲洗水的方式对矿浆进行二次分级,利用独特的底流口旋转筛分分级技术对底流进行三次分级,减少底流中细粒含量,以满足高效分级的要求。
