Abstract:
本文构建投资环境综合评价指标体系,在此基础上运用层次分析法分析了江苏省淮安市台资企业对本地投资环境评价状况。数据来源于访谈和问卷。研究发现:台资企业对淮安基础设施建设和政府支持最为满意;对淮安的产业配套条件满意度最低;本地制度文化环境因素在一定程度上也无法达到台商要求。
This paper makes a comprehensive evaluation index system about the investment environment, and uses AHP approach to analyze how Taiwan’s enterprises evaluate local investment environment. All data comes from face-to-face interviews and questionnaires. There are some findings as follows: local infrastruc- tures and local government meet Taiwan’s enterprises well. However, local supporting industry cannot satisfy them. Moreover, local culture and institutions are also not coupling with the demands of Taiwan’s enterprises.

Abstract: 针对传统分割方法处理具有复杂性、多样性的室外彩色图像存在明显不足,本文提出一种融合Gabor纹理特征的室外彩色图像均值偏移分割方法。首先,采用Gabor滤波器组对图像进行纹理特征提取,将特征进行多方向融合降低特征维度。然后将纹理特征与图像像素的位置、颜色特征融合到均值偏移分割算法中,实现图像的区域分割。对比分水岭分割、传统均值偏移分割方法等,本方法能有效的控制过分割和欠分割的产生,能得到较好的分割效果。
Due to shortage of traditional image segmentation methods dealing with complex and diverse outdoor color image, this paper puts forward to a Mean Shift segmentation method combined with Gabor texture feature. First of all, the paper extracts texture feature using Gabor filter and reduces the feature dimension by fusing multiple direction features. Then, mean space distance, color dis-tance and texture distance are calculated for region segmentation in images using Mean Shift clustering algorithm. Compared to watershed segmentation and classical Mean Shift clustering algorithm, this method can effectively control the generation of over-segmentation and owe seg-mentation and can get better segmentation effect.

Abstract: 多重处理器系统的故障诊断是一个非常重要的研究课题。处理器系统的g好邻诊断度是在2012年被Peng等提出来的,它要求每个非故障顶点至少有g个非故障邻点。扩张3元n立方体是一个受欢迎的拓扑结构,它有许多好的性质。在本文中,我们证明了扩张3元n立方体在PMC模型和MM*模型下的1好邻诊断度都是8n-10(n≥4)
Diagnosability of a multiprocessor system is an important study topic. The g-good-neighbor diag-nosability of the system was proposed by Peng et al. in 2012, which restrained every fault-free node containing at least g fault-free neighbors. As a favorable topology structure, the augmented 3-ary n-cubes graph has many good properties. In this paper, we prove that the 1-good-neighbor diagnosability of augmented 3-ary n-cube is?8n-10?under the PMC model and MM* model for n≥4.

Abstract: ?针对医学知识有限以及医学专业词汇与非医学专业人员用词(即消费者健康词汇)之间存在的差异,使消费者很难准确理解和检索医学健康信息的现状,利用主题图技术对消费者健康信息资源进行组织,以糖尿病为例,利用ontopia公司开发的主题图工具进行实验,将同一概念的不同表达(即医学专业术语与消费者健康词汇)集合起来,并对医学概念之间的复杂关系进行揭示。这不仅能使消费者以他们熟悉的语言(消费者健康词汇)进行浏览和检索,还能帮助消费者对医学知识进行正确理解。

Abstract: 多年来,我们以针刺风府、哑门为主穴治疗脑出血、脑梗塞、植物人状态获得显著疗效,并对癫痫、脑炎后遗症、颅脑损伤、脑震荡后遗症和小儿智能低下、大脑发育不全等均有奇特疗效.对其治疗作用,我们提出以下认识与同道商榷.1醒脑升阳、利语言风府、哑门穴(以下简称"两穴")均为督脉重要腧穴,且与阳维交会.督脉为阳经之海,总督一身之阳,有调节十二经气盈亏的重要作用,两穴位于脑后空窍处,与脑直接相连,头为阳经之会,精明之府.临床实践证明,针刺两穴可调节大脑微循环,提高脑能量代谢及利用率,增加氧供,提高脑细胞活性及对外界刺激的敏感性,确有醒脑开窍和利语言的重要作用.

Abstract: 近年来,“自下而上”语言符号在各个研究领域出现的频率越来越高,且含义各不相同,但在众多的研究中对该词语内涵的追溯和话语传播意义的研究却未见到。本文通过文献研究法对“自下而上”一词的内涵与应用进行梳理后发现,“自下而上”语言符号的本义和引申义至今仍然在不同学科领域使用,其引申义即话语意义高频出现有其特殊的历史意义和现实意义。对此进行研究以了解在不同的语境下人们使用该语言符号的本义、引申义和象征义的状况,以期从多角度分析社会阶层的“上”与“下”关系,话语传播体系中“上”与“下”的关系,为进一步探讨“自下而上与自上而下”平等转化、平等对话的深度研究提供参考依据。
In recent years, the frequency of studying the word “bottom-up” is becoming higher in various research areas and the results are very different. However there is no one has ever explored the changes of its connotations according to the human being’s development when people are doing language communications. This article is going to apply the literature study method to give the opinion that the original and extended meanings of the word “bottom-up” are still be used in the various science fields frequently with both special historical meanings and realistic meanings. Therefore, try to explore the extended meanings and symbolic meanings in the different culture and social environment, comparing with its original meanings. In order to analysis the relationships between the social “higher levels” and the “lower levels” from multi angles, as well as the relationship between them in the linguistic communications system. The goals of our study are to provide the basis for the further and deep discovery on the equal communications between the “higher levels” and the “lower levels”.
太阳能森林防火报警器的设计与实现

Abstract: 本文以森林防火为应用背景,设计一个太阳能森林防火报警器。该报警器的电源来自于太阳能电池对蓄电池的储能,不但省去更换电源的麻烦,而且环保、安装也方便。当太阳能电池板对蓄电池进行充电时,该报警器能够对太阳能电池板的输出电压、输出电流进行跟踪,使其以最大功率点(MPP)输出,这样就可以以最快的速度将蓄电池充满。系统以单片机STC12C4052AD为主控芯片,并设计DC/DC变换电路。利用烟雾传感器和温度传感器进行火灾探测,实现高分贝报警功能。该项目可应用于森林地形恶劣,或者电力线难以施工区域的防火报警,系统成本低廉,具有实用价值和市场商业价值。

In order to prevent forest fire, a solar-powered forest fire-proof and alarm system is designed and realized in this paper with the power supply furnished by the energy of the solar-powered battery, which is not only eliminating the trouble of replacing the power supply, but also obtaining the advantage of environmentally friendly approach and convenience to install. When the solar cell module is charging the battery, the alarm will track the output voltage and current of the solar cell module to obtain the maximum power, thus, the battery could be fully charged with the fastest speed. The system takes STC12C4052AD as the main chip, and DC/DC converter circuit is designed. The smoke & temperature sensors are used to detect the fire, and it will be a high-decibel alarm. The fire-proof and alarm system can be applied in the forest with harsh terrain or areas where power line is hard to lay, and the system has practical and commercial value with low cost.

Seckilling is a term originated from computed games, meaning kill the rival within a second. The concept of Seckilling has been extended to e-commerce to refer to rush purchase in the internet when a web-seller releases some commodities at ultra-low price for the buyers to buy within named period of time. This mode was applied by Wuxi Yaohan in Fukubukuro’s Promotion of Women’s Day, which increased the enterprise performance in a short time. Yohan creatively used Seckilling, a web promotion mode together with traditional promotion strategy, and therefore provided a reference for Chinese retail industry as how to bring the web-tool into the traditional marketing mode in a smart way.

The molten salt heat storage material with low viscosity, good fluidity, low system pressure, high specific heat capacity, strong heat storage capacity, low cost and many other advantages, has be-come a good choice for solar heat storage medium. This paper introduced the present situation of domestic and foreign researches about the types and thermal properties of molten salt in detail. The application prospect of molten salt for storing heat was prospected.
