Abstract: 本文提出了一种利用高光谱影像和点云数据融合提取空间特征的方法。点云辅助高光谱数据分类通常是利用高光谱数据的光谱特征、空间特征和点云数据高程特征简单组合后进行分类。然而,这种方法没有充分利用多源数据的互补信息。本文提出一种融合多源数据进行空间特征提取的方法,并利用光谱角距离优化像元形状指数,使之适用于高维数据形状结构特征提取。该方法首先对光谱特征和点云特征进行融合,增强不同地物之间的差异性。然后,利用光谱角距离像元形状指数提取融合数据的空间特征。最后,将三种特征组合后输入SVM分类器。实验结果表明,相比传统的nDSM辅助高光谱数据分类,本文所提出的“先融合、后提取”的方法可以获得更好的分类效果和精度。
In this paper, we proposed a spatial feature extraction method by fusing the hyperspectral image and LiDAR point cloud data. Conventional data fusion methods in classification are often the simple combination of spectral and spatial information of the images and the height information of the LiDAR data. However, these methods cannot make full use of the complementary information of multi-source data. We proposed to extract the spatial features by fusing multi-source data. In order to obtain the shape index of high-dimensional fused data, we improved the pixel shape index by applying the spectral angle distance measurement. The proposed method firstly fused the hyperspectral image and LiDAR data to enhance the heterogeneity between different classes. Then, the shape features are extracted with the SAD-based pixel shape index. Finally, the spectral, spatial and height information are prepared to the SVM classifier. The experiment shows that the proposed method achieves better results and accuracy, compared to the conventional means.

Abstract:

以沙棘无性系子代测定林为对象,通过分析沙棘新梢和果实生长动态规律,以及杂种沙棘果实纵径、横径、果形指数、单果质量、单株产量和棘刺密度等数量性状的遗传稳定性和遗传效应,并对5个杂交种的无性系子代进行综合评价,选育最佳杂种无性系。结果表明沙棘无性系新梢生长进程大致划分4个生长阶段,即缓慢生长期、均稳生长期、速生期和生长停止期,各阶段的新梢生长量存在一定差异,但生长趋势基本一致;沙棘果形指数(L/D)的变化趋势呈倒S型,前期下降幅度较大,中期平缓,后期中国沙棘略微上升,杂种沙棘却依然平稳生长;综合果实纵径、横径、单果质量和果柄长等数量性状,结合生态适应性、生长势和棘刺密度等指标,确定中阿4号杂交种的无性系表现最佳,单果质量与果实纵径和横径呈显著正相关,相关程度紧密,且植株生长稳定,棘刺密度最低,果粒大,果柄长,易采摘,应用前景广阔。

The progeny test plantations of seabuckthorn Clones were studied by analysis on the dynamic growth rhythm of seabuckthorn new shoots and fruits, genetic stability and genetic effects of the fruit length, fruit diameter, shape index of fruits, fruit mass, Yield per Plant and density of thorns and so on, and comprehensive evaluation of five filial generation of hybrid seabuckthorn, the superior hybrid clones were selected. The results showed that the new shoot growth process of seabuckthorn clones is roughly divided into four stages of growth, slow growth period, stable growth period, the fast-growing and the stop-growing period, there are some differences from the shoot growth of each stage, but the growth trend is basically the same; the change trend of Seabuckthorn fruit shape index (L/D) was inverted “S” type, it is down sharply at the early stage, stable at mid-stage, Chinese seabuckthorn slightly rises, but Crossbreeds is still steady growth at late stage; Chinese × Russian Seabuckthorn-4 was the best hybrid clones by synthetic analysis the

Abstract: 社会建设是当代中国现代化建设的主体内容之一,也是重点和难点内容之一。公民社会组织与社会建设的内在关联性目前已经在中国社会学界达成了一定程度的共识。中国民间慈善组织作为公民社会组织的一种形式,内涵着参与社会建设的必然性与必要性。中国民间慈善组织在发展服务社会的公共领域和拓展私人空间方面都发挥了积极的功能。在这些组织中,宗教类慈善公益组织是重要的组成部分,相对于世俗慈善公益组织而言,宗教慈善公益组织除具备一般的公益特性外,还有自己的独特性。以北京仁爱慈善基金会为例,通过对北京仁爱慈善基金会的个案研究,展示宗教慈善公益组织在社会建设方面的探索与实践,以探索北京佛教慈善组织与社会建设的关系,试图为上述必然性与必要性提供一定程度的佐证,以实际地推进社会建设的进程。从理论上看,这种探索对于宗教社会学和社会建设理论也有一定的创新作用。
Social construction is one of the major aspects of modernization construction in contemporary China, as well as one of the difficulties and focuses in this process. To some extent, the sociologists in China have reached a consensus about the internal connection between civil society organization and social con- struction. As a form of civil society organization, the civil charity organization in China embodies the necessity and inevitability of the participation in social construction. The civil charity organization in China plays an important role in the development of public areas of social service and the expansion of private space. Among these organizations, religious charity organization is an integral constituent. Compared with the secular charity organizations, religious organization has its peculiarity, apart from its ordinary cha- racteristics of public welfare. Take Beijing RenAi Charity Organization as an example. From the case study of this organization, the exploration and practice of religious charity organization in social construction are clearly presented. The connection between Beijing Buddhist charity organization and social construction is also explored, which aims to provide evidence to the necessity and inevitability mentioned above, and to practically promote social construction. Theoretically, this exploration has some creative significance to the sociology of religion and the theories of social construction.

法国是中国在欧洲的第一大投资目的地国。随着中国企业对法跨国并购数量和规模的增加,中国企业对法并购中面临的文化差异问题开始显现。论文通过设计基于霍夫斯泰德文化理论的跨文化问卷调查,并对回收数据进行分析,研究影响跨国并购效率的中法文化差异,追溯中法文化差异产生的原因。文章从定性与定量两个方面出发,为中国企业处理跨国家文化差异提供解决依据。

France is China’s largest investment partner in Europe. With the increase of China-France’s cross- border mergers and acquisitions (M & A), the cultural differences problems began to emerge. This essay, through the cross-cultural survey, studies the elements which affect the efficiency of cross- border M & A and the reasons of China-France cultural differences. By using the qualitative and quantitative analysis, we expect this study will help Chinese enterprises effectively deal with and resolve the Sino-French cultural differences and conflicts in the process of M & A.

Abstract:

青海云杉(Picea crassifolia Kom.)是中国青藏高原东北边缘的特有种,生态适应性强,应用价值广泛。为了丰富我国高寒地区用材林树种资源的遗传多样性,遵循供种区与引种区环境条件相似之原则,根据引种区土壤、植被分布、地形地貌及地理位置等主要环境条件,兼顾全年明显干湿季节交替的自然气候,确定与之相适应的青藏高原为供种区。以青海云杉为引种栽培对象,在引种驯化的基础上,系统开展家系子代的生长节律、生态适应性和抗逆性分析,综合评价了早期生长表现、遗传力和遗传增益等遗传参量的遗传效应。结果表明:青海云杉苗期的生长趋势与乡土树种红皮云杉基本一致能较快地适应新的生态环境,但是,生长性状存在一定的变异,其中:苗高性状变异较小,地径性状变异较大,平均变异系数分别为22.71%53.22%。青海云杉的遗传力较强,遗传增益较高,遗传效应显著,苗高和地径2个性状的遗传力分别为0.6440.906,遗传增益分别为11.69%38.58%

Picea crassifolia is the endemic species from the northeast edge of the Tibetan Plateau, which has strong adaptability and widely application value. In order to enrich the resources of wood species in the cold area, following resemble principle between the environmental conditions of seed zone and introduction area. The areas introducing fine varieties in the cold area confirm to regard the suitable Tibetan Plateau as the area of origin according to its own natural alternation in climate between wet and dry, soil, vegetation distribution, landform and the general configuration of the earth’s surface, geographical position and the other main environmental situations. Picea crassifolia was employed to analyze and evaluate the growth rhythm, the ecological adaptability, the resistance early growth traits, the heritability, genetic gain and heterosis on the heredity effects. Abstract:

基于创业胜任力理论视角,提出了创业倾向的胜任力作用模型及其理论假设;然后通过上海松江大学城问卷调查的大样本数据进行实证分析。分析结果显示,创业原动力、机会把握力、创新创造力和关系胜任力四个胜任力对创业倾向具有显著影响,且具有非常强的总体方差解释力(62%)。模型还显示,创业原动力和机会把握力对创业倾向具有直接的影响作用;创新创造力和关系胜任力的影响作用是间接的,主要通过创业原动力和机会把握力的中介作用对创业倾向产生影响。

Based on the theory of the entrepreneurial competency and the entrepreneurial intention, we deduced the hypotheses on how entrepreneurial competencies affect the entrepreneurial intention. These hypotheses were tested with 362 samples data through SEM analysis. The analysis result shows that entrepreneurial competencies have a significant impact on the entrepreneurial intention, which explains 62 percent of variance of intention. The model shows that the entrepreneurial intention is significantly affected by four dimensions of the entrepreneurial competency which are separately called the entrepreneurial motivation, the opportunity competency, the innovation competency and the relationship competency. The entrepreneurial motivation and the opportunity competency have a direct effect on the entrepreneurial intention while the innovation competency and the relationship competency indirectly affect it. Actually, the former two competencies are mediators for the latter two. Furthermore, the relationship competency has a significant impact on the innovation competency.

Abstract:
对无刷永磁容错电机结构的容错原理进行分析,对空间矢量控制(SVPWM)的原理及其控制策略、具体IGBT驱动信号产生方法进行详细分析,并设计了基于dsPIC30f4011的硬件矢量控制系统。此外,基于MPLAB IDE集成开发环境,在软件上实现了速度闭环和双电流闭环控制。硬件实验的空载和带负载情况下的调速和稳定运行也证明了方案的可行性。通过Matlab软件,对以上理论和控制方法进行详细仿真论述,验证了方案的正确性。本文侧重从理论和仿真的角度对该系统进行分析。
The structure’s advantage about fault tolerance of FT-PMM was analyzed in detail. The hardware of vector control system based on the principle of SVPWM and its special control strategy were designed. The dsPIC30f4011 was chosen as the control chip. The generating principle of drive signals was described. The control loop of speed and dual current was realized in MPLAB IDE Integrated Development Environment. The theory was proved right by Matlab simulation and the simulation process of theory and control method was described in detail in this paper. Finally, the result of hardware test verified that the speed control and stable operation of this system were feasible.
