Abstract: 技术创新理论与实践快速发展的今天,技术创新理论与知识产权理论的结合正对企业自主创新模式产生重大的影响。论文界定了基于知识产权要素的自主创新内涵,论述了目前国内外在自主创新模式研究方面的理论研究进展,提出了基于知识产权约束条件的自主创新模式的分类,并分析了朗科公司等我国企业典型的自主创新模式案例。
In today’s fast-growing in innovation theory and the practice, the combination between technology innovation theory and intellectual property rights theory gives rise to significant effect on the patterns of enterprise independent innovation. This paper defines the content of independent innovation based on IP elements, sums up the latest achievements at home and abroad in theories about technology innovation modes, proposes the classification of the independent innovation mode based on the IPR constraints, and analyze Netac and other Chinese company’s typical models with the cases.

Abstract:
利用金属Hf与氧气反应溅射制备了HfO2薄膜,采用X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)、原子力显微镜(AFM)等手段对薄膜的组成成分以及表面形貌进行了分析表征,并从薄膜生长机理角度研究了氧气的通量对于HfO2成膜过程的影响,得到了氧气通量的增大能使HfO2薄膜的化学配比、非晶结构和表面形貌得到优化的结论。

Abstract: 采用慢应变速率试验(SSRT)和U型弯曲试验技术研究了水中杂质离子、溶解氧(DO)、外加电位以及温度等对核电工程材料304不锈钢(SS)、316SS以及A533B压力容器用钢在高温水中应力腐蚀破裂(SCC)的影响,并结合电化学测试和表面膜分析结果进行了讨论,还根据304SS的U型弯曲和SSRT结果的差异提出了SCC加速试验的选择原则建议。

Abstract:
无线传感器网络(Wireless Sensor Network, WSNs)在民用和军事上有着广泛的应用,如居民区无线抄表(水表、电表和燃气表)系统。无线传感器网络的主要功能是收集传感器节点的数据。WM2RP协议是无线抄表领域的一种数据收集协议。MATLAB和UPPAAL工具都具有仿真功能,但是对协议进行仿真时各有其优缺点。这篇文章通过对WM2RP协议的仿真来比较MATLAB和UPPAAL工具。仿真结果表明,MATLAB擅长于仿真能量的消耗和数据收集轮数的表示,通常以曲线图的形式进行显示;而UPPAAL倾向于对有时间戳的协议进行仿真,并可以通过时序图形象的展示出通信过程。
Wireless Sensor Network (WSNs) has been widely used in civil and military, such as in Automatic Meter Reading System (water meter, electric meter and gas meter). The main function of Wireless Sensor Network is gathering data of sensor nodes. WM2RP protocol is a data gathering protocol in automatic meter reading application. MATLAB and UPPAAL both have the function of simulation, but they have their advantages and disadvantages. This paper compares MATLAB and UPPAAL through the simulation of WM2RP protocol. The result of simulation shows that MATLAB is good at the simulation of energy consumption and the number of data collection rounds. The result is usually displayed in the form of a graph. However, UPPAAL tends to emulate the protocol which has a timestamp and the communication process can be showed through image sequence diagrams.

Abstract:
本文通过运用缓冲区及近邻分析方法,对楚雄市城区医疗资源的空间分布状况进行研究,结果显示楚雄市医疗资源主要分布在交通路线密集处,集中分布于老城区,在西南方向,东南方向出现服务区空白现象,大部分小区、道路分布在医疗资源服务区内,存在医疗资源服务范围重复等问题。最后针对问题,楚雄市城区医疗资源应该向城市中心外围发展,在警校路,彝人古镇区域,在交通较不拥堵的外围选址。
The paper used buffer analysis and near analysis methods to analyze spatial distribution of medical resources in Chuxiong city, then these conclusions could be drawn as follows. The medical resources in Chuxiong city were distributed near the roads. They concentrated in the old urban districts. There were less medical resources in the southwest and southeast. Most of the residential areas and roads were located in the service areas of medical resources. Some service areas of medical resources were overlapping. According to the existing problems, the following suggestions are put forward that the new medical resources in Chuxiong city should be located in the periphery of the city, such as the ancient town of the Yi nationality, Jingxiao road.
