Abstract: 基于促进农业现代物流发展的需要,采用对比分析和逻辑推理等论证方法,结合传统物流理论与实践,立足现代农业发展对物流服务的客观需求,分析了广义物流概念和物流功能的特性,研究了农业现代物流的功能要素及服务内容,提出农业现代物流的“十二职能说”;同时,探索了农业现代物流与供应链系统化运行的创新模式,构想了农业现代物流的运营管理思路。最终得出物流业发展应全面发挥各种功能要素,并通过强化管理措施,来实现各要素多样性、系统性、标准性、协调性和高效性运营的结论。
Based on the need to promote agricultural modern logistic development, using method of argumentation such as comparative analysis and logical reasoning, etc. Combined with traditional logistics theory and practice, stand point of modern agriculture development objective demand for logistics service, according to generalized concept of logistics and the characteristics of the logistics function, analyzed the function elements and service contents for modern agriculture logistics, put forward the “theory of 12 functions”. At the same time, explored the construct the innovative model of modern agriculture logistics and the systematic operation of the supply chain, and elaborate the new operational management ideas of modern agriculture logistics. Eventually come to the conclusions that the logistics industry should fully exercise all functional elements, and by strengthening management measures to achieve the various elements of diversity, systematic, standards, coordination and efficiency of operations.

Abstract: 用已修正且被验证的新洛仑兹变换式,对惯性质量和引力质量进行了新的探索,得出引力质量恒定的结论。认为质–速关系式就是惯性质量与引力质量的关系。厄阜实验只是证明了惯性质量的增加与材料无关,其它能够检测惯性质量与引力质量差别的实验,都没有达到应有的精度要求。仔细分析广义相对论,指出惯性质量与引力质量的差异,只是否定了自由粒子运动方程,肯定了广义相对论仍然是现代科技发展的先导。结合新洛仑兹变换式,提出了运动的质点将产生一种目前人类还未认知的场——W场(暂称)。并阐述了W场的机理,且以实际观测值说明了W场的存在。成功地将牛顿引力理论地纳入了修正后的狭义相对论,并进一步完善了引力理论。
This paper gives the new exploration of inertia mass and gravitational mass by using the revised and authen-ticated Lorentz transformation. It is considered that the mass-speed relation is the connection between inertia mass and gravitational mass. “Roland von E?tv?s Experiment” only proves that the increase of the inertial mass has nothing to do with the material. Other experiments can detect the differences between inertial mass and gravitational mass, but they are not up to the precision requirement. By analyzing the general relativity and pointing out the inertial mass and gravi- tational mass differences, it negates free particle motion equation and affirms general relativity’s forerunner status of modern science. With the Lorentz transformation, this article draws the conclusion that kinetic particle produces, W field (tentatively called), which is unknown yet. Also it describes the mechanism of the W field and then explains the phenomenon of W field in the presence according to the observed values. The theory of gravitation is brought into the revised special theory of relativity successfully, further improved the theory of gravitation.

Abstract: 随着社会发展,电子竞技作为一项新的运动竞赛方式逐渐进入了校园,由于师生对电子竞技的认识及其利弊认识还是不够清晰,且经常参与该项运动会影响学生的正常学习生活。对于电子竞技运动到底如何在学校发展,该不该在学校发展。为了解决电子竞技在校园发展这一问题针,笔者尝试从人文社会学角度,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等对电子竞技这一体育文化现象在校园的发展的利弊进行了分析,力图为解决电子竞技在校园的发展提供一些借鉴。

With the development of the society, campus electronic athletics as a new way of sport competition gradually come into the campus. But students have not enough understanding of it and then don’t have a clear knowledge of its advantages and disadvantages; what’s more, if students often participate in this sport, their study life will be affected. Given that, research on the way of development in the school and whether it can be accepted is very important. In order to solve the problem of the development of electronic sports on campus, the author attempts to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the campus electronic athletics from the social perspective, using the method of literature, expert interviews and so on to provide some reference for solving the development of electronic athletics on campus.

Abstract:

通过对牛顿引力理论的深入分析,对其尺度参量的物理意义做了变动,肯定了牛顿引力理论仍然适用于弯曲空间或强场条件下。并由万有引力定律求出了球体内外引力场的精确解,得出球体内外引力场不连续的结论,彻底否定了广义相对论的黑洞理论,建立了新的黑洞理论。通过对黑洞内外物质的演化过程进行分析,得出我们的宇宙就是一个巨型黑洞的结论,且是从一个普通黑洞演化而来。从而否定了存在诸多疑难的大爆炸宇宙模型。通过对宇宙结构的形成进行推理,揭示了宇宙膨胀动力的本源、物质结团自转的原因、哈勃频移的物理本质及类星体大红移的成因等;否定了暗物质的存在;确定了我们的银河系,处于比较靠近宇宙中心的位置;从根本上解决了目前宇宙学面临的困境。
According to the in-depth analysis of the Newton's theory of gravitation, this paper suitably changes the physical meaning of scale parameter, affirming that the Newton's theory of gravitation is still applicable to curved space and strong field. Furthermore, it precisely calculates the solution of the gravitational field within and beyond the sphere by the law of universal gravitation. It infers that internal and external gravitational field is discontinuous, and the black hole theory of general relativity is thoroughly repudiated with a new black hole theory being set up. Through the analy- sis of the evolution process of matter inside and outside the black hole, it concludes that the uni- verse is a giant black hole and evolves from a general black hole, and negates the big bang model of the universe. Meanwhile, it reveals the origin of the universe expansion of power, the reason of the cluster motion and the united rotation of material, the physical nature of the Hubble frequency shift and the cause of the quasar red shift by reasoning on the formation of cosmic structures. It negates the existence of dark matter, determining that the Milky Way is in a location near the cen- ter of the universe. Hence, the predicament of the cosmology is solved fundamentally.

Abstract:
爱因斯坦火车假想实验,得出了同时性是相对的结论,但由此却产生了佯谬。通过对同时性问题进行重新分析推理,指出同时的相对性与狭义相对论的时间变换式,是互相矛盾的。根据时间变换式,相对运动的两惯性系,在S'系中的时钟,不可能同时校准S'系中OX'轴上的所有时钟,而只能校准其中的一个。肯定了S'系中OX'轴各坐标点上的时刻,在S'系观察,体现的是时差效应。就是说,爱因斯坦火车的车箱两端,在地面系观察,是存在时差的。如果将车箱两端的时差考虑在内,经数学推理,则无论是在地面上观察,还是在车箱内观察,运动车箱两端同时发出的光,都是同时到达车箱中间的。从而否定了同时的相对性,肯定了同时的绝对性。爱因斯坦的直觉经验,是导致他得出错误结论的根本原因。
The relativity of simultaneity was derived from Einstein's train thought experiment, but it has created a paradox. Through a reasoning analysis on simultaneity, this paper points out that time- transformations from relativity of simultaneity are contradictory to time-transformations from the theory of special relativity. According to the time transformation equations, relative motion of the two inertial clocks in S' system cannot simultaneously calibrate all the clocks on OX' axial in S' system, but only calibrate one of them. From the observation in the S' system, it was called a jet lag effect. That is to say, when observing from the ground, there exists a jet lag between the two ends of Einstein train trunk. When taking the time difference at the ends of the trunk into consideration, and through mathematical reasoning analysis, the light should have arrived at the middle of the trunk simultaneously when it was observed from ground or in the trunk. That denies the relativity of simultaneity but certainly proves the absoluteness of simultaneity. Einstein’s intuitive expe-rience leads to a wrong conclusion.

按照文化相对主义的理论,农耕文化和游牧文化不存在先进与落后之分,都有其存在的合理性。不顾自然条件和历史传统,采用文化霸权主义和文化殖民主义的方法实行文化取代,都可能会给民族发展带来灾难。内蒙古草原生态恶化成今天这个样子,与草原文化被农耕文化所挤压、侵蚀有着密切的关系。要保护草原生态,必须重新正确看待草原文化,继承和弘扬其中的精华。
 According to the theory of cultural relativism, the existence of farming culture and nomadic culture is justified, which has no advanced or backward distinction. In the use of culture hegemonism and culture colonialism method to replace the different culture when we regardless of natural condition and historical tradition is likely to make a disaster to the development of our nation. Today, the deterioration of grasslands in Inner Mongolia is closely related to the grassland culture which erosioned and extruded by farming culture. Recorrecting the view of grassland culture, inheriting and carrying forward the essence of them, we can finally protect the ecology.

Abstract:
依据自感规律,得出了单个纯电荷的加速运动方程,指出自感的本质就是电荷惯性。结合修正后相对论对万有引力定律的成功纳入,揭开了物质的质量惯性之迷,并将质量惯性分为引力惯性和运动惯性。电荷惯性的提出和电磁波激发理论的纠正,皆对旧辐射理论描述的电磁波结构形式给予了否定,为光子形成的具体环节及光子结构的揭示提供了坚实的理论基础,并由此肯定了光子是无引力惯性而只有运动惯性的物质,从而揭开了光速不变原理之迷。深入分析狭义相对论和场物质,肯定了场物质并不受狭义相对论的光速限制,得出场传播速度为无穷大的结论,超距作用得以肯定。由光子的结构,论述了光子的波性及其它微观粒子波性的形成机制,得出物质波是运动的谐振子群的结论。波粒二象性的彻底统一,使光和物质波的实验现象得到了更加合理的解释,并表明了不确定性原理的实质就是谐振动在宏观上的一种表现形式。
The equation of accelerated movement of single pure charge is concluded according to the self inductance law, showing the essence of this law is just the charge intertia. Combining with the successful inclusion of the law of universal gravitation in the revised relativity theory, the mystery of the mass inertia of substance is uncovered and the mass inertia is divided into gravitation inertia and movement inertia. Both the proposing of charge inertia and the rectification of electromagnetic wave excitation theory deny the structural style of electromagnetic wave described in the old radiation theory, which provides solid theory foundation to the uncovering of the specific links of photon formation as well as the photon structure. As a result, it is affirmed that the photon is a substance only with movement inertia but no gravitation inertia, and the mystery of the principle of constancy of light velocity is also uncovered. The deep analysis of the special relativity and field matter affirms that field matter is free from the restriction of light velocity in the special relativity, leading to the conclusion that the propagation velocity of fields is infinitely great, and the action at a distance is affirmed. The formation mechanism of wave property of photon as well as other microscopic particles is discussed by the photon structure, and the conclusion is made that the matter wave is the kinetic harmonic oscillator group. The thorough unification of the wave-particle dualism gives a more reasonable explanation of the experiment phenomenon of light and matter wave, and shows that the essence of the uncertainty principle is a pattern of manifestation of harmonic vibration at a macro level.

郑板桥是中国清代著名的艺术家,名播中外,在我国艺术史上占据着重要的地位。他年轻时就刻苦学习书画,经过无数次的实践、探求,终于形成了自己的书体风格——“六分半书”。郑板桥强调意的主宰作用,画竹胸无成竹,画兰胸无成兰,不立一格,也不留一格。郑板桥还强调处理好学习继承与发展创新的关系,主张自立门户,书法绘画风格绝不与人同道。郑板桥的艺术成就是极高的,其创新方法与创新精神,也是值得今人学习的。
Zheng Banqiao was a famous artist in the Qing Dynasty of China, and was also famous abroad, occupying an important position in the Chinese art history. When he was young, he studied calligraphy and painting hard, and after numerous times of practice and exploration, finally formed his own chirography style—“six and a half”. Zheng Banqiao stressed the dominated function of meaning: painting bamboo without bamboo in the mind, painting orchid without orchid in the mind, neither setting up a format nor leaving one. He also stressed that the relationship between inheritance and innovation should be handled well, and claimed the own style, insisting different calligraphy and painting styles compared with others. Zheng Banqiao’s artistic achievement is extremely high, and his innovative method and spirit are worth learning today.
