Abstract: To further enhance the fish product quality,economic benefits and improve the ecological environment of Chinese vast number of ponds,fish growth and stocking efficiency of three different polyculture models were tested in nine land-based fish ponds in the 973 projects experimental base in Xinzhou district,Wuhan.In the model I,the stocking fish were included grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus),silver carp(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix),bighead carp(Aristichthys nobilis) and high-back crucian carp(Carassius auratus).The grass carp,silver carp,bighead carp,high back crucian carp and paddlefish(Polyodon spathula) were stocked in the model II,while grass carp,silver carp,Paddlefish and high back crucian carp in the model III.Each mode was set up in three replications.Through 122 days culture trail,the results showed that the model II not only had the significantly higher growth rate of grass carp than that in the model I and model III(P<0.05),but also its economic benefits higher than that in the model I and model III.

Abstract: In the present study,we investigated the correlation between digestive enzyme activities and morphological indexes,environmental factors of four fishes in ponds with grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus) as the main stocking species.The result showed that water temperature had significant positive correlation(P<0.05) with intestinal and hepatopancreas pepsin for grass carp,but had negative correlation(P>0.05) with intestinal trypsin,intestinal and hepatopancreas lipase for grass carp.Water temperature also had significant negative correlation with hepatopancreas amylase for silver carp(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix).Total nitrogen and phosphorus had positive correlation with most of the enzyme activities for the four fishes.COD had significant negative correlation with lipase and amylase activities for paddlefish(Polyodon spathula).The hardness and alkalinity had positive correlation with pepsin activity except silver carp,but had negative correlation with trypsin,lipase and amylase.The body length and weight had significant positive correlation with intestinal trypsin,lipase and amylase activities for grass carp and bighead carp(Aristichthys nobilis),which also had significant positive correlation with alimentary organs pepsin for paddlefish.

Abstract: 实测和回归分析鄱阳湖鮊属(Culter)的翘嘴鮊(C.alburnus)、蒙古鮊(C.mongolicus)、达氏鮊(C.dabryi)和原鮊属(Culterichthys)的红鳍原鮊(C.erythropterus)体重与体维关系。结果表明,多元回归方程能全面地反映不同体维对鱼类体重的影响,体重与体侧面积体厚的回归方程较适宜。其体重(W)与体侧面积(A)及体厚(T)的幂函数关系式分别是,翘嘴鮊:W=4.05051×10-3A0.66260T1.41994;蒙古鮊:W=3.18603×10-3A0.66845T1.44376;达氏鮊:W=1.99310×10-3A0.70982T1.47305;红鳍原鮊:W=3.58823×10-3A0.63253T1.49465。

Abstract: 2007年在金沙河水库分别取鲢(〖WTBX〗Hypophthalmichthysmolitrix〖WTBZ〗)157尾、鳙(〖WTBX〗Aristichthysmobilis〖WTBZ〗)53尾样本,对其年龄组成和生长特征进行了研究。结果表明,该水库鲢、鳙均以3~4龄为主。体长和体重的关系式分别为〖WTBX〗WH=10×10-4L2.5135,WA=27×10-5L〖WTBZ〗2.8705。鲢、鳙的生长规律符合vonBertalanffy生长方程,鲢的生长方程分别为LH=1121244[1-e-0.1544(t+0.1371)],WH=1418916[1-e-0.1544(t+0.1371)]2.5135;鳙的生长方程分别为LA=685382[1-e-0.396(t-0.3239)],WA=5101875[1-e-0.396(t-0.3239)]2.8705。根据此方程计算出生长速度和生长加速度方程,并得出鲢、鳙生长拐点分别为583龄和300龄。与不同水库鲢、鳙生长比较,金沙河水库鲢比鳙生长快。并对金沙河水库鲢、鳙的放养和捕捞规格提出了建议
一种适于内陆水域生态实验用的浮式围隔

Abstract: 本围隔由浮体、围隔袋,底盘、内网和搅水机等5部分组成。围隔袋呈圆筒形,由聚乙烯编织布缝合而成,高5.9m,容水量14.3 m2。底盘是围隔的底部。内网与围隔袋相套合,供检查鱼和捕鱼之用。搅水机的动力是90W的电动机,其作用是定时搅水,以保持围隔内水的混合与围隔外大水体基本一致。灌水采用“沉下提上法”,每灌一个围隔只需10余分钟。使用结果证明,本围隔性能良好,操作简便而又牢固安全。
徐家河水库翘嘴鲌的个体生殖力

Abstract: 2008年4—6月,在徐家河水库采集性成熟翘嘴鲌雌鱼,取鳞片鉴定年龄(a),测量其体长(l)、体质量(m)和性腺质量(mo)等形态指标,用称量法计数个体绝对生殖力(f),据此计算体长相对生殖力(fl)、体质量相对生殖力(fm)、成熟系数(gsi)和肥满度(cf)等指标,对徐家河水库翘嘴鲌个体生殖力与形态指标的关系进行了分析.结果表明:调查样本由2+~5+龄组成,个体绝对生殖力与体长、体质量和年龄分别呈幂函数、幂函数和直线相关,体长相对生殖力与体长、体质量和年龄也分别呈幂函数、幂函数和直线相关,而体质量相对生殖力与各形态指标的相关性不显著.多元逐步回归分析结果表明,研究区翘嘴鲌个体绝对生殖力与体质量和性腺质量密切相关,体长相对生殖力与性腺质量、肥满度和成熟系数密切相关,而体质量相对生殖力仅与成熟系数相关.
