Abstract:

学术活动是研究生学习实践活动的重要组成部分,是研究生创新能力培养不可或缺的重要环节,对培养科学精神、启发创新思维和提高科研能力具有重要意义。本文阐述了学术活动在研究生培养体系中的地位与作用,探讨了专题讲座、集中研讨和学术报告等多种学术活动的组织形式,并从学术活动的创新性、规范性和营造良好的学术氛围等方面提出了思考与建议。

Academic activity is an important component of learning practices of college postgraduates, and provides an effective approach to cultivate the innovative scientific spirit, to inspire innovative thinking, and to improve scientific research ability. First, the status function of academic activity, with respect to the training system of postgraduates, is presented. Second, the organization form of the academic activity, including special lectures, seminar and academic report is introduced. Finally, several suggestions of improving the innovativeness and normalization of academic activity are proposed.

一桩两用在盖挖逆作地下工程中的应用

Abstract: “一桩两用”技术是在基坑开挖过程中通过桩墙合一技术将排桩支护结构体系与地下室外墙形成复合结构,共同抵抗土压力。在盖挖逆作法施工中采用“一桩两用”技术,不仅可节约大量费用,而且使地下结构的外墙的受力状态更为合理。文中结合工程实例,应用大型通用有限元工程分析软件ansys根据弹性地基梁法对桩墙合一的复合结构进行了力学分析。

Abstract: 美国威斯康辛州教师资格认证制度历史悠久。当前执行的教师资格制度具有教师入职条件严格,教师教育标准内容丰富,重视包括通识素养、学科专业素养和教学专业素养在内的教师全面素质培养,教师资格认证注重过程性和发展性评价等特点。但对其不足之处的批评也启示我们,在多元利益相关者共同作用下,任何教师资格制度都只能是妥协的产物; 建构多元主体、民主决策、相互制衡的教师教育治理范式是完善教师资格制度的前提。
The teacher licensure system in Wisconsin of USA has a long history. The current teacher education standards and teacher licensing system have several obvious strengths, such as the strict requirements for license, the substantial contents in teacher education standards, the emphasis on comprehensive quality in teacher preparation program, and the process-based and development-oriented teacher assessment. However, an examination of their shortcomings can also enable us to recognize: any teacher licensure system is a compromise between different interest groups; and the construction of effective teacher education governance characterized by democratic decision-making among multiple stakeholders is an important prerequisite for the success of teacher licensure

Abstract: 作为独立学科的“教师教育学”是关于“教师教育”的价值立场、规律、原理与方法、政策与法规以及制度建设等的学问,兼有规范理论、科学理论和实用理论的性质,其知识体系包含“本体论(教师教育是什么)”、“价值论(教师教育为什么)”和“方法论(教师教育怎么做)”等层面。“教师教育学”是教师教育学科群中的一门支撑学科,最直接地服务于培养合格的教师教育者,间接地服务于培养从事各级各类教育工作的高素质教师。
As a discipline, teacher education studies focuses on various issues concerning teacher education, including among others: its value-orientation, basic rules, principles and methods, policy, law, and institution construction; and possesses the characteristics of normative theory, scientific theory and practical theory. Its knowledge system can be developed from such dimensions as: “what’s teacher education”; “for what teacher education is”; and “how to make teacher education more efficient and successful”. It is a supporting subject among the different groups of disciplines in the field of teacher education, but it directly serves the purpose of cultivating qualified teacher educators

Abstract: 课程衔接是教师职前教育课程建设的关键,也是当前课程改革亟待破解的“瓶颈”。深化教师教育课程改革,需要切实加强学科专业课程与教育专业课程、教育通识类课程与学科教育类课程、教育学类课程与心理学类课程以及教育理论性课程与教育实践性课程之间的相互联系和贯通,重视引导并指导师范生在不同课程所激发和产生的学习经验之间加强深层次关联。唯此,教师教育课程改革才可能真正促进师范生在职前专业教育阶段的学习效果最优化,进而达成教师教育的整体目标。
Curriculum articulation between different courses in teacher education( e.g. between the subjectmatter courses and teacher education courses proper;between the courses of general education like pedagogyand psychology and the subject teaching courses;and between courses concerning educational theory andeducational practice-related courses) is the key to teacher education reform. The close correlation betweenthe different types of experience gained by pre-service teachers through taking such different courses shouldbe strengthened so as to optimize their learning effects and to realize the whole goals of teacher educationcurriculum

Abstract: 改革开放以来,中国大陆教师教育政策研究取得了可喜的进展与成就,研究数量日渐增多、研究主题日益丰富,研究视角日趋多元、研究方法日显多样。未来研究需进一步夯实教师教育政策的基础理论研究,加强科学、严谨的政策过程研究,拓展和丰富多学科视角的研究,在新教育公平理论视野中开展教师教育政策及实践研究,以期在教师教育改革与发展的现实决策中充分发挥有价值、负责任的智囊、参谋作用。
Encouraging progress and achievements have been made in the research on teacher educationpolicy since the reform and opening-up in China’s mainland. The quantity of such research is increasinggradually;topics are becoming abundant;perspectives are being diversified;multiple methods have been used.Broad fields remain to be explored in the future. Research on basic theories should be emphasized;scientificand rigorous research on policy process should be enhanced;multidisciplinary perspectives of research shouldbe enriched;and studies on the policy and practice of teacher education in the view of the theory of NewEducation Equity & Justice should be strengthened.Then policy research will play valuable,responsible andconsultant roles in making realistic policy decision on the reform and development of teacher education

Abstract: 秉持科学理性、遵循公共理性是教师教育改革道德正当性的重要基石。虽然揭示教师教育内在规律和在改革中彰显公共理性并非易事,但是,教师教育改革只有深入探索教师教育规律、加强民主决策制度建设并对可能产生的改革阻抗及其风险保持警醒,才有可能从道德困境中突围。弘扬科学理性、凝聚价值共识并恪守道德领导是深化教师教育改革的必由之路。
Abiding by scientific rationality and public reason is the important cornerstone of morality in teacher education reform. Despite considerable difficulty in revealing the inherent laws of teacher education and achieving public reason, it is imperative to delve into the inherent laws of teacher education, to reinforce democratic institutions during decision-making, and to keep alert to reform risks. Only by so doing can we deepen teacher education reform which is facing ethical dilemmas. Carrying forward scientific rationality, cultivating public reason and reverently observing moral leadership are basic ways out of the reform impasse
基于等效M-C准则的强度折减技术分析岩质边坡稳定性

Abstract: 传统意义上的强度折减法都是基于线性的Mohr-Coloumb准则进行的,对一般土体而言,其分析结果较为可靠;然而对于应力-应变关系呈明显非线性特性的岩体材料而言,广义Hoek-Brown准则更符合实际。采用基于广义H-B准则的等效M-C准则,兼顾非线性的材料应力-应变特性和线性准则折减技术的易行性,结合效率极高的黄金分割搜索算法,计算某露天矿边坡的安全系数,并自动搜索出滑动面,从应力-应变的角度分析边坡的可能破坏模式,为后续边坡加固设计研究提供理论依据。
保留胸肌的微创剖胸切口在早期食管胸中上段癌手术中的应用

Abstract: ?目的:初步探讨保留胸肌的微创剖胸切口和经肋骨打孔法关胸在食管胸中上段癌手术应用的可行性.方法:对7例有适应证的患者应用保留胸肌的微创剖胸切口进行右胸、左颈及上腹正中三切口食管癌切除术,总结患者临床资料,分析预后.结果:全组胸部小切口平均长度11cm.本组无围手术期死亡病例.术后中位留院时间为18天(14~25天).全组患者术后均未出现肩关节活动障碍.术后1个月首次复查时均达到静息状态下伤口不感疼痛.至随访结束时,7例中5例患者存活,5年生存率71.4%.结论:对于早期食管胸中上段癌患者,应用保留胸肌的微创剖胸切口可能达到满意的远期根治效果,这种术式对减轻术后疼痛、提高生活质量和美观方面也有帮助.
川西白马庙气田蓬莱镇组气藏地震储层预测技术研究

Abstract: ?川西地区是中国最早发现天然气的地方,深、浅层均蕴藏了丰富的天然气.近十年来,侏罗系浅层勘探在7个构造均有重大突破,发现了以白马庙蓬莱镇组为代表的中型气藏,展示了浅层气勘探的良好前景.白马庙蓬莱镇组气藏为河、湖相碎屑岩致密储层,砂体分布不稳定,变异大,多呈透镜状,难以用传统的方法对其进行准确的预测和勘探.通过攻关,采用以下技术使气井成功率从40%提高到80%.其一,经反复试验优化出道距20m、30次覆盖最佳施工方案,采用多次、多方法滤波和精细的静校正、分频叠加处理,为获得高信噪比、高分辨率地震资料提供保障;其二,采用地震振幅加强处理技术定性预测含气砂体,其准确率达73%;其三,应用jason自然伽马和波阻抗反演技术定量预测砂体和含气砂体,经61口井测井、测试检验,准确率分别达707%和784%.这些技术的运用,为气藏探明储量的成功提交、井位部署和气藏开发奠定了坚实的基础.
