Abstract: 摘要: 引入了一类具有奇异跳动的半直线上随机环境中的随机游动模型,该模型是对半直线上一维紧邻或有界跳幅的随机环境中随机游动模型的推广。利用经典马氏链的常返、暂留准则并结合适当的不等式构造出在固定环境情形下状态的常返、暂留的几个判别准则,并在状态常返的情形下进一步研究了状态的正常返与零常返性。通过将环境随机化,利用环境序列的极限理论得到了这类随机环境中的随机游动状态常返、暂留的判别准则及正常返与零常返的判别准则,所得结论是一些文献结果的推广。
Abstract: A class of random walks on half-line in a random environment with singular jumps were introduced, which promoted a case of random walks on half-line in a random environment with nearest-neighbor or bounded jumps. First of all, several sufficient and necessary conditions that recurrence and transience criteria of states were obtained by using suitable inequality and recurrence and transience criteria of Markov chains when the environment was fixed. Furthermore several criteria about positive recurrence and null recurrence of states were discussed assuming that the state was recurrent. At last assuming the environment is a sequences of random variables, the recurrence and transience criteria and criteria of positive recurrence and null recurrence were obtained by using the limit theory of random variables. These conclusions are the promotion of some results of other papers
金城造纸厂综合污水处理工程调试运行

Abstract: 总结了采用好氧工艺处理造纸工业废水中各个不同调试阶段及对应的工艺运行参数。该废水难生化降解,其ρ(BOD5)/ρ(COD)值在23.3%左右,而且废水中N、P等营养元素含量不足。通过投加尿素和磷酸氢二氨,使均质池TN、TP含量满足微生物生长;同时降低进水ρ(COD)值至1500mg/L,提高曝气池溶解氧量至3.0mg/L,污泥浓度至4500mg/L,将COD污泥负荷从最初0.45~0.55kg/(kg·d)逐渐下降到0.30~0.35kg/(kg·d),经过2个月的调试运行,出水各参数达到设计排放标准COD为450mg/L、BOD5为25mg/L、pH为6.8。

Abstract: 通化钢铁公司的生产用水是由自备水厂提供的,该水厂在冬季运行时,易产生反应池污泥上浮,出水达不到用水标准。通过改变混凝剂的种类,采用新型混凝剂聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)与聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)配合使用,可以满足用水水质要求,且药剂费用也较低,在最佳实验条件下,PAFC投加量为30mgL,PAM投加量为0.1mgL时,出水浊度可以达到4.1NTU。针对水厂运行中出现的反应池污泥上浮问题,进行了详细的研究,发生该现象的原因主要是由于水泵夹气现象产生的,可以通过调节水泵,增加进水水面高度等方法加以解决。

With the deepening of economic globalization and international division of labor, modern service industry is an increasingly important role of the national economy. Recent years the modern service industry has been a great development in Shandong Province, but still there are various problems and unfavorable factors which constraints to its development. In this paper, in-depth analysis of the problems and restricting factors in the development of modern service industry in Shandong Province, by the theory of the modern service industry, and then combined with practical, targeted suggestions to promote the development of mod- ern service industry.

Abstract:  本文研究了超声波破碎法从干酵母中提取乙醛脱氢酶的实验,并通过单因素实验研究了料液比、样品处理量、提取液pH、超声功率、超声全程时间对低糖型酵母中ALDH提取工艺的影响,得到一组最优的提取工艺:料液比1:4、处理量20 ml、提取缓冲液的pH8.0、超声功率300 W、超声全程时间16 min,在此最佳工艺下获得的ALDH粗酶提取液的酶活力高达3.56U/mL。超声破碎法得到的ALDH粗酶液经过盐析、透析、Sephadex G-75柱层析后,其纯化倍数可达2.562,比活力达到1.24
 This paper studies the extraction of acetaldehyde dehydrogenase from instant yeast by ultrasonic fragmentation method. And studied the solid-liquid ratio, sample processing, pH, ultrasonic power, the time of ultrasonic influence on the extraction process of instant low sugar yeast through single factor experiment. That gets a set of optimal extraction process: the ratio of material liquid is 1:4, 20 mL capacity, extraction buffer pH 8.0, 300 w ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time of 16 min. Under the optimum process, the enzyme activity of ALDH crude enzyme is up to 3.56 U/mL. The crude enzyme of ALDH liquid used ultrasonic broken method through salting out, dialysis, Sephadex G-75 column chromatography, the ratio of the purified is 2.562, and the specific activity reached 1.24.

Abstract:
为了提高造林成活率、增加林分的生长量,以尽快绿化裸露山地,我们在永州市金洞管理区石鼓源工区黄家山选取一块典型的干旱瘠薄石灰岩山地进行了不同整地方式的造林试验。采用鱼鳞坑整地、水平阶整地、水平沟整地、梯田整地和穴状整地5种整地方式造林,分别对9个树种的造林成活率和栽植初期的新梢生长量进行统计分析。结果表明:在干旱瘠薄的石灰岩山地造林,整地方式的选择对柏木、湿地松、马尾松、木荷、枫香和杜英的造林成活率产生了显著的影响,对桉树的造林成活率产生了极显著的影响;对杉木、柏木、湿地松、马尾松、木荷、枫香、杜英、桉树和桤木的新梢生长量都产生了极显著的影响。采用水平沟整地方式造林的效果最好,采用穴状整地造林的效果最差。在水平沟整地方式下柏木的造林成活率是95.7%,而穴状整地造林柏木的成活率是88%,二者相差7.7%;在水平沟整地方式下湿地松的新梢生长量达到了43 cm,而穴状整地造林湿地松的新梢生长量是20 cm,二者相差23 cm,后者仅为前者的46.5%。从造林效果上排序依次是:水平沟整地 > 梯田整地 > 水平阶整地 > 鱼鳞坑整地 > 穴状整地。
In order to improve the survival rate of afforestation, and increase forest stand growth as well as afforesting the barren land as soon as possible, we chose a typical drought and poor limestone area as our forestating tests with different soil preparation methods (In Huangjiashan, Shiguyuan Township, Jindong Managing District, City of Yongzhou). The survival rate, new treetop growth in early days after plantation of 5 planting techniques and 9 tree species on the dry and barren land in the mountainous region were studied, using scale-shaped pit soil preparation, level step soil preparation, level trench soil preparation, method terraced field and hole shape soil preparation. The result showed that soil preparation selection has a great influence on the survival rate and the new treetop growth on the dry and barren land in the mountains region afforestation, and also has a very significant impact on the afforestation survival rate of eucalyptus and the growth of new shoots of Chinese fir, cedar, slash pine, pine, superba, Liquidambar, Du Ying, eucalyptus and alder. The level trench soil preparation method got the best afforestation effect, compared with the worst one with hole shape soil preparation method. Cypress afforestation survival rate is 95.7% with the former method while 88% in the latter way. The two differs by 7.7%. New shoots of pinus elliottii reached 43 cm by using the former method, compared with 20 cm in the latter one. The two differs by 23 cm—the latter is only 46.5% of the former. Sorting from afforestation effect in order is: level trench soil preparation > method terraced field > level step soil preparation > scale- shaped pit soil preparation > hole shape soil preparation.

Abstract:
级电容是具有超大容量的新型储能元件,本文针对电动自行车需频繁充电和更换蓄电池的情况,采用超级电容作为电动自行车的动力源。首先对超级电容充电控制方案进行设计;重点在于充电控制电路的硬件设计,包括驱动电路、采样隔离电路以及信号调理等电路的设计。然后对充电控制器进行软件设计,采用先恒流充电后恒压充电的工作方式。最后对充电控制系统进行建模仿真,详细分析仿真结果,验证充电方式的合理性。
Super capacitor is a novel storing energy element with large capacity. Aiming at the electric bicycle frequent charging and replacement battery, the paper adopts the super capacitor as the power source of the electric bicycle. First, the super capacitor charging control scheme is designed. The key is the hardware of charging control circuit, including the drive circuit, sampling isolation circuit and signal conditioning circuit design, etc. And then the software design of charge controller is designed, the paper adopts way of working of first constant current charging and then constant voltage charging. Finally, the simulation modeling of charging control system is designed, and the simulation results is detailed analyzed, which verify the rationality of the charging ways.

This article reviews the researches on the impact of computer games on players' cognitive ability mainly from two aspects, one is players' basic cognitive skills, and another is players' higher-order ability. So, by way of article review, we can fatherly understand the research significance, focus, difficulty, tendency and limitation etc. we can also forecast that the researches on the impact of computer games on players' cognitive ability will continual popular in China and pay more attention to the impact of computer games on players' higher-order ability by researchers in educational games fields.

Abstract: 流畅用户界面(Fluent User Interface,简称FUI)所采用的标签(Tags)交互相比传统的菜单(Menus)交互有较为鲜明的特点,在人机界面的发展历史上的具有重要意义,如今已被各大软件厂商纷纷效仿。本文剖析了菜单交互与流畅用户界面的特点,从转变背景与转变原因上分析了两种交互方式的转变以及对软件人机交互界面设计带来的启示。
Compared with the traditional menus interaction, Fluent User Interface (referred to as “FUI”), which is based on the tags interaction, has distinctive characteristics. FUI is of great significance in the history of the development of the Human-Computer Interface, and it has now been followed by a number of big software vendors one after another. This article firstly analyzes the characteristics of the two Human-Computer interface, then analyzes the transformation of them mainly from the two aspects: transformation background and the causes. The enlightenment of the Fluent User Interface is given in the end of the article.
