新疆罗布泊东延地区——阿其克谷地生态地质环境现状及保护措施初探

Abstract: 阿其克谷地是罗布泊洼地的东延部分。对谷地内生态地质环境的气候环境、水环境、土壤环境和生物环境4个主要因子的调查表明:谷地内气候极端恶劣,属于极端干旱的温带和暖温带大陆性气候;水资源极度匮乏,以地下水为主;土壤类型有石膏棕漠土、盐土和流动风沙土3类,一般没有什么肥力潜力;生物物种贫乏,以超旱生和耐盐生的荒漠群落为主。当前,人类活动对谷内生态环境的影响主要为采矿、旅游、盗猎、放牧等活动。最后提出了树立全局观念,限制人类活动,建立生态环境保护区和水资源开发与涵养并举等生态环境保护建议。
新疆北山南部地区石炭-二叠纪岩石地层单位厘定及沉积环境分析

Abstract: 石炭-二叠纪地层在新疆北山南部地区分布较为广泛,总体为浅变质强变形的一套岩石,经重新厘定从老到新岩石地层单位有:早石炭世红柳园组,晚石炭世石板山组、胜利泉组和干泉组;早二叠世红柳河组,中二叠世骆驼沟组.其沉积环境经历了滨浅海相→浅海相、半深海相→海陆交互相,为两个较为完整的沉积旋回,沉积物颜色为紫红色夹灰绿色,陆源碎屑为成熟度较低的石英和长石,显示了氧化条件、近源、快速堆积特征,反映为陆内裂谷盆地性质.
阿尔金断裂与周缘新生代盆地关系

Abstract: 通过野外填图工作,在阿尔金断裂附近填绘出一系列的新生代地层,对这些地层目前的展布与阿尔金活动断裂的关系分析认为,始新世以来阿尔金断裂对沉积盆地表现出明显的控制作用,表现为明显的左行走滑,并兼具向北西方向掀斜的逆冲活动。乌尊硝尔盆地(索尔库里盆地西部)中的主体沉积是第四系。盆地的东南边界是阿尔金南缘主断裂;盆地西南缘,第四系沉积受东西向北倾正断层控制;盆地北缘为近东西向北倾右行逆冲脆性断裂。盆地的西部边缘超覆在基岩之上,不受断裂控制。

Abstract: H·阿尔布列希建构的“组织化的农业推广框架模型”的目标团体系统(农户)松散化,没有实现组织化,进而法反映现代农业推广系统中的主体多元化、客体多样化、推广方式和过程市场化等新特征,已法指导现代农业推广的实践和理论研究,必须重构。为从整体上反映现代农业推广系统,依据该系统的开放复杂性和多学科融合性,利用拓展物理事理人理方法论的主体-客体-交互作用方法论,重构了组织化的农业推广框架模型。该模型的主体系统包括政府、大学科研院所、农业生产经营主体和社会团体四大类主体中的各种推广组织,强调主体间的协作关系,期望通过构建四螺旋多元协作推广主体系统来实现农业推广组织体系的创新。该模型的客体系统从农业科技成果拓展到市场信息、管理知识和创新能力,以反映新型农业生产经营主体在发展中的需求变化,模型的实践过程系统则反映了农业推广的市场化和产业化目标,并强调推广方式和手段的创新,以期为研究现代农业的多元推广机制和过程提供一个基础框架。
In the target group system of the organized agricultural extension framework constructed by H·Albrecht, the farmers are loose and not organized. So the framework can not reflect the new characteristics of the modern agricultural extension system, such as the diversification of the subject and object, the marketing way of the agricultural extension means and process. According this, the framework is not able to guide the practice and theoretical research of the modern agricultural extension and need to be reconstructed. In this paper, based on the characteristics of the open complexity and the multidisciplinary integration of the agricultural extension system, a new framework of the organized agricultural extension is constructed by using the Zhuti Keti Jiaohuzuoyong (ZKJ) methodology which is extended from the Wuli Shili Renli (WSR) methodology. In this framework, the subjects of the subject system are the agricultural extension organizations which belong to the government, the university and scientific research institutes, the agricultural production and operation organizations and the social groups. The subject system emphasizes the cooperation among the agricultural extension organizations and expects to realize the system innovation of the agricultural extension organizations by constructing the multiple and cooperative subject system of the four spirals. The objects of the object system include the agricultural scientific and technological achievements, the market information, the management knowledge and the innovation ability. These objects reflect the changes in the demand of the agricultural production and operation organizations in order to promote their development. The process system shows the market oriented and industrial characteristics and emphasizes the innovations of the agricultural extension means. This framework tries to demonstrate the modern agricultural extension system on the whole and expects to be used to study the mechanism and process of the modern multiple agricultural extensions as a basic framework.

Abstract: 本文介绍一种硅基集成微晃动马达.该微马达的制作工艺非常简单,主要包括四次光刻(共三块版)、两次LPCVD多晶硅膜淀积和两次LTOSiO2膜淀积.微马达转子和定子由厚度为4.2μm的多晶硅膜形成,转子与定子之间的空气间隙为2.0—2.5μm,转子的半径为40—50μm.初步测量结果表明,微晃动马达的最低驱动电压为49V,最高转速估计可达600rpm。

基于加速度传感器的种公羊运动行为识别
Recognition of the movement behavior of stud rams based on acceleration sensor

Abstract: 为解决种公羊运动行为的识别依赖饲养员观察耗时耗力的问题,本研究设计了一种基于加速度传感器的种公羊运动行为识别系统。该系统利用无线加速度传感器节点采集种公羊的运动行为信息,对行为信息进行实时采集和无线传输,分析传感器4种部署方案下(背部、颈部、前腿、后腿)采集到的羊行为数据,并利用K均值聚类法和区间阈值分类法进行分类。试验表明传感器的4种部署方案中将传感器部署在种公羊的背部靠近前腿处得到的加速度数据最稳定。但K均值聚类法平均识别率为77.05%,识别效果差,因此又提出了区间阈值分类法,通过对加速度数据识别测试获得区间阈值,对静立、行走、奔跑行为的识别率分别达到95.96%、95.78%和96.89%,3种行为的平均识别率达到96.21%。本研究所获得的运动行为数据可应用于种公羊的运动量补充和健康状况监测。
In order to solve the problem recognizing stud rams' movement behaviors depends on feeders' observation is time consuming,a rams' movement behavioral identification system with acceleration sensor was designed. In the system, atriaxial acceleration sensor was employed to collect the rams' movement data in real time, and the data was wirelessly transmited. The system also could obtain the characteristics of movement behaviors by analyzing the data collected under four deployment schemes of sensor (the sensor fixed on the back, neck, foreleg and hindleg of ram), and classify the movement behaviors by K-means clustering algorithm and interval threshold algorithm. The results showed that the sensor fixed on the back near the forelegs of ram could obtain the most stable acceleration data in four deployment scenarios. The average recognition rate of K-means clustering algorithm was 77.05% and its recognition was not good. So this research presented interval threshold algorithm. The interval threshold was obtained by indentifying and testing the acceleration data. The recognition rates of standing, walking and running were 95.96%, 95.78% and 96.89%, respectively. The average recognition rate for the three movement behaviors reached 96.21%, showing that the movement behaviors data obtained by analysis could be applied to guidance in supplement of stud rams' exercise and monitor their health condition.

Abstract: 已有研究表明,对失业人员的情绪智力进行培训,结果发现情绪智力可以提高自我领导能力,从而提高自我效能感。大学生潜质的开发与其自我领导和情绪智力的关系密不可分。因此,我们认为通过对大学生的情绪智力进行培养,可以提高其自我领导能力,进而提高其个人潜质,从而更好地实现个人成长。为了验证我们的假设,我们采用大学生自我领导力问卷和情绪智力问卷(EIS)对400名大学生进行测试。研究结果表明:1) 自我领导力与情绪知觉、自身情绪管理、他人情绪管理以及情绪表达显著正相关,并且自我领导力的三个维度与情绪知觉、自身情绪管理、他人情绪管理以及情绪表达显著正相关。2) 情绪智力的两个因子——他人情绪管理与情绪知觉对自我领导力及其三个维度均具有较强的预测能力。
Existing research found that after training the emotional intelligence of the unemployed, the results show that emotional intelligence can improve self-leadership, so as to improve self-efficacy. The development of college students’ potential is closely related to self-leadership and emotional intelligence. Therefore, we believe that through the cultivation of emotional intelligence, college students can improve their self-leadership, and thus improve their personal potential and better achieve personal growth. To test our hypotheses, the College Students’ Self-Leadership Question-naire and Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (EIS) were used to investigate 400 college students. Results show that: 1) self-leadership is significantly related to emotional perception, emotional management, emotional management of others and emotional expression. And the three dimensions of leadership are significantly related to emotional perception, emotional management, emotional management of others and emotional expression; 2) two factors of emotional in-telligence—emotional management and emotional perception of others have a strong predictive ability to self-leadership and its three dimensions.
