Abstract: 中国以清洁发展机制为交易方式的碳市场发展迅速,但作为碳交易市场最大的排放权输出国,目前还没有明确的碳排交易价格体系,难以掌握价格的决定权,导致碳交易价格持续走低,交易风险较高。本文从国际需求、国内供给、国内限价政策以及国际市场几个方面,探讨中国碳交易市场价格的影响因素,并在此基础上提出了促进碳交易市场发展的对策建议。
Although the development of Chinese Carbon Trading Market under CDM is dramatically, China as the biggest exporting country of carbon emissions lack the pricing decision right. This paper discuss the factors of China’s carbon trading market pricing decision based on international demand, domestic supply and international market price policy. Moreover, this paper raises some suggestions on how to promote the development of the carbon trading market.

Abstract: 以甲醇浸泡菹草干粉4 d,过滤、减压蒸干后,制备到菹草甲醇浸膏。此浸膏用90%甲醇水溶液(V/V)溶解后,依次以石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇为溶剂,采用液液萃取法进一步分离。经过滤、减压蒸干,获得4种液液分离提取物-石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和蒸馏水提取物,得率分别为38.5%、21.9%、9.37%和26.6%。在此基础上,通过测定藻细胞数量,观察藻细胞形态,分析藻细胞内叶绿素、蛋白质和多糖含量等生理指标的变化,研究了此4种液液分离提取物对米氏凯伦藻(Karenia mikimitoi)、中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)和塔玛亚历山大藻(Alexandrium tamarense)生长的影响。结果表明,石油醚和乙酸乙酯提取物能明显降低3种赤潮微藻的细胞数量。当提取物浓度为16 mg/L时,此2种提取物对3种赤潮微藻的生长抑制率超过66%(第12 d)。同时,此2种提取物显著改变了3种赤潮微藻的细胞形态,致使藻细胞出现空洞、破碎和色素明显减褪现象。并且,它们还能显著影响藻细胞内叶绿素、蛋白质和多糖等生理指标的合成。在实验设定浓度范围内,正丁醇和蒸馏水提取物未对3种赤潮微藻的生长产生明显的影响。
To study effects of solvent-partitioned fractions of methanol extracts from Potamogeton crispus on the growth of the three species of microalgae (Karenia mikimitoi, Skeletonema costatum and Alexandrium tamarense), the extracts were extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and distilled water by liquid-liquid fractionaction, respectively. And yields of solvent-partitioned fractions were 38.5% petroleum ether extracts, 21.9% ethyl acetate extracts, 9.37% n-butanol extracts and 26.6% distilled water extracts, respectively. Based on the observation of algal morphology and the measurement of algal number, and the contents of physiological indicators (protein, polysaccharide and chlorophyll), the results showed the petro- leum ether extracts and ethyl acetate extracts from methanol extracts of Potamogeton crispus had the stron- gest action. The inhibitory effect of the tested microalgae by these two extracts was above 66% in day 12 at the concentration of 16 mg/L. And the petroleum ether extracts and ethyl acetate extracts caused cavities, pieces and chlorophyll decreased in cells. The further investigation found that these two extracts significantly decreased the contents of protein, polysaccharide and chlorophyll in the cells of those microalgae. But n- butanol extracts and distilled water extracts had not significant affect the growth of the all test microalgae.

本文采用ANSYS/FLOTRAN对除尘器脱水板的空气流体进行二维模拟,得出除尘器脱水板空气的分布和进出风口的压差,并通过和国外产品除尘器脱水板结构的流体分析的比较,得出空气阻力小的优化结构。
In this paper, we adopt ANSYS/FLOTRAN to simulate two-dimensional fluid of deduster dehydration, obtain the gas distribution and pressure value between the inlet and outlet of deduster dehydration, and get the optimal structure with low air resistance by comparison with the structure of foreign products.

Abstract:
对油藏属性参数变化规律及其变化机理的研究可为优化油气富集区的开发模式奠定基础。本文对比国内外计算相对渗透率方法并对油田开发过程中孔隙度和渗透率变化的影响因素进行研究得出:油田开发过程中孔隙度和渗透率变化的影响因素很多,包括裂缝的连通性、孔隙大小分布、注入水悬浮固体、注入水和地层水的不相容性、最佳注入速度,以及岩石类型和阻力等都是影响注水效果最重要的控制因素。针对国内水驱油田目前的开发状况,在计算相对渗透率过程中可以借鉴国外的做法,注重研究测量数据和计算方法之间的内在关系和匹配方式。
Study on reservoir parameters variation rules and characteristics provide fundament for develop-ment modes of optimizing remaining pay zone. This paper compares relative permeability calcula-tion methods domestic and overseas and studys influential factors of porosity and permeability var-iations during oilfield development, recognitions of this paper are concluded as follows: influential factors of porosity and permeability variations during oilfield development include factures conduc-tivity, pore scale and distribution, suspended solid of injected water, incompatibility of injected wa-ter and formation water, optimum injection rate, and rock types and resistance. According to the development status in domestic waterflood oilfields, when calculating relative permeability, foreign experience of focusing on correlation and match of measured data can be referred.

Abstract:
我们对未活化的苯乙烯末端烯烃进行了脱氢Heck反应的研究,运用Pd(acac)2做催化剂,Cu(OAc)2作氧化剂,并添加少量AgF,乙酸乙酯作溶剂,在100℃下反应24 h,苯乙烯直接脱氢得到1,4-二苯基-1,3-丁二烯,具有共轭结构,能作为许多有价值化合物的中间体,具有潜在的应用价值,我们还对该反应提出了一个可能的机理。
The work about dehydrogenative Heck reaction of unactivated terminal alkene of styrene was studied. Using Pd(acac)2 as catalyst, Cu(OAc)2 as oxidant, EtOAc as solvent, and adding some AgF, at 100?C for 24 h, styrene was directly dehydrogenized to generate 1,4-dipheny-1,3-butadiene with conjugated construction which can be intermediate of many value compounds, so this reaction has potential value. A plausible mechanism was proposed.

Abstract: 采用混合浸渍法制备了以水滑石为载体的Pd—Cu催化剂,利用比表面仪(BET)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、场发射透射电子显微镜(FTEM)以及X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对催化剂进行了表征,考查了其对水中NO3^-的吸附、催化氢还原性能,并与其他载体(氧化铝(A1203)、二氧化钛(TiO2)、分子筛(HZSM))的催化剂进行了比较.结果表明,以水滑石为载体的Pd—Cu催化剂是比表面积较大(185.3m^2/g)的中孔(52.2A)材料,活性金属粒子大小均匀(〈10nm),其在水中发生层状结构重建,可吸附水中的NO3^-,吸附等温线符合Langmuir模型;Pd—Cu/水滑石对于NO3^-的催化还原是吸附作用和催化氢还原作用的连续动态过程,因此,与Al2O3,TiO2,HZSM为载体的催化剂相比较,水滑石为载体的催化剂具有更高的催化还原活性和较高的选择性.水滑石在水中存在一定的表面水解,但析出的金属离子浓度均小于现行的饮用水标准,重复使用试验表明Pd-Cu/水滑石催化还原水中硝酸根的稳定性较好.

Abstract: 在罗马法中,合同被称为契约,并被形象地比喻为“法锁”。“法锁”的含义就是指合同能对双方当事人产生法律约束力,债务人必须履行自己的合同义务,债权人也只有根据合同才能对债务享有权利,在合同的有效期内,当事人都必须遵守合同的规定。而合同背后的法律责任是违约责任。正如一德国学者所言,合同作为一种制度不仅被限定在当事人之间通过订约而实现其私人目标方面,而且应包括在一方违约后的责任确定方面。可见,违约责任制度是《合同法》所要解决的核心问题,违约责任制度也是《合同法》中一项非常重要的制度。  一、违约责任的经济学分析  1.立约人的预防成本函数。当合同一方当事人没有按约定履行合同时,合同就被破坏或违反,受损方可以依法要求法院强制违约方执行合同。如果法院判定合同已是有效合同,那么违约方就必须依法承担相应的责任,进行违约赔偿。因此,立约人通常要采取措施以防止导致自己违约的意外事件发生。但在采取这类措施时,立约人必须平衡由此而支出的费用。这样在立约方就会产生经济学意义上的预防成本。

Abstract:   一、股权分置对我国证券市场的不利影响  我国证券市场只有十几年的发展历史,与发达国家如美国已有百余年的证券市场历史相比,显得十分稚嫩,是典型的新兴市场。而且我国证券市场是在经济体制转轨过程中建立和发展起来的,除了有“新兴”的特征,还有明显的转轨烙印。这个“转轨”即在制度设计上由股权分置安排转为股权分置改革。解决股权分置问题能在一定程度上恢复资本市场的固有功能,即价格发现功能和对上市公司行为的市场约束功能。而作为历史遗留的制度性缺陷,股权分置在我国存在着不足,在诸多方面制约了我国资本市场的规范发展和国有资产管理体制的根本性变革。随着新股发行上市不断积累,这一问题对资本市场改革开放和稳定发展的不利影响也日益突出。其主要表现在以下几个方面:

Abstract: 本文基于现金流量建立了虚拟股票期权模型来评价企业经营业绩,同时探讨了该虚拟股票期权计划的设计要点和优势。【关键词】现金流量虚拟股票期权业绩评价股权激励制度有效发挥作用的基础是设计一套良好的业绩评价指标体系。股权激励制度建立在对经营业绩的正确评价之上,有效的业绩评价指标体系是股权激励顺利执行的保证。因此,只有在保证财务数据真实准确的基础上建立健全业绩评价指标体系,股权激励才能真正起到作用。传统的业绩评价指标体系存在很大缺陷,容易导致公司绩效评价失真。因此,重新设计一套有效的业绩评价指标体系就很有必要。  一、基于现金流量的虚拟股票期权模型  虚拟股票期权这一激励制度是指公司给与获受人一定数量的虚拟股票。这种办法是在不授予高层管理人员股票的情况下,将他们的收益和公司股票价值上升联系起来。对于这些虚拟股票,高层管理人员没有所有权,但享有股票的增值收益以及享受分红的权利。获受人在任期内获得的全部股权激励由其在任期内为公司创造的增值收益大小确定。获受人通过虚拟股票期权取得的收益由任期内公司业绩提高带来的增值收益确定。增值收益R的计算公式为:
