TTB机械比色训练系统应用于口腔修复教学的考量

Abstract: 目的评估TTB机械比色训练系统应用于本科生口腔修复色彩学教学的效果。方法使用TTB机械比色训练系统中LinearguideTrainingBox项目对中国医科大学口腔医学院12名未进入临床实习的本科生进行VITA3D-Master比色系统模拟训练,应用ToothguideTrainer项目对比色训练后本科生、口腔修复教研室研究生及具有5年以下工作经验的在职医生进行测试,记录测试成绩、操作时间及单项色彩因素选择正确率,计算各组受试者比色效率,采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果经TTB机械比色训练系统培训后的本科生比色效率为64.03±18.82,高于训练前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经训练后的本科生使用TTB测试的比色效率优于研究生及在职医生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经训练后的本科生对单项色彩因素选择明度、饱和度、色相正确率分别为64.64%、88.57%、87.70%。结论TTB机械比色训练系统应用于口腔修复色彩学教学能有效提高本科生色彩识别能力;经比色训练后的本科生对明度因素的识别相对较差。
树脂粘接剂在全瓷修复中的应用进展

Abstract: 摘要: 随着人们对修复体美观的要求越来越高,各种瓷修复体的临床应用日益广泛,并出现了与之相应的新型粘接材料——树脂粘接剂。其与临床常用的粘接剂相比,具有良好的半透明性、较高的粘接强度、不易溶解及色泽匹配好等优点。在树脂粘接剂的发展过程中新材料、新技术不断问世和改进,顺应了口腔临床迫切需求的趋势。本文就国内外树脂粘接剂的研究进展及应用情况进行回顾、分析和归纳,系统总结树脂粘接剂的历史发展、临床分类、粘接强度及其影响因素、未来发展趋势等方面的情况,以期为树脂粘接剂更好地应用于临床提供参考。
Abstract: Various all-ceramic restorations have been widely used in clinical settings because of the significantly increasing demand for esthetics in prosthodontic treatments. Thus, adhesive materials, such as resin cements, have been developed for such treatments. Compared with traditional cements, resin cements provide many advantages, including good translucency, high bonding strength, low solubility, and sufficient color matching. Through new technologies and materials, resin cements have been designed in compliance with the current specifications of dental clinics. To provide a reference for the improvement of resin cement applications in clinical settings, we reviewed the development and applications of resin cements locally and internationally. We further summarized the historical development, clinical classification, bonding strength, and influencing factors of resin cements. We also provided insights into the future trends of these materials.

Abstract: 目的:利用基因工程方法原核表达重组融合蛋白es-kringle5并进行纯化及活性检测。方法:es-kringle5是将内皮抑素n端的前27个氨基酸与kringle5通过连接肽相连的重组融合蛋白,合成该重组蛋白的基因片段并插入载体pmd18-t中,然后克隆至大肠杆菌表达载体pet25b中并转化e.colibl21(de3)。乳糖诱导表达后经ni-nta亲和层析纯化后获得目的蛋白。通过抑制huvec细胞增殖实验检测其生物学活性。结果:重组质粒构建正确。利用乳糖诱导表达并降低诱导温度能增加目的蛋白的产量及可溶性表达。纯化后的重组蛋白纯度大于95%。生物学活性证明该重组蛋白具有抑制huvec的增殖能力。结论:具有生物学活性的重组蛋白es-kringle5可在大肠杆菌中高效表达,为研究其体内药效、药代及安全性评价奠定了基础。

Abstract: 仿生学优化算法是一类模仿生物行为和自然界现象的仿生算法,其目的是求解优化问题的全局最优解。本文首先介绍了各种仿生学优化算法的起源和基本原理,主要包括蚁群优化算法、粒子群优化算法、细菌觅食优化算法、蜂群优化算法、鱼群优化算法、萤火虫群优化算法、狼群优化算法、蝙蝠算法、鸡群优化算法、进化算法、免疫算法、克隆选择算法和小世界网络等。然后总结了仿生优化算法的研究现状,并给出了仿生优化算法在信号处理、图像处理、语音处理和通信网络等领域中的典型应用。最后,归纳了仿生学优化算法的特点,并对如何扩展其适用范围、探索新的仿生学优化算法提出了基本思路,对其发展进行了展望。
Bionic optimization algorithm is a kind of bionic algorithm that imitates biological behaviors and natural phenomenon, whose aim is to find out the optimal solution of the target problem. In the paper, the origin and basic principles of various bionic optimization algorithms are first introduced, including ant colony algorithm, particle swarm algorithm, bacteria foraging algorithm, bee colony algorithm, fish swarm algorithm, glowworm swarm algorithm, wolf pack algorithm, bat algorithm, chicken swarm algorithm, evolutionary algorithm, immune algorithm, clonal selection algorithm, small-world network, and so on. Then, the state of the art of bionic optimization algorithms is reviewed, and some typical applications of bionic optimization algorithms in signal processing, image processing, speech processing and communication network are given. Finally, the features of bionic optimization algorithms are summarized, the basic ideas on how to extend their applications and explore new bionic optimization algorithms are presented, and the future developments of bionic optimization algorithms are also prospected.

In this present study, a review was performed to explore mental health status of high school teachers. In addition, the factors influencing mental health of high school teachers were discussed. Conclusions showed that factors affecting the mental health of high school teachers were mainly coping, occupational stress and social support.

Abstract:
为了考察温度对个人决策中情感预测的影响,本研究通过启动实验,启动被试冷和暖的感受体验。接着让被试对未来积极事件和消极事件进行情感预测,然后进行决策任务,随机反馈成功或者失败后,被试进行情感体验。然后比较不同启动条件下被试的情感预测以及情感预测偏差的差异。结果表明:实验操作能成功启动被试对冷和热的感受。相较于冷感受下的被试,处于暖感受下的被试,会高估自己预测未来积极事件和消极事件的情绪强度。
The study is designed to investigate the influence of temperature on the individual decision in af-fective forecasting. By the priming experiment, participant can feel cold or warm. Then, we let the participant predict the emotion in positive and negative future events, and finish decision tasks. After we feedback success or failure randomly, the participant answers the affective experiences questionnaire. The next is to compare differences of affective forecasting and affective forecasting bias in priming conditions. The results showed that: experimental operation can prime the feelings of cold and warmth successfully. Compared with the participant of cold feeling, the participant of warm feelings will overestimate their emotional intensity in positive and negative events.
青岛近岸沉积物中持久性有机污染物多氯萘和多溴联苯醚

Abstract: 对同一样品经索氏抽提、多级复合硅胶层析柱、渗透凝胶层析柱、氧化铝层析柱分离,利用低分辨率气相色谱-质谱方法对青岛近岸5个表层沉积物和1个贝类样品中的31种多氯萘(PCNs)和21种多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)异构体的含量分布特征、毒性当量浓度及来源进行了研究.总PCNs和PBDEs最高含量出现在河口处.总PCNs含量范围为212~1209pg/g(dw),以3氯代PCNs为主.总PBDEs含量范围为117~5510pg/g(dw).主要以6-氯以下(含6-氯)为主.局部来源的PCNs来自垃圾焚烧、燃煤等高温过程.PBDEs则主要来自分子扩散.除了在河口处受到城市污水污泥的影响之外,大气沉降是青岛近海PCNs与PBDEs的重要来源.青岛近岸贻贝中PCNs和PBDEs都相对于沉积物有富集作用.PCNs的总毒性当量浓度均低于PCBs总毒性当量浓度.
中国城市电子废弃物回收处置现状

Abstract: 通过实地调查和文献回顾,发现中国城市电子废弃物回收处置过程中存在的主要问题有7个方面:①缺乏明确的规章制度和严格的准入制度,电子废弃物从回收到处置都缺乏有效的管理和监督;②相关从业者的经营规模与技术水平参差不齐,市场秩序较为混乱;③电子废弃物的个体回收者,大多数设备条件落后,处理方式仅作为获利的手段,部分回收者和分解者在加工过程中造成了严重的环境污染;④生产厂商、销售商、消费者及政府部门都没有将电子废弃物的回收处理视为其应承担的社会责任和环境责任;⑤政府与生产厂商互相推诿电子废弃物的回收处理责任;⑥消费者的资源节约和环保意识亟待加强,部分消费者存在环境意识淡薄、废旧电器随意丢弃和处置不当的现象;⑦从环保意识到环保行动,大多数城市居民具有较高的潜在支付意愿:90%的消费者愿意以较高的价格,购买更有社会责任感和更环保的生产厂商的产品,反映出消费者在经济成本和环境成本之间的权衡尺度和支付意愿。
钇稳定氧化锆基底材料与饰面瓷结合性能的实验研究

Abstract: 目的考察国产氧化钇稳定四方晶体氧化锆(3Y-TZP)与4种氧化锆专用饰面瓷界面的结合性能。方法粉浆涂塑方法分别将VITAVM9、SHOFUVINTAGEZR、IPSe.maxCeram、Cerconceramkiss4种氧化锆专用饰面瓷烧结在15mm×5mm×5mm的3Y-TZP核瓷试件上,另外制作相同尺寸镍铬合金烤瓷试件作为对照,测试界面剪切强度。制作氧化锆基底与饰面瓷双层瓷试件,扫描电镜(SEM)观察结合界面微观形貌;能谱分析(EDS)检测界面元素分布。结果氧化锆与VITAVM9、SHOFUVINTAGEZR、IPSe.maxCeram、Cerconceramkiss4种氧化锆专用饰面瓷的剪切强度分别为(18.83±1.77)MPa、(23.83±7.05)MPa、(17.87±2.30)MPa、(22.26±7.45)MPa,各组与金属烤瓷对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各3Y-TZP烤瓷组试件破坏模式以界面破坏为主。扫描电镜观察氧化锆和饰面瓷结合界面结合紧密;能谱分析结果显示二者存在化学元素渗透。结论国产3Y-TZP与饰面瓷材料界面结合良好,可以满足临床需要。
基于函数模型的喷杆式组合喷头雾滴沉积效果研究

Abstract: 大田喷杆式喷雾机在喷雾作业时,雾滴沉积均匀性会极大影响农药利用率和施药效果。目前对于喷头雾滴沉积的研究鲜见较为准确的分布预测模型。针对平面扇形喷头XR8002、XR8004和XR8006,探讨了不同喷雾高度下不同喷孔尺寸的喷头雾滴雾化规律,进而对单喷头雾滴沉积分布进行函数拟合,建立喷头雾滴沉积分布模型,研究单喷头及其组合喷头的雾滴沉积分布规律。结果表明:喷孔尺寸越小,雾滴完全雾化所需喷雾高度越大。当喷雾高度为50 cm时,3种喷头理想的安装间距均为65 cm; 当喷雾高度为70 cm时,XR8002的最佳安装间距为70~75 cm,XR8004和XR8006则均为75 cm。本研究建立的单喷头及组合喷头的雾滴沉积分布模型具有较高的精度,为喷杆式喷雾机喷头最佳安装间距的选择提供了一种有效的方法。
The uniformity of droplet deposition will obviously affect the utilization and the effect of pesticides application when spraying with boom sprayer in the field. At present, there are few accurate prediction models for the study on the droplet deposition of spray nozzles. We studied the atomization pattern of different nozzle orifice size under different spray height of 50 cm and 70 cm with an aim to carry out the function fitting of droplet deposition of single plane fan-shaped nozzle in aspects of XR8002, XR8004 and XR8006 produced by American TeeJet Company with the pressure of 0.2 MPa. The volume median diameter was measured by laser particle sizer, and every volume median diameter of different position and different height were recorded and analyzed. The droplet deposition distributions of three nozzles at two spray heights all obey the Fourier function. The distribution pattern of single nozzle and combined nozzles were also studied through the established model of droplet deposition. The results showed that for a wide flat fan nozzle of the same type, such as XR8002, XR8004 and XR8006, the smaller the nozzle size, the higher the spray height was required for complete atomization. When the spray height was 50 cm, the best installation distance to obtain ideal droplet deposition for all three types of nozzles were 65 cm. When the spray height was 70 cm, the best installation distance of XR8004 and XR8006 were both 75 cm, while the better mounting space of XR8002 was 70-75 cm. The function models of droplet deposition of single nozzle or combined nozzles based on Fourier function had a higher accuracy.
