Abstract: DNA分析是生物信息学研究中基础而核心的工作,而数据挖掘作为支撑生物信息学的重要技术,已经被广泛应用到DNA序列的分析中。与传统的商业领域的事务序列相比,DNA序列具有项目符号少但序列长度长的特点,因此经典的序列挖掘算法很难适应DNA序列的模式挖掘需要。本文在分析DNA序列的挖掘需求基础上,提出了一种称为关联矩阵的数据结构。关联矩阵能够将序列数据压缩成可分析的矩阵形式,所以它的空间紧凑性能够使得超长的DNA序列能够在有限的内存中加以处理。基于关联矩阵结构,设计了高效的DNA序列的关键序列挖掘算法。实验说明了本文算法在DNA序列分析中的高效性。
The DNA analysis is the core of bioinformatics research, and as an important technology to support bioinformatics, the data mining has been widely applied to the analysis of DNA sequences. Compared to the transaction sequences in traditional business areas, DNA sequences have the characteristics that are item-less but length-longer, so the classic sequence mining algorithms are not perfectly suitable for the DNA sequence pattern mining. Based on the analysis of DNA sequence mining demands, we propose an efficient data structure, called Association Matrix. Such a structure can compress a long DNA sequence into a matrix form which can be effectively analyzed. Therefore, by making use of the space compactness of this structure, we can deal with DNA sequences with a super-long length in a limited memory. Based on the Association Matrix, we design an efficient mining algorithm to find the key segments from DNA Sequence. Experiments show that the proposed algorithm performs well in DNA sequence mining.

Abstract:
基于数学形态学的三维形态滤波在采用大规模结构元素进行运算时,变得异常耗时,若采用的结构元素为球形,则可以使用欧式距离变换代替基本的形态学运算。以某地质体二值图像为背景,对两种三维形态滤波方法进行对比分析,实验结果表明,基于球形结构元素的两种形态滤波方法的滤波效果完全相同,但基于欧式距离变换的形态滤波方法在针对大规模球形结构元素时更为有效。
3D morphological filtering based on mathematical morphology can become very time-consuming when using a large-scale structuring element involving the operation; however, if the structuring element is sphere, the Euclidean distance transform (EDT) could be used to perform basic morphological operations instead. Taking some geologic body as a case study, the comparison analysis results show that two filtering methods based on sphere structuring element have the same effects, whereas, the method based on EDT is more effective and applicable for large-scale structuring element involved.

In 2015, cultural tourism consumption attained great development. With the rise of the “Internet plus” as a national strategy and with features of popularity, big data and internationalization, China’s cultural tourism has entered an unprecedented stage of development, and Weibo, WeChat and apps are playing an irreplaceable role in the spread of cultural tourism. This paper analyzes the new media operation of Yangzhou Daming Temple, and gives some suggestions on how to improve the advertisement of new media in the application level, the construction of the official website, and the advertisement on tourism apps and websites, paying attention to the advantages of new media broadcast, highlighting the content features and increasing interactivity, and establishing the consciousness to help the promotion of the new media of Daming Temple.

Abstract: 随着智能电网的提出和发展,对电力通信领域提出了更高层次的要求。因此,建立一个高速、双向、实时、集成的电力通信网络成为了发展智能电网的基本保障之一。近年来,电力通信网络的各个层面都发展迅速,出现了很多新技术。本文对基于下一代网络NGN的电力系统通信关键新技术的最新发展动态以及其应用状况进行了系统全面地阐述,并构建了在智能电网环境下的电力通信网络模型。通过使用经济学上的态势分析法对各项新技术的应用进行可行性分析,分别对其优势、劣势、机会和挑战分析,并列出了相应的SWOT矩阵,得出了在电力系统通信中引入NGN通信新技术的发展战略。
With the proposed and development of Smart grid, puts forward the higher levels of requirements for electric power communication field. Therefore, establishing a high speed, two-way, real-time, integration of electric power communication network becomes the basic guarantee of Smart grid. In recent years, the dimensions of the electric power communication network are developing rapidly, and appear many new technologies. This paper systematically expounds the key new technology and the latest development in the dynamic of the power system communication which based on the next generation of network, and constructs an electric power communication network model under the smart grid environment. The economic situation analysis is applied to analyze the feasibility of the new technology, its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges analysis are list in the corresponding SWOT matrix in power system. At last, the challenges and the countermeasures of the communication network for smart power grid are pointed out.

Abstract: 数学公式自动识别的第一步就是数学公式定位,只有从文档图像里正确定位出公式,后续的步骤如公式符号识别、公式版面分析、公式语义分析才能进行。本文根据中文文字特性,设计了一种基于循环投影统计的数学公式定位方法,该方法首先通过投影来统计关键信息,然后提取出可疑行,最后通过一系列条件进行可疑行的确认。实验结果表明本文提出的方法在计算成本非常低的前提下能保证结果的正确性。
The location of mathematical formulas is the first step to recognize mathematical formula. Only when the formula in the document image is located correctly, one can complete the following steps such as formula symbol recognition, formula document analysis and formula semantic analysis. According to the characteristics of Chinese characters, this paper presents a method for automatic extraction of mathematical formula based on circular projection statistics. This method firstly collects key information through projection, and then extracts the potential line. Finally, mathematical formulas are extracted using a series of constraint conditions. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this work offers correctness of the results at very low computational costs.
