Abstract:
中国丹霞世界自然遗产地丹霞地貌发育的红层盆地全部形成于中生代,尤其是白垩纪盆地内部形成了巨厚的红色碎屑岩系,为丹霞地貌的发育提供了物质基础,随着地壳的隆升,内力是矛盾的主要方面。此外,研究地的丹霞地貌主要分布在红层盆地的边缘地带,在大断裂线的控制下,丹霞地貌空间展布以北东方向为主,构造隆升叠加在上述水平分异之上,局部导致丹霞地貌垂直分异,造成同一地带丹霞地貌的发育不均衡,使丹霞地貌空间分异更加复杂。随着构造隆升的丹霞岩体,在外力的不断侵蚀下,发育成各具形态的丹霞地貌类型。这样,在内力“主导”和外力“雕塑”的共同作用下,发育了绚丽多姿的丹霞地貌。
Danxia landforms which interacted by the internal and external forces are integrations with time, space, and substances. From the time category, all red bed basins of red inland continental facies clast formation which were formed under hot-dry climate environments in the Mesozoic era provided material bases for the development of Danxia landforms. As the crustal monement, the internal force is the main factor of contradictions at that time. From the space category, Danxia landforms are mainly distributed in the verges of red bed basins. The spatial extension of the study areas is mainly along NE direction under the control of main fault line, the directions of sub-faults and sub-joints which are NW, NNE, or EW superimpose the main fault line of NE direction and bring complicities to the Danxia landforms horizontal differentiation. The development of Danxia landforms are acted by the internal and external forces then. From the perspective of substance category, tectonic uplifts which superimpose those horizontal differentiations which bring vertical differentiation of Danxia landforms. Caves and grooves were developed as the lithologic differences eroded by external forces and developed next stages. So the colorful various Danxia landforms were developed under the main action of the internal forces and sculpture action of the external forces.

Abstract:

近年来图像处理技术在工业产品的自动化检测中得到了广泛的重视和应用,针对电池板尺寸测量和边缘缺陷检测,本文首先提出通过局部边缘像素拟合电池板的几何形状来计算电池板的表面尺寸,然后使用逆向遍历法检测指定边的像素集合,最后通过边缘像素的曲率计算和阈值处理实现边缘缺陷的检测。实验表明,本文中的算法能够准确并快速地实现电池板的尺寸测量,并且通过曲率定位边缘缺陷的新方法效果显著。
Image processing techniques have attracted much attention in the field of automatically detection of industrial products. For the size measurement and defect detection of solar cell edges, fitting geometrical shape of the solar cell by local edge pixels is proposed to measure the sizes. Then a reverse traverse technique is used to detect the edge pixels. Finally, a curvature computation and a threshold processing are proceeded to detect the edge defects. Experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm can measure the sizes accurately and quickly, and the new method to detect the defects of solar cell edge by curvature works effectively.

In this paper, there exists a micro-content effect in the “Taiwan army corporal death case” media events. By studying into it, polymerization and diffusion law of information communication can be found even more valuable behind discourse fragments. It is of great meaning for our army to strengthen the propaganda to Taiwan. In case to make full use of the strategic value of micro content during propaganda to Taiwan, we should have a good knowledge of the formation and composition of micro content, discover the significance of fragments, learn to use the aggregation and diffusion law, so as to meet the needs of the age of new media development, to grasp the opportunities in the propaganda to Taiwan, and create a favorable public opinion environment for the peaceful reunification of our country.

多年来,消费者一直是推动企业社会责任发展的重要力量。本文基于消费者视角,通过问卷调查研究了企业社会责任与消费者购买意向之间的关系,并验证了企业对消费者的责任、环境保护、社会支持与贡献对消费者购买意向具有正向影响作用的三个假设。
For many years in the past, consumers has always been important power to promote the devel-opment of corporate social responsibility. Based on the consumer perspective, this dissertation gives an introduction to the contents and related theories of corporate social responsibility. The dissertation proposes the conceptual framework based on previous studies to study the relation-ship between corporate social responsibility and the purchase intention of consumers, through the questionnaire survey, and then proposes three hypotheses that the responsibility to consumers, environmental protection and social support and contribution have positive effects on consumers’ purchase intention. All the three hypotheses have been proved.

在N2保护下,三乙四胺六乙酸分别与(R)- 或(S)-2-氨基-1-丁醇在145℃下反应16 h,合成了新的手性化合物(R)-(+)-或(S)-(-)-N, N, N', N'', N''', N'''-六-[2-(1-羟丁基)]三乙四胺六乙酰胺,产率分别为69.5%和71.3%。运用上述手性化合物与[Rh(COD)Cl]2作手性催化剂,探讨了其在苯乙酮的不对称氢硅化反应中的催化活性,结果显示其具有较明显的催化活性,但反应的对映选择性较低(仅为37%ee)。
Triethylenetetramine-N, N, N', N'', N''', N'''-hexaacetic acid reacted with (R)- or (S)-2-amino-1-butanol for 16 h at 145?C under the protection of nitrogen atmosphere, and gave novel chiral compounds (R)-(+)- or (S)-(-)-triethylenetetramine-N, N, N', N'', N''', N'''-hexa-[2-(1-hydroxybutanyl)] acetoamide in the yields of 69.5% and 71.3%, respectively. With the above chiral compounds and [Rh(COD)Cl]2 as chiral catalysts, the asymmetric hydrosilylation of acetophenone was investigated. The experimental results showed that they had remarkable catalytic activities, but the enantioselectivities of the reaction were low (only 37%ee).

Abstract: 本文报道了一种合成2,5-双-[2’-(4’-取代噁唑啉)]吡咯的新方法。吡咯-2,5-二甲酸二甲酯分别与L-缬氨醇、(S)-2-氨基-1-丁醇或羟乙胺在二甲苯中回流脱醇和水15 h,一步反应合成了2,5-双-[2’-(4’(S)-异丙基噁唑啉)]吡咯、2,5-双-[2’-(4’(S)-乙基噁唑啉)]吡咯或2,5-双-(2’-噁唑啉)吡咯,产率为89.6%~93.5%。
A new synthetic method of 2,5-bis(4’-substitutedoxazolin-2’-yl)pyrrole is described. Dimethyl pyrrole- 2,5-dicarboxylate is refluxed in toluene for 15 h with L-valinol, (S)-2-amino-1-butanol or 2-aminoethanol to give 2,5-bis(4’(S)-isopropyloxazolin-2’-yl)pyrrole, 2,5-bis(4’(S)-ethyloxazolin-2’-yl)pyrrole or 2,5-bis(oxazolin-2’-yl)pyr- role in the range of 89.6% - 93.5% through concomitant removal of water and the alcohol produced in the reaction.

Abstract:
目的:应用行为分阶段转变理论对血液透析初期患者进行容量控制干预,观察分析干预后容量状况和相关监测结果,如体重、血压、超滤量、血清白蛋白等的改变,为探索血液透析患者容量控制有效模式积累经验。方法:50名血液透析初期患者作为研究对象,用自行设计的容量控制健康问卷进行调查,同时实施干预措施,随访3个月,对其容量状况及相关监测指标进行比较,并进行统计分析。结果:干预后血液透析初期患者容量控制水平明显提高,超滤量明显降低,水肿的发生率下降,体重、血压控制稳定,血清白蛋白升高,营养状况改善。结论:应用行为分阶段转变理论模式干预血液透析初期患者容量控制,可有效改善患者在透析初期容量控制状况。
Objective: Through using transtheoretical model (TTM) in volume control of hemodialysis patients, the volume status and its related physical examination result like change of weight, blood pressure, ultrafiltration volume, serum albumin (Alb) and so on were analyzed, accumulating the experience of exploring the effect model to control volume of hemodialysis patients. Methods: In this study, 60 initial hemodialysis patients were selected to complete questionnaire and implement intervention; after 3-month follow-up, the volume status and the related observation results were compared with those before the intervention. Results: After intervention, the level of volume control was obviously improved; the ultrafiltration volume and incidence of edema significantly decreased; the weight and blood pressure of patients were well controlled; the level of Alb was improved. Conclusion: Using transtheoretical model in volume control of hemodialysis can effectively improve the volume control of initial hemodialysis patients.

Abstract:
以N,N'-二环己基碳二亚胺(DCC)为缩合剂,4-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)为催化剂,羽扇烷醇和肉桂酸在二氯甲烷中室温反应24 h,合成了新化合物肉桂酸羽扇烷醇酯,产率为81.6%。研究了肉桂酸羽扇烷醇酯体外对食管鳞癌细胞Eca-109、TE-1和EC-9706增殖的抑制活性。结果表明肉桂酸羽扇烷醇酯对上述3株实验癌细胞的增殖均有良好的抑制活性,其抗癌活性与阿霉素相近。
Lupanol was reacted with cinnamic acid for 24 h in dichloromethane at room temperature to give lupanol cinnamate at 81.6% yield in the presence of N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DDC) as dehydrating agent and 4-dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) as catalyst. It was evaluated for in vitro antitumor activities against the human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cell lines Eca- 109, TE-1 and EC-9706. The results showed that lupanol cinnamate had good inhibitory activities against the above three tested cancer cell lines and its anticancer activities were near to those of adriamycin.

在缩合剂N,N'-二环己基碳二亚胺(DCC)和催化剂4-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)的作用下,羽扇烷醇与过量的没食子酸在二氯甲烷中回流10 h,合成了新化合物没食子酸羽扇烷醇酯,产率为69.6%。研究了没食子酸羽扇烷醇酯体外对肿瘤细胞株A549、LAC和HepG2的抑制活性。结果表明,羽扇烷醇和顺铂作为阳性对照物,它们对上述3株肿瘤细胞株的增殖没有抑制作用,没食子酸羽扇烷醇酯对A549、LAC和HepG2的IC50值分别是51.71、62.16和64.34 μM,其对肿瘤细胞株A549和LAC增殖的抑制作用不及阿霉素,而对HepG2增殖的抑制作用比阿霉素的强。
Under the presence of N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DDC) as dehydrating agent and 4-dimethyl- aminopyridine (DMAP) as catalyst, lupanol was refluxed with excessive gallic acid for 10 h in di-chloromethane to give lupanol gallate as a new compound at 69.6% yield. The latter was explored for in vitro antitumor activities against A549, LAC and HepG2 cell lines. The results showed that lupanol and cisplatin as positive control compounds had no inhibitory abilities against the above three tested tumor cell lines. The IC50 values of lupanol gallate against A549, LAC and HepG2 cells were 51.71 μM, 62.16 μM and 64.34 μM respectively. The antitumor activities of lupanol gallate against A549 and LAC cells were inferior to those of adriamycin, however its antitumor activity against HepG2 cell exceeded that of adriamycin.

Abstract:
为评价金沙江梯级水库联合调度对下游的影响,以屏山水文站1951~2011年的实测逐日流量序列为基础,通过梯级水库联合调度运行模拟得到模拟调度逐日流量数据,采用基于流量历时曲线的生态流量指标法(eco-flow metrics)对比调度前后水文情势变化特征,分析金沙江梯级水库联合调度在长系列、丰平枯典型年以及自然四季中对生态水文过程的影响。同时对比通过变动范围法(Range of Variability Approach, RVA)分析水文情势得到的结果,讨论生态流量指标法的适用性。结果表明,金沙江梯级水库运行会对水库下游水文情势的产生较为显著的影响,主要体现在低流量以及枯水期的变化之上;生态流量指标和RVA在水文情势分析结果上具有一定的相似性,两者结合一起可以更好地分析水文情势的变化。
To evaluate the flow regime change in the lower Jinsha River after the operation of cascade reser-voirs, the change characteristics of flow regime in different periods were evaluated based on ob-served daily flow series at Pingshan hydrological station from 1951 to 2011 and the scheduling simulation data from 2031 to 2091 by using the eco-flow metrics based on flow duration curve. Meanwhile, the applicability of eco-flow metrics to evaluate the flow regime was discussed and compared with the results of flow regime obtained by using Range of Variability Approach (RVA). The results show that the operation of cascade reservoirs will lead to a significant change in flow regime at Pingshan hydrological station, which is mainly reflected in low flow and changes in low flow period. The results of flow regime obtained by using eco-flow metrics and RVA have a certain degree of similarity. Therefore, combination of the two groups of metrics provides a sufficient measure of the changes in the flow regime.
