Abstract: 针对光信道特性生成密钥十分困难的问题,提出一种室内环境中光正交频分复用(orthogonal frequency division multiplexing, OFDM)的密钥生成协议,以提升室内可见光通信(visible light communication, VLC)网络的保密性.该方法从光OFDM所产生的双极OFDM样本中生成密钥,分配一部分循环前缀样本并将其放置在信道影响较小的区域中,以在整个会话期间进行密钥提取.为了提供较高的物理层安全性,每个OFDM信号帧均由不同的密钥加密.蒙特卡洛仿真实验表明,所提方法在密钥生成过程中,平均电信噪比更高,端到端性能更优,适合于低复杂度、低失配率密钥提取的情形.
Automatic registration of urban aerial imagery with airborne LiDAR data

Abstract: This paper presents a new algorithm for the automatic registration of airborne LiDAR data with aerial images using building corner features as registration primitives. First, three-dimensional building outlines are directly extracted from LiDAR points and building corner features which consist of two orthogonal straight lines are obtained by the regularization of threedimensional building outlines. Straight lines are also extracted from every aerial image. Second, the building corner features are projected onto aerial images and corresponding image corner features are determined using the similarity measures. Lastly, the exterior orientation parameters are refined by bundle adjustment using the corner points of corner features as control points. Iteration strategy is adopted to obtain optimal results. The main advantage of the proposed algorithm is that the three-dimensional building outlines are extracted directly from LiDAR points without transforming LiDAR points into range image or intensity image, and therefore there are no interpolation errors. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can obtain more accurate results in comparison with the registration method based on LiDAR intensity image.

Abstract: 目的对重症监护病房(ICU)住院患者采取主动筛查干预措施,早期发现多重耐药菌(MDRO)定植患者,并实施接触隔离措施,预防和控制MDRO交叉传播。 方法对2012年9月—2013年5月入住ICU的240例患者鼻前庭和直肠拭子进行培养筛查,并对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)和产超广谱β内酰胺酶(ESBLs)的大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌定植患者实施接触隔离。收集主动筛查前后(2011年9月—2012年8月和2012年9月—2013年8月)ICU患者临床培养MDRO分离株并进行耐药性分析。结果240例患者中有56例鼻腔MRSA定植,定植率23.33%。其中入ICU时筛查MRSA已定植者22例,占39.29%;住ICU期间新增定植者34例,占60.71%。105例直肠拭子产ESBLs大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌定植,定植率43.75%。其中入ICU时筛查已定植者72例,占68.57%;住ICU期间新增定植者33例,占31.43%。实施主动筛查前后ICU患者MDRO检出发病密度分别为28.56‰、13.71‰,差异有统计学意义[P<0.05,RR及95%CI为2.08(1.582~2.743)]。结论ICU住院患者MDRO定植率较高,实施以主动筛查为基础的MDRO综合防控措施,可降低ICU MDRO传播流行

Abstract: The optimum electrophoresis separation conditions of Lambda DNA/EcoR I + Hind III fragments were investigated using the capillary column DB-1 coated with polysiloxane. When hydroxyethylcellulose (HEC, 1.0%, mass percentage) was used as the only non-gel sieving medium solution, some Lambda DNA fragments could not be separated. After polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP, 2%, mass percentage) being added into the medium solution, PVP and HEC formed a network colloidal solution in buffer, and changed the network hole size of sieving media. In addition, the results showed that PVP could restrain the adsorption of capillary to DNA, reduced electroosmotic flow, and improved the selectivity of separation. For the first time, all fragments of Lambda DNA marker was separated completely under the same condition of mixed sieving medium solution. The method was applied to separate two groups of DNA fragments of halobacterium halobium, and the base pair number was conjectured.

Abstract: A 3-D LDV system for measuring three velocity components by using a He-Ne laser has been presented. Four incident beams were arranged to be an isosceles triangle with a right angle and focused by a single front lens. Such a beam arrangement has been examined as a most efficient form of the light energy utilization. It is also well suited to measure the velocity profiles close to a wall even in the situations in existing two different layers which the incident beams have to penetrate through, In order to separate the three velocity components, both the frequency and polarizing separation techniques were used. The accuracy of on-axis velocity component was particularly considered both for mean and turbulent velocity measurements. Some methods for improving the measured accuracy were suggested. The 3 D mean and turbulent velocity distributions behind a bluff body with a slanted base were also obtained simultaneously by using this system.

Abstract: The forming of actuating force produced by the martensitic transformation and the effect of transformation resistance on it are introduced.The heat balance equation of the SMA wires heated by electricity and the relationship between the transformation time and the wire diameter are also discussed.The results are compared with the experimental data.The less the diameter of NiTi wire is,the faster the responding is under the same stimulating current.SMA torsion actuator is made up of NiTi wires and a thin-wall tube,in which plastically elongated wires are winded around a copper tube with a certain angle referenced to the generatrix of the tube,and pasted on its surface.The actuating force changes with the angle.A mechanical model is established and the winding angle in which the actuator can produce the largest rotating angle in un-loading condition is obtained.The responding rate of the SMA torsion actuator heated by the hot steam passing through the tube is obtained.The results are compared with the experimental data,and proved its legitimacy.

Abstract: new instrumental set-up combining capillary electrophoresis separation and charge-coupled device mul-tiwavelength fluorescence detection is described.The performance of the set-up was evaluated with fluores-cein and rhodamine B. A three-dimensional electrophorogram that showed the spectra and time resolutionwas obtained,on which the separated species could be identified and determined in comparing with their stan-dard fluorescence spectra.
