干燥环境下紫外辐射对硅橡胶老化性能的影响

Abstract: 随着中国“西电东送”及特高压输电工程的展开,复合绝缘子厂家纷纷研制出适合特高压输电工程线路应用的特高压等级的复合绝缘材料。笔者针对哈密至郑州±800kV特高压直流输电工程在哈密段的复合绝缘子老化问题,提取哈密地区干燥强紫外辐射的气候特征,在干燥环境下对特高压等级的复合绝缘材料和普通电压等级的复合绝缘材料进行紫外加速老化实验。对实验样品进行静态接触角测试,硬度测试,傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)分析。实验结果表明两种试样硬度均变大,憎水性均部分丧失,并有填充物外露;红外光谱中Si-CH3键和Si-O-Si键的峰面积均减小;在两种试样初始数据相近的情况下,特高压等级样品各个数据的变化量均小于普通等级样品。

Abstract: This experiment was carried out by using fluorescence label and fluorence-nce recovery after photobleaching to study the redistribution and lateral mobility of concanavaline A receptors of membranous surface in two kinds of normal fi-broblasts and gastric adenocarcinoma cell line. The redistribution of membranous Con A receptors of normal fibroblasts and gastric cancer cell displayed continu-ative uniform distribution in which there were no difference between them, but the rate of lateral mobility of receptors have obvious difference. The human gastric cancer cells differs greatly from two kinds of fibroblast. Therefore, while analysing receptors redistribution, we must determine its lateral mobility so that we can analyse membranous nature better during the growth, differentiation and transformation of cells.

Abstract: This experiment was carried out by using fluorescence label and fluorescent recovery affer photobleaching to study the distribution and lateral concanavaline A (Con A) receptor complex on the membrane of two humen gastric cancer cell lines in M phase and interphase of cell cycle. The distribution of Con A receptor complex in M phase of MGC80-3 cells, which were uniform continuous withstrong fluorescence were similar to jnterphase of SGC7901 cells, The mobile pattern of these receptor molecules displayed diffusion mobility. In M phase of SGC7901 cells, the distribution of Con A complex were similar to interphase of MGC80-3 cells which appeared discontinuous clusters pattern with weakish fluorescence. Their mobility appeared flow pattern. The mobile fraction(R%) on the membrane cells with flow mobility of receptor complex is higher than that with diffusion mobility of receptor complex, P<0.001
湖南省花垣县农田土壤钾素现状、存在问题及对策

Abstract: 基于花垣县2007年农田土壤钾素调查数据与1980年湖南省第二次土壤普查数据,分析花垣县农田土壤钾素现状,探讨其存在问题,从而提出因地制宜的农田土壤钾素肥力管理措施。结果表明,花垣县农田土壤全钾平均含量为12.93g/kg,与湖南省第二次土壤普查相比下降了22.44%;土壤速效钾含量总体水平偏高,平均达到124.66g/kg,与湖南省第二次土壤普查相比增加了54.76%,呈明显增加趋势;缓效钾含量总体偏低,低于100mg/kg的农田占全县农田面积的87.46%。目前花垣县农田土壤存在钾素储备偏低,长期供钾潜力不足的问题。针对花垣县农田土壤钾素现状及存在的问题,应当改善耕作方式,防止农田钾素流失;实行秸秆还田,有效防止农田钾素失衡;推广测土配方施肥,实现钾素投入平衡等有效措施,提高土壤钾素肥力。

Abstract: 摘要:在中西方体育文化中,就“搏斗技击”本身而能上升为艺术乃至哲学的层面,武术是中国特有的文化现象。运用文献资料等研究方法,以武术自身的发展规律和特征为研究对象,并结合哲学、艺术学基本理论,对武术发展的全貌从技、艺、道三层面进行系统阐释。研究认为:中国武术以“技”为根基,形成攻防搏斗的遁形内隐;中国武术以“艺”为演绎,表达一种艺术的展示和审美的诉求;中国武术以“道”为理想,体悟一种对“天道”的认知和“人道”的践行。通过对三层面的梳理和深究,发现技、艺、道之间存在一定关系,即化技为艺、技艺双修是中国武术技术发展的内在必然;艺通于道、艺与道合是中国武术精神境界的完美转换;道由技生、技道合一是中国武术本体发展的自由超越。
Abstract: In Chinese and western sports culture, "fight and attack" itself can rise to the level of art and philosophy; wushu is a unique cultural phenomenon in China. Taking Wushu’s own development rules and features as the research objects, combining with the basic theories of philosophy and art, this article interprets the development of Wushu from three levels of technology, art and Tao by the method of literature review. Conclusions: Taking technology as the foundation, Chinese Wushu forms implicit offensive and defensive combat; taking art as a deduction, Chinese Wushu expresses the artistic display and aesthetic pursuit and demands; taking Tao as the ideal, Chinese Wushu understands the cognition of heaven Tao and the practice of humanity. By combing and analyzing the three levels, we find that there is a certain relationship between technology, art and Tao, which are that improving technology to art, and practicing both are the inherent necessity of Chinese Wushu; combining art and Tao and harmony between them are the perfect transformation of the spiritual realm of Chinese Wushu; Tao coming from technology and sharing the same origin are the freedom transcendence of the development of Chinese Wushu
水生态系统服务价值评估及工业活动影响——山东省齐河县案例

Abstract:
本文基于生态系统评估框架建立了针对区域复合生态系统的水生态系统服务价值评价指标体系,并对2012年山东省齐河县水生态系统服务价值进行了核算。结果显示,2012年齐河县的水生态服务价值总计为39.13亿元。其中,调节服务和文化服务的价值较高,分别为26.41亿元和9.67亿元,占总价值量的67.50%和24.71%,其次为供给服务、支持服务,分别为2.73亿元和0.32亿元。从单项水生态服务价值来看,气候调节、娱乐和生态旅游及地表水调蓄的服务价值排在前三位,分别为20.5亿元,9.67亿元和5.78亿元。工业活动会通过影响水生态系统的水量、水质和水功能而对系统服务造成影响,其中工业取水用水、废水排放和废水处理过程会直接造成水资源消耗和水污染从而影响水生态系统服务价值,而工业用地、原料能源消耗及废物排放等过程会间接损害水生态系统健康,使生态系统服务减值。
Based on the United Nations Millennium ecosystem assessment framework, this paper established a water ecosystem service evaluation system. According to the framework, we carried out the cal-culation and analysis of water ecosystem service value in Qihe, Shandong Province in 2012. The results showed that the total economic value of water ecosystem service of Qihe was 3.913 billion RMB. From the perspective of value, the highest two kinds of ecosystem services were regulating services, 2.641 billion RMB and cultural services, 0.967 billion RMB, accounting for 67.50% and 24.71% of total economic value. And the values of provision service and supporting service were 0.273 billion and 32 million. In terms of individual ecosystem service value, the top three ecosys-tem services were climate regulation, recreation & eco-tourism and surface water regulation & storage, the values of which were 2.05 billion, 0.967 billion and 0.578 billion. Industrial activities have impact on ecosystem by influencing water quantity, water quality and water functions. Among different impact factors, water consumption, wastewater discharge and treatment have a direct impact on water ecosystem service values, while industrial land use, raw materials & energy consumption and waste emission are indirect factors, which will cause impairment of ecosystem services.
EAC细胞在3'5'-cAMP诱导下PKA-RⅡ移位入核与癌基因表达的动力学变化

Abstract: Ehrlich细胞在cAMP加茶碱的诱导下,于接种后5-7天,伴随着胞质内cAMP蛋白结合率上升的同时,依赖于cAMP的蛋白激酶Ⅱ型酶调节亚基(PKA-RⅡ)从胞质向核移位,其表达强度在胞质和核内持续升高,此时癌基c-myc,c-fos,c-H-ras,c-sis表达抑制。cAMP蛋白结合率与PKA-RⅡ的移位入核呈显著的正相关,二者与癌基因表达抑制是显著的负相关,它们均从第7天最为显著。在癌龄晚期(按种后9-11天),当胞质内cAMP蛋白结合率下降(与对照组比较)时,PKA-RⅡ则停止移位入核,癌基因又重新表达,如果用cAMP抑制剂人为阻断接种后第7天的癌细胞内PKA信号通路时,PKA-RH则停止移位入核,而癌基因仍呈强烈表达。对上述各结果之间的关系进行了分析与讨论。
环六亚甲基双乙酰胺对人胃癌MGc80-3细胞的诱导分化及PKA-RⅡ与PKC-α亚型在细胞内分布的变化

Abstract: 用HMBA作为诱导分化剂.研究了HMBA对人胃癌MGc80-3细胞的诱导分化效应,并采用免疫荧光技术观察了PKA-RⅡ与PKC-α亚型在细胞内分布的变化.细胞经5mmol/L HMBA处理后,细胞形态产生明显变化.细长突起明显增加,生长速度减慢,倍增时间延长.24小时,48小时,72小时的生长抑制率分别为20%.40.6%.54.8%.细胞在软琼脂上生长不成集落.细胞周期时相的分布发生变化、G_0+G_1期比对照组增加18.4%.而s期细胞比对照组减少14.8%.细胞内cAMP、DG水平也发生了显著变化.HMBA处理24小时后.细胞内cAMP水平上升62%.DG水平下降64.7.处理48小时后.cAMP水平上升76.2%.而DG水平下降的69.8%.以上结果充分表明了HMBA对人胃癌MGc80-3细胞的诱导分化作用.实验中还发现细胞经HMBA处理后.PKC-α分布于胞质,而PKA-RⅡ向胞核移位.提示HMBA对细胞的诱导分化作用与信号传递通路密切相关.
多路窄脉冲功率线路合成

Abstract: ?介绍了传输线变压器的结构特点,对其进行了理论分析和实验研究。采用传输线变压器结构将每路幅度约为4.5kv/50ω的4路脉冲合成了幅度约8.8kv/50ω的脉冲,通过实验证实了采用多根传输线串并联方式构成的传输线变压器装置可以将多路窄脉冲进行线路功率合成。应用此类结构设计了一种紧凑的高压窄脉冲发生器,将36路8kv/50ω的脉冲合成了约46kv/50ω的脉冲。采用传输线变压器合成器,应确保各路输入脉冲的前沿抖动足够小和高精度同步。
