Abstract: 随着自然、社会环境的变化和人类对生存、长寿、健康的追求,加之专科细划、专业细化、医学知识碎片化对医学发展呈双刃剑的影响,现代医学也遇到了前所未有的难题。整合医学(HIM)是从人的整体出发,将医学各领域最先进的知识理论和临床各专科最有效的实践经验分别加以有机整合,并根据社会、环境、心理的现实进行修正、调整,使之成为更加符合、更加适合人体健康和疾病诊疗的新的医学体系。HIM是未来医学发展的必然方向和必由之路。本文阐述了HIM的内涵、HIM与相关医学概念的区别以及HIM近年来的实践工作。
Medicine has encountered unprecedented problems with the changes of nature, society and environment,and with new human quests for survival, longevity and health. Meanwhile, the development of medicine is facingchallenges with its own issues of over-divided and specialized disciplines and knowledge fragmentation. Holisticintegrative medicine (HIM), taking the human body as a holistic entity, organically integrates the most advancedknowledge and theories in each medical field and the most effective practice in various clinical specialties. Then it makescorresponding revisions and adjustments according to social, environmental and psychological conditions to make thenew medical system more suitable for human health and disease treatment. HIM is the inevitable trend in the futuredevelopment of medicine. This article discusses the connotation of HIM, the differences between HIM and other similarmedical concepts, and its pioneering practices in recent years

Abstract: 首先,通过论证世界科技中心和高等教育中心转移规律及其相互关系,阐明高等教育尤其是医学教 育的重要意义;其次,通过梳理世界高等教育的发展历程和发展特征,阐述我国医学教育面临的重大机遇和重大 挑战;再次,通过对比分析中外医学教育史和国际主要医学教育模式的优劣,详细阐述目前国际医学教育面临的 十大问题,提出十大改革任务。最后,从十个方面论证整合医学教育是未来国际医学教育的发展方向。
First of all, by demonstrating the transfer of science and technology centers and higher education centers, as well as their relationship, I clarified the significance of higher education, especially medical education. Secondly, by teasing out the development history and characteristics of international higher education, I declared that China’s medical education is facing huge opportunities and challenges. Thirdly, by making a contrastive analysis of the medical education history at home and abroad and exploring the advantages and disadvantages of main medical education models, I expounded the ten major problems and the ten reform tasks that international medical education is facing at present. Last but not least, from ten aspects, I stated a new medical education model named holistic integrative medical education as the future development direction of international medical education

Abstract: 现代医学研究和实践向技术化发展、向微观领域深入,带来专业过度分化、专科过度细化和医学知识碎片化的问题。本文列举了上述问题在基础研究、临床实践和药品应用等领域的典型表现,并深入分析了其潜在原因,提出了反向医学研究的新思路。
Modern medical research and practice is developing towards technicalization and microcosmic domain.The development of modern medicine is currently facing challenges because of the over-specialization and over-divisionof medical disciplines and the fragmentation of medical knowledge. In this article, we cited the typical performance ofthe above problems in basic research, clinical practice and pharmaceutical applications, and deeply analyzed the potentialcauses. We have proposed the new idea of reverse medical research to solve the dilemma of medical development

Abstract: 樊代明院士撰写的“医学与科学”一文在本刊今年第二期刊发后,光明日报、健康报、科技日报、医学科学报等10余种报刊,以及光明网、人民网、赛先生等10余个网站作了全文转载或摘登。樊院士在该文中提出的观点在国内学界引起强烈反响,大多数人持支持态度,也有持不同观点的。仁者见仁,智者见智,可以说达到了争鸣的目的。为了将这一问题更加清晰地阐述,并不断引向深入,樊院士经过再思考,撰写了“再论医学与科学”一文,旨在坚持原文内容和框架基础上,以更通俗易懂的语言,用更鲜活实际的例子,再次阐述医学与科学的异同,摆正医学与科学的关系,推动医学革命性的发展。

Abstract: 面对“看病难、看病贵”和“行医难、行医畏”的问题,我们的医改总是步履维艰,达不到理想境地。为此,中国工程院根据中央和国家的要求,启动了“全民健康和医药卫生事业国家发展战略研究”。课题组历时两年研究,写出了一份较为完整的综合报告。樊代明院士作为这个项目首席科学家,通过该报告的部分数据,特别是经过他本人的认真思考,形成了很多重要的观点和看法,并撰写了“加减乘除话医改”这篇文章。全文共分为8个部分:①资源配置,倒塔会倒塔;②卫生法律,正塔靠立法;③疾病预防,上医治未病;④医学研究,源头供活水;⑤人才培养,看病靠医生;⑥药品研发,治病靠好药;⑦器械研发,善事先利器;⑧中医发展,老本不能忘。文中谈到的“加减乘除”不是说医改简单,而强调医改是一项复杂的系统工程,要统筹考虑,全面推进。只有这样,才能逐步解决医改这道难题。

Abstract: 整体整合医学(简称整合医学)正式提出已经7年了。整合医学在理论研究和实践探索上都取得了显 著的进步。本文从空间健康学、人间健康学和时间健康学三个方面阐述了整合医学的核心理念——整体观,并分 析了医学形势发生的十大转变及其所导致的十大矛盾,还从十个方面着手介绍了整合医学整合的对象及方法,以 期实现整合医学的发展目标。
Holistic integrative medicine (HIM) has been formally proposed for seven years. HIM has made significant progress in theoretical research and practical exploration. This article demonstrated the core concept of HIM—the holistic view—from three aspects of space healthology, human healthology and time healthology, and analyzed the ten major changes in medical situation and the ten contradictions caused by them, and also described how to carry out integration in order to achieve the development goals of HIM
胡萝卜抗冻蛋白基因克隆及植物表达载体构建

Abstract: 以胡萝卜品种autumnking的幼苗为材料,用ctab法提取其基因组dna,以pcr(polymerasechainreaction)的方法在体外扩增出胡萝卜抗冻蛋白基因(afp),以pucm-tvector为载体构建成胡萝卜afp的克隆载体ptaf,用ecorⅰ消化重组质粒ptaf使其线性化,再用dna聚合酶ⅰklenow大片段补平末端,然后用xbaⅰ消化,获得一末端粘,一末端平的目的片段(afp)。植物表达载体pbi121用xbaⅰ和smaⅰ双酶切,获得一末端粘,一末端平的线性质粒。将目的片段与线性质粒在t4dna连接酶的作用下进行定向连接,构建成胡萝卜afp的植物表达载体pbaf。

Abstract: 详细报道了胡萝卜抗冻蛋白基因(afp)植物表达载体的构建过程及其直接法转化农杆菌的方法。以限制性内切酶从克隆载体上切取afp基因,将其连接在相应酶切的pbi121工程质粒上,构建成afp植物表达载体。采用直接转化法将重组子导入根癌农杆菌,并用pcr方法进行了鉴定。

Abstract: 在人肿瘤非典型性多药耐药机制的研究中发现了一个新的基因——多药耐药相关蛋白基因(mrp).该基因位于人16号染色体p13∶3,编码1531个氨基酸.其产物为多药耐药相关蛋白(mrp),分子质量190ku,故又名p190.mrp属abc超家族成员,主要分布在细胞的质膜上.mrp的功能可能是在能量依赖的外排系统中发挥作用.除了一些肿瘤细胞系外,mrp基因的高表达还见于一些血液系肿瘤及乳腺癌等.mrp基因的高表达还可能与某些肿瘤的复发和预后有关.
