述评:上消化道癌筛查及早诊早治的科学和策略

Abstract:
2004年,国家卫生部启动食管癌早诊早治示范基地建设,2009年在全国部分省区相继开展食管/贲门癌、胃癌等高危人群筛查及早诊早治项目,并从2012年,将食管/贲门癌组和胃癌组合并为上消化道癌组。目前,已经扩展至29个省区142个市县,每年有超过20多万高危人群进入筛查队列实施早期诊断和早期治疗。本文对《中国癌症筛查及早诊早治技术方案》(以下称方案)及其在河南现场实践进行简要总结,探索有科学依据和符合中国国情的技术方案和行动策略,以推动此项工作可持续健康地发展。
Since 2004, State Ministry of Health has started demonstration bases of early diagnosis and treat- ment of esophageal cancer, and in 2009 carried out the esophagus/Cardia cancer and stomach cancer screening for high-risk groups, such as the early diagnosis and treatment project and from 2012, the esophageal/Cardia carcinoma and gastric cancer to be combined with upper digestive tract cancer group. At present, the project has been extended to 29 provinces and 142 counties; each year more than 20 million screening high-risk population receive early diagnosis and early treatment. This paper gives a brief summary of the “cancer screening and early diagnosis and early treatment of Chinese technology program” in Henan and its practice, and explores a scientific basis and technical scheme in accordance with the China conditions and action strategies to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the work.
基于MATLAB和SolidWorks的高阶椭圆齿轮参数化建模系统

Abstract: 针对高阶椭圆齿轮设计与建模过程比较繁琐的问题,进行高阶椭圆齿轮参数化设计与建模系统的研究。根据齿轮拟合传动特性推导出节曲线数学模型,依据加工原理法推导出齿轮齿廓的数学模型;使用MATLAB对节曲线和齿轮齿廓进行仿真,仿真结果用于程序参数校验以保证齿轮设计参数满足啮合要求;采用组件对象模型技术(COM)技术对SolidWorks进行二次开发,使程序能够根据仿真结果自动绘制齿轮三维模型;通过GUI完善交互界面的设计,使程序能够独立地驱动SolidWorks和MATLAB。以实际工程问题为例,计算并绘制出一对高阶椭圆齿轮拟合的三维模型,结果表明开发的程序能够大大节省高阶椭圆齿轮设计的时间,提高机械设计效率。
Abstract:The design and modeling of high order elliptical gears have been studied. According to the gear fitting transmission characteristics, a mathematical model of the section curve was derived, and a mathematical model of the gear tooth profile was deduced according to the machining principle.Using MATLAB to simulate the pitch curve and gear tooth profile, the simulation results were used for program parameter calibration to ensure that the gear design parameters meet the meshing requirements. Using component object model (COM) technology for the subsequent development of SolidWorks, the program can automatically draw the gear three-dimensional model according to the simulation results. The design of an interactive interface through GUI enables the program to drive SolidWorks and MATLAB independently. When employed in practical engineering problems, for example, calculation and drawing of the fitting of a high order elliptic gear three-dimensional model, the new program can greatly save time, and improve the efficiency of the mechanical design of high order elliptic gear systems.
基于SolidWorks的一阶椭圆齿轮参数化建模研究

Abstract: 针对椭圆齿轮在设计方面存在的计算复杂、效率低等缺点进行椭圆齿轮的参数化设计及自动建模的研究。根据椭圆齿轮节曲线和齿廓的基本理论建立数学模型,在理论分析的基础上以一阶椭圆齿轮为例,利用MATLAB程序设计语言编程求解椭圆齿轮的节曲线、齿轮齿廓曲线和齿形图。借助SolidWorks的宏录制功能进行二次开发,实现椭圆齿轮的参数化设计及自动建模;随后使用SolidWorks的VBA界面设计功能设计出一个界面,用户只需要在此界面的输入框里输入齿轮的参数并运行,便可由SolidWorks自动创建一个椭圆齿轮。
Abstract:In view of the problems of complexity and low efficiency when designing elliptic gears, the parametric design and automatic modeling of elliptic gears have been studied. A mathematical model was established based on the basic theory of elliptic gear pitch curves and tooth profiles. On the basis of theoretical analysis, MATLAB programming language was used to solve the elliptic gear's pitch curve, tooth profile curve and tooth shape. Taking a first-order elliptic gear as an example, SolidWorks macros were used for parametric design, and a VBA interface was used to design an interface. Users thus only need to input parameters to the designed interface of the input box, and SolidWorks will then automatically generate an oval gear.

Abstract: 【目的】研究扦插时期对欧洲鹅耳枥(Carpinus betulus)插穗生根能力的影响,及扦插过程中不定根的发育形成过程,为了解欧洲鹅耳枥扦插生根机制提供参考。【方法】以欧洲鹅耳枥春季硬枝(采于2012-03-29)和夏季嫩枝(采于2012-06-09)为材料,进行插穗生根,观察生根过程中的外部形态;利用扫描电镜技术,对欧洲鹅耳枥扦插过程中不定根的发育形成过程进行解剖观察。【结果】嫩枝扦插的相关生根指标(如生根率、最长根长、根系效果指数)均优于硬枝扦插。随着扦插时间的延长,硬枝插穗基部出现瘤状环,中间凹陷;而嫩枝插穗基部则出现乳白色半透明凸起。欧洲鹅耳枥嫩枝扦插前在插穗内没有发现潜伏根原基;根原基细胞与愈伤组织细胞的形态解剖特征差异很大,且在愈伤组织的切片中未发现根原基的存在。【结论】欧洲鹅耳枥插穗的不定根是由诱生根原基发育形成的,诱生根原基是由初生韧皮部中的薄壁细胞、髓射线与形成层交叉处的部分薄壁细胞发育而来,不定根的形成与愈伤组织的形成关联性不大。欧洲鹅耳枥是非愈伤组织生根类型树种。
【Objective】In this article,the effects of cutting period on rooting ability of cuttings and the formation and development process of adventitious roots from cuttings of Carpinus betulus were investigated.【Method】The spring hardwood (extracted on 2012-03-29) and summer softwood (extracted on 2012-06-09) were used to conduct the rooting of cuttings and observe the external morphology.With scanning electron microscopy technology,the formation and development process of adventitious roots from cuttings of Carpinus betulus was observed.【Result】The rooting results (such as rooting rate,longest root,and root effect index) of softwood cuttings were better than those of hardwood cuttings.Nodular ring with sagged center appeared on the base of hardwood,while milky white translucent projection emerged at the base of softwood.There was no latent root primordium in cutting of Carpinus betulus.The primordium cells and callus cells were different from the morphological and anatomical characteristics,and root primordium was not found in the callus tissue slices.【Conclusion】The adventitious roots of Carpinus betulus cuttings formed from the induced root primordium.The parenchyma cell of primary phloem and the partial parenchyma cell of pith ray at the intersection with the cambium developed into the induced root primordium and the formation of adventitious root and callus formation had little relevance.Carpinus betulus is non-callus rooting type species
