Abstract:
胡杨林是干旱荒漠地区唯一的森林树种,塔里木河两岸的胡杨林是世界上面积最大的荒漠森林,对于调节新疆气候,防治沙尘暴,保护农牧业生产,绿化荒漠起了非常重要的作用,是荒漠地区宝贵的树种资源。过去由于自然的和历史的原因,胡杨林曾遭到了很大的破坏,使脆弱的荒漠生态恶化。弄清楚天然胡杨林的演替规律,来保护和恢复天然林,并模拟演替规律来发展人工林,使其在我国北方广大干旱区的农田防护林体系建设中发挥重要作用,对于搞好社会主义生态文明建设具有非常重要的意义。
Known as the sole forest species in arid-desert area, Populus euphratica forest on both banks of the Tarim River, the widest distribution of that in desert zone on the earth, plays a vital role in regulating Xinjiang’s climate, preventing sand storm disasters, safeguarding agricultural and animal husbandry production and re-greening desert, and hence a invaluable tree species resource in desert area. Previously, due to both natural and historical reasons, Populus euphratica forest was destroyed largely, resulting in the deterioration of fragile deserts ecosystem. Therefore, to find out the succession rule of natural Populus euphratica forest to safeguard and recover natural forest, and simulate such rule to develop man-made forest, has profound significance for the construction of farmland protection forest system in arid areas in North China and the socialism construction of ecological civilization as well.

Abstract:
本文设计了一种具有平移不变性、方向和尺度联合可控特性的金字塔变换,称为几何变形可控金字塔变换(DPT)。此DPT从一种数值形式表示的方向可控金字塔变换(SPT)发展而来。我们以SPT的每一个方向可控基滤波器作为核函数,并通过奇异值分解(SVD)设计针对该方向的尺度可控基滤波器和插值函数。我们以此尺度可控基滤波器作为DPT的分析滤波器,进而在理想重构约束下通过理论推导得到DPT的综合滤波器。另外,我们还通过理论推导获得了实现方向可控特性的插值函数,并通过定量表达式分析了采用不同数量的尺度可控基滤波器时对DPT重构性能的影响。数值仿真表明,本文设计的尺度可控基滤波器能满足理想重构约束,且能在误差不超过1 dB的情况下以一半数量的尺度可控基滤波器逼近最优重构性能。
This paper presents a deformable pyramid transform (DPT) with shift-invariance, steerability, and scalability. This DPT is extended from a numerical steerable pyramid transform (SPT). We take each steerable basis filter of the SPT as the kernel. For each kernel, we employ the singular value decomposition (SVD) approach to construct scalable basis filters and their corresponding interpolation functions. These scalable basis filters are used as analysis filters of the DPT. Its synthesis filters are then theoretically derived under the constraint of perfect reconstruction for analysis and synthesis filters. In addition, we theoretically derive the interpolation function for steerability, and quantitatively analyze the relationship between the number of scalable basis filters and the reconstruction performance. Numerical simulations demonstrate that the proposed scalable basis filters satisfy the constraint of perfect reconstruction. Also, it is observed that merely using half of the number of scalable basis filters can approximate the optimum reconstruction performance at a cost of reconstruction error within 1 dB.

本文从全国市场化改革的背景出发,用国际产业理论作为指导,详细分析了珠海发展金融业的优劣势,探讨珠海市如何利用其比邻深港澳这一特殊地域优势来设计其产业发展战略。在与深港澳的比较中,不难发现,珠海发展金融业的基础薄弱,不具备与它们直接竞争的优势。珠海应该甘当香港和深圳的配角,重点发展其他产业,走互补型和差异化的发展之路。
Under the background of national market-oriented reform, the theory of international industrial is used as a guideline. This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Zhuhai financial industry environments and discusses how to use the special geographical advantage as the closest neighbor of Hong Kong and Macao to design its industrial development strategy. In comparison with Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Macao, it is not difficult to find that the development of the financial industry of Zhuhai is still weak, and it does not have direct competitive advantages in such area. Zhuhai should play a supporting role in financial area, focusing on the development of other industries, and setting foot on complementary and differentiated development road.

Abstract: 随着社交媒体的兴起及信息技术的发展,把互动创新应用于营销、管理和生产等方面将为定制企业带来机遇和挑战,成为越来越多定制生产企业未来的发展方向。本文首先从现有定制方式存在的局限性、互动创新是未来竞争的范式等,分析了互动创新驱动的大规模个性化定制模式出现的必然性;然后,提出了“互动创新驱动的大规模个性化定制”智造生产模式,分析了其运作流程。在客户动态需求环境下,利用该模式能充分发挥“互动创新”的驱动作用,开发利用互动创新知识,促进客户、电商商户、生产商、供应商等供应链上的各方实现双向推拉结合的“互动创新”,从而实现产品创新、市场创新、服务创新。最后,用在线定制Nina鞋的案例应用说明了所提模式的运作过程。
With the rise of social media and the development of information technology, the application of co-creation such as marketing, management, and production will bring opportunities and chal-lenges, and it has become more and more customized production enterprise’s future development direction. This article firstly analyzes the inevitability of the “mass personalization driven by co-creation” pattern from the limitations of MC and personalization, the new paradigm of enterprise competitiveness and so on. Then, this article puts forward the “mass personalization driven by co-creation model”. Under the dynamic customer demand circumstance, it can exploit the co-creation knowledge, and promote the customer, manufacturers, suppliers and other parties to realize two-way push-pull combination of “co-creation” using the mode, so it can realize product innovation, marketing innovation and service innovation. Finally, the application of online custo-mization Nina shoes case proves the operation process of the proposed mode.

Abstract: 土体固结度是真空预压法加固土体效果的一个重要评价指标,地基最大沉降量的计算是确定土体固结度的关键。本文结合工程实例,分析了GM(1,1)灰色模型在真空预压沉降预测中的可行性,根据部分实测数据计算了地基最大沉降量及土体固结度,并与常用的三点法和双曲线法计算结果进行对比,结果表明GM(1,1)灰色模型的预测结果更符合工程实际。该研究对真空预压施工具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: 上个世纪80年代初,台湾学术界曾掀起一场社会科学的“中国化”运动。这场运动最初由社会学、心理学和人类学的几位学者所发动,但很快便波及到人文社会科学的各个领域,从而成为台湾现代史上最为重要的一次学术运动。由这场运动所提出的一系列重要学术论题,30多年来也一直是台湾学术界不断探索、讨论和争执的热点问题。更为重要的是,这场以“中国化”为目标的学术运动,后来在台湾社会各种政治与意识形态力量的强势介入下,又发生了由“中国化”向“本土化”的转变,并最终与政治社会领域的“本土化”运动产生某种交叉和重叠。本文从学术史的角度,旨在通过对这场学术运动的系统梳理与回顾,以厘清其发生、发展的具体过程,分析由“中国化”向“本土化”转变的内因外缘,并进而总结这场学术运动的学理性价值及其教训。
