Abstract:
风险辨识是风险管理中最为基础而且关键的一个环节。要提高GIS的运行可靠性,不仅需要在运行阶段做到实时监测、及时检修,更需要对GIS的整个生命周期对各种潜在的风险进行管控。本文利用WBS-RBS分析法,以SF6气体泄漏为例,在全寿命周期内分析引起SF6气体泄漏的各个风险点,可以加强人员对各环节风险点的重视,对GIS的质量管控有很好的理论指导意义。
Risk identification is very fundamental and important in risk management work. To improve the operation reliability of GIS, doing real-time monitoring and timely maintenance are needed in the running phase, and it is also necessary to control various potential risks in the entire life cycle of GIS. In this paper, taking the SF6 gas leakage for instance, we analyze the risk points which cause the gas leakage in the whole life cycle by WBS-RBS. It can strengthen the attention of the risk points in all aspects. It has a very good theoretical significance in the quality control of GIS.

Abstract:
本文综述了近年来豆科植物系统学研究的新进展。豆科Leguminosae作为被子植物第三大科,约有751个现生属和19,500种,全球广泛分布,具有重要的生态和经济价值。豆科植物可能起源于白垩纪晚期,其化石和现生分类群在新生代变得丰富多样。近来的分子系统学研究表明,传统的豆科3亚科(即云实亚科Caesalpinioideae、含羞草亚科Mimosoideae和蝶形花亚科Papilionoideae)分类系统从进化上解读并不合理,而最新提出的豆科多亚科分类系统则获得较好的支持,尽管亚科的具体数目和划分仍然存在很大争议。此外,豆目中最为密切的豆科、远志科Polygalaceae、皂皮树科Quillajaceae和海人树科Surianaceae的准确系统发育关系仍然悬而未决,而且豆科系统发育树图基部节点的支持率也不高,并系的云实亚科及其内部的一些关键分类群(例如紫荆族Cercideae、决明族Cassieae、甘豆族Detarieae和云实族Caesalpinieae)的重新划分亟需详细研究。
New advances in legume systematics are reviewed herein. The Leguminosae, being the third largest angiosperm family with about 751 living genera and ca. 19,500 species, has a global distribution as well as a key ecological and economic importance. The Leguminosae might have made their debut since the Late Cretaceous, boasting an abundant and diverse fossil and extant taxa in the Cenozoic. Recent molecular systematic studies suggested that the traditional classification system of legumes subdivided into three subfamilies (i.e., Caesalpinioideae, Mimosoideae, and Papilionoideae) has not been evolutionarily reasonable. Instead, the currently proposed systems of classification for legumes with more than three subfamilies are better supported despite the uncertainty for the concrete number and delimitation of subfamilies. In addition, proper phylogenetic relationships among the four families (i.e., Leguminosae, Polygalaceae, Quillajaceae, and Surianaceae) in the order Fabales have hitherto been poorly resolved, and the basal nodes of phylogenetic tree topologies in Leguminosae are not well supported. How to reclassify the paraphyletic subfamily Caesalpinioideae and its own pivotal taxa (e.g., Cercideae, Cassieae, Detarieae, and Caesalpinieae) desperately need more detailed researches.

Abstract:
可拓学作为一门新兴学科,在工程实践中得到越来越广泛的应用。本文采用非线性可拓综合评价方法对矿山采场顶板稳定性进行评价。通过分析影响采场顶板稳定性的相关因素,选取了有代表性的特征因子建立可拓评价的物元模型。应用物元模型对选取的实际采场通过关联度计算进行了综合评价,取得了满意的效果。
Extenics as a new discipline has been widely used in more and more engineering projects. In this paper, nonlinear extension synthesize evaluation method is used for stope roof stability evaluation in mine. By analyzing influence factors of roof stability, extension evaluation matter-element model was established based on the characteristic factor. Then by calculating the degree associated with a series of processing, several stopes were evaluated and got better results.

Abstract: 本文对华北地块东南缘上元古界中新近发现的风暴沉积层位进行了研究,并划分出九种风暴沉积剖面结构和三种有关的沉积环境。结论认为,本区刘老碑组风暴岩形成于潮下开阔陆棚环境,倪圆组风暴沉积形成于台地边缘斜坡环境,而望山组风暴沉积属湖下局限台地相产物。

Abstract: 在二级轻气炮发射过程中,靶室内的残存气体和绕行到弹丸前方的推进气体都有可能对实验结果造成影响。利用石英传感器测量并得到了二级轻气炮高速弹丸发射时前冲气体的压力信号,并计算得到了相应的压力。实验结果表明:二级轻气炮发射时确实存在前冲气体现象,但其压力幅值较小,约为10-2GPa量级,不会对高压物理实验的结果造成明显的影响。

Abstract:
目的:探讨自制简易负压封闭引流装置在预防Sanders III、IV型跟骨骨折外侧切口行钢板内固定术后切口愈合异常的应用价值。方法:2010年10月至2015年10月,收治sanders III、IV型跟骨骨折41例(44足),其中男34例、女7例;年龄:22~51岁,平均年龄38岁,受伤8~13天后均给予外侧切口钢板内固定,其中有8例患者于术后5~9天开始出现淡黄色液体渗出,于处置室无菌条件下沿原切口置入自制负压封闭引流装置,抽吸固定形成恒定负压,至连续3天负压引流管内未见引流液后拔管。41例患者术后均获得随访,时间3~40个月,平均15个月。结果:切口给予自制简易负压吸引1天后切口表面渗出液消失,皮缘均未发生坏死,无浅层或深层感染,无切口裂开、窦道及钢板外露等严重并发症,伤口均获得愈合,无慢性骨髓炎发生,均未行VSD、皮瓣覆盖。结论:早期切口内置入自制简易负压封闭引流装置营造负压环境,排除渗出、消灭死腔,临床操作简便,价格低廉,效果较好,通过其早期的干预,可较明显的降低sanders III、IV型跟骨骨折切口的并发症,且患者易接受,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the application of self-made Vacuum sealing drainage device (sVSDD) in preventing of the abnormal incision healing in Sanders III and IV calcaneal fractures. Methods: From October 2010 to October 2015, 41 patients (44 feet), with Sanders III and type IV fractures, were treated, including 34 males and 7 females, 22 - 51 years old (average 38 years old), which were treated by plate internal fixation using lateral L-shaped incision in 8 - 13 days after frac-ture, and 8 incisions with light-yellow exudations in 5 - 9 days after surgery. A sVSDD was placed along the original incision under aseptic conditions in treatment room, and a constant negative pressure was made. 41 patients were followed up for 3 - 40 months, with an average of 15 months. Results: Exudations were disappeared in these incisions treated by sVSDD after 1 day, without incision necrosis, no shallow or deep infection, no serious complications of wound de-hiscence, sinus and plate exposure, without chronic osteomyelitis. VSD or flap was not used. Conclusion: L-shaped incision complications can be reduced by early-stage sVSDDs interventions in the Sanders III, IV type calcaneal fracture, which can create a negative pressure micro- environment, exclusion of leakage, eliminate dead space, patients are easy to accept, worthy of clinical promotion.
