基于MEPE和EHL理论的渐开线斜齿轮啮合特性分析

Abstract: 以斜齿轮为研究对象,应用最小弹性势能原理(MEPE)和弹性流体动力润滑理论(EHL),采用多重网格数值求解法获得了斜齿轮在不同啮合位置及沿接触线方向的载荷分布,压力与膜厚分布,并对比分析了不同螺旋角下基于MEPE理论和基于接触线长比例理论的载荷分布模型及数值仿真结果.结果表明:沿啮合线方向,载荷在啮合中间段达到最大值,螺旋角越大,载荷分布趋于平均;受综合曲率半径和载荷分布的影响,压力分布在啮合中间段较高,膜厚沿啮合线缓慢变化,节点处稍有下降;沿接触线方向,载荷变化平缓,近似呈抛物线,最小膜厚单向线性变化,而压力则在两端具有较大值.
基于载荷分担理论的渐开线斜齿轮热混合弹流润滑分析

Abstract: 沿接触线把斜齿轮分成许多小薄片,每-薄片看成具有当量角速度的直齿轮,根据欧拉方程得到任-接触点处的曲率半径和表面速度.然后基于载荷分担、弹流润滑和粗糙线接触理论,建立了考虑表面粗糙度的斜齿轮传动混合热弹流润滑模型.研究了斜齿轮传动稳态载荷分布下牛顿流体和Carreau流体时的润滑特性.结果表明:牛顿流体和Carreau非牛顿流体模型下,中心油膜厚度、油膜承载比例、油膜温升随时间和接触线的变化规律相同.牛顿流体下的摩擦系数较工程实际偏大.Carreau非牛顿流体模型下摩擦系数和工程实际相符,其随接触线啮合位置的变化规律与油膜厚度正好相反.
渐开线斜齿轮非稳态弹流润滑数值模拟研究

Abstract: 建立了渐开线斜齿轮啮合的弹流润滑计算模型,将斜齿圆柱齿轮啮合的齿面接触等效为有限长线接触的弹流润滑问题.考虑斜齿轮啮合的实际因素,将斜齿轮啮合过程中的等效曲率半径和齿面载荷的变化反映到弹流润滑计算模型中,应用统一Reynolds方程方法求得轮齿在1个完整啮合周期内的瞬时弹流润滑数值解.结果表明:斜齿轮啮合线上各点处的膜厚、压力均有较大不同,各接触点处的油膜厚度受综合曲率半径的影响较大;斜齿轮传动非稳态效应相对较弱;小齿轮齿根附近和节点位置处润滑状态较差;适当增大压力角可以改善齿轮的润滑.

Abstract: 渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮齿形轮廓复杂,其参数化设计困难。利用三维软件ug-nx6对斜齿圆柱齿轮进行三维建模,实现了改变参数就立即得到相应的渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮三维模型的参数化设计。对其他具有复杂表面形状的形体参数化设计提供了参考。

Abstract: The non-uniform load distribution model based on the minimum elastic potential energy criterion and elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory is applied to the research on helical gears. The pressure and film distributions are obtained from the multigrid method. The results show that the load and pressure reach their peaks around the pitch point while the film thickness grows slowly due to the both effects of load and equivalent radius. Along the contact line, the load has a parabola profile approximately, while the film thickness grows unilaterally and the pressure at the two ends is higher than that of the midpoints.

Abstract: The Elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) model of the involute helical gears was developed by simplifing the contact between tooth surfaces in the mesh of a pair of helical gears into a finite line-contacts lubrication problem. The time-varying contact parameters of helical gears such as the variations of radius of curvature, the tangential surface velocities and the loads in the mesh were considered in the analysis model. Based on the unified Reynolds equation approach, the transient solutions of the entire meshing process were obtained for a pair of teeth. The results show that the distributions of pressure and film thickness varied greatly at different meshing positions. The film thickness was affected significantly by the equivalent radius of curvature of the contacting tooth surfaces at every meshing point. Transient effect was relatively weak for helical gear. The lubricating conditions seemed to be poor at the positions near the root and the pitch of the pinion. It will be helpful to improve the gears lubrication by increasing the pressure angle.

Abstract: ?介绍了在solidworks三维软件平台上,利用solidworks软件提供的api(applicationprograminterface)及笛卡尔坐标下的渐开线参数方程,建立参数化绘制渐开线齿轮的模型,大大地提高了在solidworks软件平台下绘制齿轮三维模型的效率,运用此方法可以建立自动生成零件的模型库。

Abstract: 通过对非对称渐开线斜齿轮啮合面的分析,得到了啮合面摩擦热流量的分布规律。基于APDL建立了非对称渐开线斜齿轮的有限元温度场分析模型。考虑温度对接触压力的影响,对非对称渐开线斜齿轮进行了热力耦合分析。结果表明:达到热平衡时,非对称齿轮本体温度最大值比对称齿轮低约18%,因而非对称齿轮能有效提高轮齿齿面抗胶合能力;由于本体温度的影响,接触应力增大了约16%,温度引起的热弹变形对齿轮载荷分布和应力产生了较大影响。
The distribution of friction heat flow on meshing surface of asymmetrical involute helical surface was obtained based on the analysis of meshing face. The finite element model for temperature distribution of asymmetrical involute helical gear was established based on APDL. Considering the influence of temperature on the contact pressure, we carried out coupled analysis of heat and force for asymmetric involute helical gear. The results and their analysis preliminarily showed that the maximum bulk temperature of asymmetric gear is lower by about 18% than the symmetrical gear at reaching thermal equilibrium, which could effectively improve the tooth surface scuffing capacity. The contact stress of asymmetrical involute helical gear increased by about 16% due to the influence of temperature distribution
渐开线锥形非圆齿轮的啮合原理与仿真模型

Abstract: 根据渐开线锥形齿轮传动理论结合非圆齿轮齿廓包络原理,以齿条作为齿廓形成的媒介,提出一种基于齿条加工渐开线锥形非圆齿轮的方法,并建立了相应的加工数学模型.基于该模型,证明了齿条与非圆齿轮纯滚动的运动关系,推导出啮合方程和瞬时接触线方程,以及经过坐标变换后得到渐开线锥形非圆齿轮的参数方程,对比了各种形式的渐开线齿轮齿廓形成特点.借助数值计算软件对上述方程进行了验证,通过三维造型工具给出了渐开线锥形非圆齿轮的直观图形,从而验证了该方法的正确性和有效性.
渐开线直齿轮轮齿载荷及应力计算方法

Abstract: 齿轮在工作过程中,由于存在单对齿与双对齿的交替啮合、齿轮的啮合点位置不断发生变化、齿轮在啮合中产生弹性变形等原因,使得齿轮的载荷十分复杂,要精确计算齿轮啮合过程的受力较为困难。对渐开线直齿轮的啮合过程进行了分析,建立了齿间载荷分布的基本力学模型,分析了齿轮啮合过程的变形协调关系,推导了参与啮合的轮齿所发生的各种挠曲变形和弹性接触变形的计算模型,进而建立了能够精确计算齿轮啮合过程中受力的计算方法。通过一个具体的计算实例,计算了齿轮啮合过程中齿面受力、齿根应力和齿面接触应力的变化规律,并用曲线进行描述。此计算方法能够较为精确地计算齿轮在啮合过程中不同位置的受力和应力,为精确进行渐开线齿轮的力学分析提供了一种有效的新方法。
