Mindfulness practices are self-regulation measure from the Orient. Montessori Method shares the similarities with mindfulness practice in value and practices. Montessori Education focuses on concentrated attention, sensory experience, engaging in practical work and teacher training, which reflect the holistic well-being and self-guiding principles in mindfulness practice. Mindfulness practice will become the trend in the field of contemporary education and psychology.

Abstract:

35 kV油浸式变压器作为电网35 kV电压等级变换的重要元件,对其可靠、经济、节能等性能具有较高要求。由于其散热快,损耗小、成本低等特点而被广泛应用。然而35 kV油浸式变压器由于在工程实际中没有合理利用造成成本较高或者未充分利用便结束役期。由于变压器的绝缘老化符合马尔可夫概率模型,引进马尔可夫概率模型可以预测变压器的绝缘剩余寿命,对变压器进行状态评级,对处于不同阶段的变压器实行不同的维护,同时对经常出现的变压器故障建立长效故障机制,使变压器在成本许可范围内尽可能的被充分利用。
Oil immersed transformer is used as an important part of state grid for transforming 35 kV, so as high qualities of stability, economy and energy conservation. It is widely used for fast heat dissipation, less wastage and low cost. However, because of the less effective use of the oil immersed transformer of 35 kV, the cost is high without full use before coming to the end. By the evaluation of life of transformer, we calculate the life of insulation of transformer throng Markov model for including the condition of the model. We make full use of the transformer by evaluating the state, setting up stoppage mechanism and taking care attendance. The test aims at analyzing how to make the best use of the transformer for the stability and low cost.

海归知识员工归国适应的影响机制研究—基于社会支持理论

Abstract:
近些年,随着海归回国数量不断的增加,组织中针对海归知识员工的管理也成为人力资源管理中的热点问题。如何充分发挥海归人才知识传递和知识转移的作用是组织管理目前需要面临的重要问题。本文以重返文化为背景,探讨了海归知识员工的组织支持感通过归国适应对组织承诺的作用机制。基于社会支持理论,本研究将组织支持感分为经济支持感、职业支持感和适应支持感,并分别从生活环境、工作环境和沟通环境三个方面考察组织支持感的三个维度如何通过归国适应影响组织承诺。通过对216名海归知识员工的问卷调查发现,在生活环境方面,组织提供的经济支持感对海归知识员工的生活适应有显著的正向影响;在工作环境方面,组织提供的职业支持感对工作适应有显著的正向影响,并且工作适应在职业支持感和组织承诺之间起中介作用;在沟通环境方面,组织提供的适应支持感对海归知识员工的互动适应有显著的正向影响。最后,本研究针对这些研究结果进行探讨并提出相应的管理建议。
With the development of globalization, more and more students choose to find a job back home after they finish the degree study abroad. However, they find the environment of home country is not the same as that when they went abroad. They need the support from organization to readjust to the new environment. This paper is to explore how support shows effect on reentry and orga-nizational commitment in organizational environment. Based on reentry, this paper discusses how perceived organizational support affects organizational commitment through readjustment for returnees. Specifically, based on social support theory, it clarifies the perceived organizational support into financial, career and adjustment support and examines the effect on organizational commitment respectively. In this paper, it is clarified into three different environments. They are work, interaction and general environment. In work environment, it is assumed that career support from organization has positive effect on organizational commitment through work readjustment. In interaction environment, it is assumed that adjustment support from the organization shows positive effect on organizational commitment through interaction readjustment. In general environment, it is assumed that financial support from the organization shows positive effect on organizational commitment through general readjustment. As for the main effect, this paper as-sumes that financial, career and adjustment support from the organization is beneficial to their organization commitment. Data from 216 returnees show that perceived organizational support has positive effect on readjustment significantly. As for the mediation effect, the results show that career perceived organizational support has positive effect on organizational commitment through the mediation of work readjustment, while the mediation effect is not significant for interaction readjustment and general readjustment. Finally, this paper gives some suggestions on human re-source management of returned knowledge workers.

Abstract:
“地方”这一概念,经由人文主义地理学大师段义孚(Yi-Fu Tuan)的阐发后,逐渐得到地理学界,尤其是人文地理学界的重视和发展,如今已成为人文地理学的核心概念之一。然而,目前国内却很难找到一本系统介绍这一重要概念的书籍,蒂姆?克雷斯韦尔(Tim Cresswell)的著作“Place: a short introduction”(中译本名为《地方:记忆、想像与认同》)正好填补了这一空白。此书系统、生动地呈现了国外著名人文地理学家对“地方”的不同理解和运用。遗憾的是,截至目前鲜见对该书的推介和书评发表。鉴于此,本文将专门介绍这一以“地方”为主题的专著,并予以评述。
The concept of place has attracted more attentions and developed in geography field, especially in human geography field with exposition by Yi-Fu Tuan, a humanistic geographer around the world. Now it has become one of the core concepts of human geography. However, it is difficult to find a book to introduce this important concept, while the book Place: A Short Introduction written by Tim Cresswell fills in the gaps. This book presents vividly foreign famous human geographers’ different understanding and application of place. But so far, few recommendation and commentary of the book are published. In view of this, this paper introduces the book with theme of place and reviews on academic significances.

Abstract:
随着车载自组网的发展,如何优化底层通信是车载自组网中研究的热点。为提高网络容量及信道利用率,本文提出了一种基于混合分配的VANET信道优化策略。在网络拥塞控制方面,针对车载自组网的特殊性,本文提出了一种基于缓冲区优化的拥塞预防策略,对缓冲区内的消息包进行一定的丢包,尽可能地降低网络拥塞发生的可能性。最后,通过仿真实验对提出的策略进行验证。仿真结果表明:该策略合理分配了信道,显著提高了网络的吞吐量。
With the development of VANET, how to optimize the underlying communication becomes a re-search hot. A VANET channel optimization strategy based on hybrid channel allocation is probed. In the network congestion control, aiming at the particularity of VANET, a congestion prevention strategy based on buffer optimization is discussed. Some data packets are thrown away in buffer to relieve the pressure of buffer and reduce the possibility of network congestion. The proposed strategy is verified by simulation experiment. The experiment results indicate that channels are allocated reasonably and the network throughput is improved significantly.

Abstract:
本文以重返文化为研究背景,以海归知识员工为研究对象,探讨了组织支持和主动性人格对归国适应的影响和作用边界。本研究从生活环境、工作环境和沟通环境这三方面分别考察了组织支持和主动型人格对归国适应的直接影响。特别地,本文以特质激活理论为理论基础考察了组织支持和主动型人格的交互作用对归国适应的影响。对229名海归知识员工的调查数据显示,经济支持能够帮助他们适应生活环境;职业支持对工作环境有显著的积极作用;而适应支持有利于海归知识员工更加适应沟通环境。本研究还发现主动性人格对归国适应有促进作用,特别是当职业支持和适应支持高时,主动性人格对工作适应和互动适应的促进作用更显著。
Based on reentry research, this paper studies the effect of perceived organizational support and proactive personality on reentry adjustment for retuned knowledge workers. This paper examines the relationship between organizational support, proactive personality and reentry adjustment from general work and interaction environment. Specifically, based on trait activation theory, it ex-plores the interaction effect of organizational support and proactive personality on reentry adjust-ment. Data are collected from 229 returned knowledge workers. The results show that financial or-ganizational support, career organizational support and adjustment organizational support have significant positive effect on general adjustment, work adjustment and interaction adjustment re-spectively. Moreover, proactive personality has positive effect on reentry adjustment. Specifically, proactive personality shows more significant positive effect when financial organizational support and adjustment organizational support are high.

Abstract:
考察了初始硫酸浓度、浸出温度、浸出时间、液固质量比等条件对闪速熔炼烟灰酸浸出的影响,采用全自动多晶X衍射仪对闪速熔炼烟灰以及浸出渣样品进行XRD测试。结果表明,闪速熔炼烟灰中的铜主要以硫酸铜和铁酸铜形态存在,闪速熔炼烟灰中以硫酸铜形态存在的铜可以水浸出,而以铁酸铜形态存在的铜采用高温高酸也难以浸出。浸出条件如初始硫酸浓度、浸出温度、浸出时间等的变化对铜、铁、砷、锌等有价金属浸出率影响均较小。
The influence of initial concentration of sulfuric acid, leaching temperature, leaching time and liquid-solid ratio on the dust of the flash smelting furnace was investigated. And the structure of the dust of the flash smelting furnace and leaching slag was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Results showed that the chemical forms of copper in the dust of the flash smelting furnace are mainly copper sulfate and copper ferrite. The copper sulfate is water-soluble, while the copper ferrite is difficult to leach even under high concentration of acid and high temperature. What’s more, it is found that the initial concentration of sulfuric acid, leaching temperature and leaching time have limited influence on the leaching efficiency of copper, iron, arsenic and zinc.

In classroom teaching of college physics, how to cultivate students’ creative thinking is an important part of innovative education. Aiming at the status quo of college students’ learning at this stage, the paper proposed a training mode of creative thinking, called “PEEP”, namely “preview, exploration, evaluation, practice” teaching model. Practice has proved that the model plays a role in promoting the students’ creative ability.

Abstract:
选用电化学阳极阳化方法在金属Ti片上生长了TiO2纳米管,并用碳纳米管(CNT)薄膜作为上电级,制作成了CNT/TiO2/Ti三明治形状的纳米器件。测试了样品在各低温下的光电响应特性和电阻特性。研究表明,选用碳纳米管作上电极的TiO2纳米管阵列,在532 nm的激光照射下,其光电导和暗电导特性极大地受到温度的影响。在低温下的光电阻和暗电阻会随着温度的增加而减小,同时暗电流增大,光响应度增强。最后,该器件和作了前置电阻处理后的同类型器件作了简要对比分析。
This paper presents the TiO2 nanotube array (NTA) anodized. Use the carbon nanotube (CNT) film as the upper electrode coated on the TiO2 NTA, a CNT/TiO2NTA/Ti sandwich nanodevice has been fabricated. Its photoresponse and resistance characteristics at low temperature have been researched. Result shows that at 532 nm illumination, the photoconductivity of TiO2 NTA and the dark-conductivity have been strongly impacted by the temperature. The dark resistance and the photo resistance will decrease while the temperature rising, and the dark current and photoresponse accordingly increases as well. Finally, compared with other nanodevice used pre-electroforming, this result has been briefly studied.
