论地质勘查行业的事故特点与安全投入

Abstract: 本文采用安全研究与经济对策相结合的方法,依据工作性质和系统致因理论,提出了地质勘查作业“人导致事故”、“环境导致事故”和“设备导致事故”三类事故成因类型,分析了三类事故发生的概率特征,在此基础上有针对性地提出了地勘业安全投入的结构、重点和适度区间的建议,并阐述了由此形成的安全投入的效果表现形式。该研究可为主管部门制定地勘业的安全政策提供参考,也可为地勘单位加强安全防护措施提供依据。

Abstract:
为了开发用于计算立井井筒装备结构分析软件,首次提出基于SAP2000的立井井筒装备结构建模方法;首先依据井筒装备结构和各构件特点,将井筒装备结构分为5种类型,构建了立井井筒装备各构件位置坐标的数学模型,实现了立井井筒装备参数化建模;然后根据立井井筒装备各构件连接特点和边界特点,合理设置了模型中各构件的连接和边界,又根据立井井筒装备荷载水平力特性,确定了荷载水平力作用位置和工况组合;最后为开发基于SAP2000的立井井筒装备结构计算软件提供了依据。
To develop structural analysis software for calculating shaft equipment, modeling method for structure of shaft equipment based on SAP2000 is firstly presented. First of all, based on the fea-ture of shaft equipment and each member, structure of shaft equipment is divided into five types. Mathematic model of each member of shaft equipment is established, meanwhile, parametric modeling for shaft equipment is realized. Then, according to the feature of connection and boun-daries, which belongs to the members of shaft equipment, the reasonable connection and boundaries of each member are set up in the model. On the basis of the load characteristics of horizontal force, the combination of the horizontal force’s working position and condition is determined. In the end, it is helpful for developing the structural analysis software for shaft equipment based on SAP2000.

Abstract:
为解决自动灌装系统的快速视觉定位问题,本文通过对蛇类缠绕行为中的力学分析和过程模拟,提出了一种孔心仿生定位方法。该方法先对灌装桶图像进行快速二值化处理,并针对噪声和灌注孔形成的黑色像素,获取其重心位置;随后,模拟蛇在缠绕猎物时的挤压过程,缩小图像处理范围;并通过蛇的姿态调整行为,重新寻找图像重心,直至图像重心与灌注孔心完全重合。对比实验表明:本文方法计算量小,精度高,抗干扰能力强,处理速度是Hough变换方法的20余倍。
To solve the problem of rapid visual positioning in automatic filling system, a bionic positioning method for the filling center is proposed based on the force analysis and process simulation of snake-enlacing. In the proposed method, the image of filling barrel is firstly transferred into a binary one by means of a fast algorithm. Then the image is narrowed by simulating the way that snakes crimp their preys after the centroid of black pixels caused by the filling hole and noise is calculated. And the centroid of the narrowed image is recursively calculated inspired by the behavior of gesture adjustment of snake until the filling center is in accord with the resulting centroid. The comparison experiment shows that the proposed method is with less computational consuming, higher precision, robust against the noise, and high calculation speed more than 20 times than the Hough Transform method.

Abstract: 针对组合导航系统中多传感器输出不同步的问题,提出一种基于矢量信息分配的异步联邦滤波算法的INS/GNSS/CNS组合方案,根据各子系统的工作特性,分析并设计了基于INS/GNSS位置组合以及INS/CNS姿态组合的联邦滤波模型,并采用矢量形式的信息分配方法提高了滤波器的精度.针对量测异步问题,设计了时间与量测更新分离的异步非等间隔算法.系统仿真实验表明,该算法可以有效地实现对INS、GNSS、CNS的多信息的异步融合,与常规异步滤波方法相比较,组合系统的滤波精度有明显提高,具有重要的实际应用价值.
基于SSE2的YUV与RGB色彩空间转换

Abstract: 视频处理中需要完成从YUV色彩空间到RGB色彩空间的转换。通过分析YUV格式与RGB格式间的转换算法,提出使用整形计算替代浮点运算,利用整除256对应右移八位操作,提高运算速度。结合使用Intel单指令多数据扩展指令集SSE2技术进行算法优化后,显著提高格式转换运算的效率。实验结果表明,采用此技术可以提高25倍以上的运算速度,在视频处理中具有很好的应用性。
着装方式对服装隔热性能的影响

Abstract: 穿着方式的改变会导致服装传热的方式和大小变化。本文将着装方式导致的改变归纳为三个关联因子:服装对人体的覆盖面积、服装开口以及服装表面积变化率,并确定了相应的表征指标和测量方法。从单因子影响和多因子交互影响等角度,比较分析了着装方式的三个关联因子对服装隔热性能的影响。结果表明:面积覆盖率与服装热阻呈显著正相关,通风指数与服装热阻呈显著负相关;在着装方式改变的过程中,对服装隔热性能的调节作用面积覆盖率影响最大,表面积变化率影响最小。
着装方式的构成因子解析及其组合设计

Abstract: 同一件服装在不同穿着方式下表现出不同的隔热性能。本文将服装的着装方式解构为三个影响因子:服装对人体的覆盖面积;服装开口;服装局部面料堆积。基于这三个影响因子进行了穿着方式可变的功能服装研发。通过穿着实验进行人体工效客观测量和受试者主观感觉评价,针对服装的门襟开口量、衣袖整体的移除及折叠位置、前臂衣袖的移除(上挽)量进行了实验评价,完成了具有不同穿着方式的实验服装的设计方案优化,为定量测评着装方式对服装隔热性能的影响奠定了基础。

Abstract: 本文分析噪声的复杂性可归结为模型误差的两个本质特征:混合误差特性和系统误差的不确定性,建立了描述混合误差中次低频部分的自由节点样条参数模型和高频部分的时变自回归模型,提出了结合数据融合过程的系统误差状态模型和精度折合因子方法,最后,导出了数据融合处理参数估计精度的综合计算过程,实际计算结果说明了方法的合理性.

Abstract: 基于异型热管传热机理, 设计出一套适用于硅烷法生产电子级高纯多晶硅的反应器, 利用Fluent软件对反应器内流场进行了研究.结果表明:反应器内温度场比较均匀, 异型热管的加入改善了温度分布, 各截面温度随进料气进口速度增加而降低, 进口速度由10 m/s提高到50 m/s, 反应器内温度降低了4.64%; 各截面温度随硅棒增粗而逐渐升高, 硅棒从60 mm增粗至140 mm, 反应器内温度升高了9.44% ; 反应器内各截面硅烷浓度大致保持均匀, 各截面硅烷浓度随进料气进口速度增加, 随硅棒增粗而降低; 硅棒表面沉积速率随进料气进口速度增加而提高, 随硅棒增粗而降低.
Based on the heat transfer mechanism of the shaped heat pipe,the reactor for the production of electronic grade high purity polysilicon was designed. The flow field in the new reactor was studied by Fluent software. The results show that the temperature field in the reactor is relatively uniform,and the addition of the special-shaped heat pipes improves the temperature distribution of the new reactor. The cross-section temperature of the reactor decreases with the increase of feed gas inlet velocity and when the inlet velocity increases from 10 m/s to 50 m/s,the cross-section temperature is reduced by 4.64% . The cross-section temperature increases gradually with the silicon rod thickening,and then the silicon rod increases from 60 mm to 140 mm,the cross-section temperature of the reactor increases by 9.44% . The silane concentration of each cross-section in the reactor is uniform,which increases with the feed gas inlet velocity and decreases with the thickening of the silicon rods. The deposition rate of silicon rods increases with the increase of feed gas inlet velocity,and decreases with the thickening of silicon rods
