Abstract:
文章回顾了计划经济时期国家、政府和用人单位对妇女就业的社会支持及相关国际经验,并对于实施单独二孩政策的配套措施、促进男女平衡工作家庭进行了研究展望。
It was reviewed that governments and employers provided several kinds of social support to promote women’s employment during the Planned Economy Period of China. Relevant international experiences on women’s employment were reviewed, too. At the end of this literature review, the implement of supporting measures of the policy that either parent who is the only child can bear two children and the methods to promote men and women to balance the work and the family were forecasted.

Abstract:
为了适应信息时代的发展和培养创新人才的需要,对以封闭教学为特点的传统教学改革势在必行。开放式教学充分认识了学生的主体地位,把学习的主动权交给学生。根据“电子设计”课程的特点,在教学过程中充分应用开放式教学能起到很好的教学效果。本文从开放教学理念、开放教材观、开放教学过程、开放教学方式、开放教学评价五个方面,阐述了如何将开放式教学应用于“电子设计”教学之中。
In order to suit the development of information time and the requirement of cultivating students with innovation, the reformation of traditional teaching modes with the characteristic of obscu-ration is imperative. The students can be in an important status and have the initiative of study because of open mode teaching. According to the characteristics of electrotechnics, the open mode teaching in the course has a good effect. This paper expounds the application of open mode teaching from five aspects including idea of open mode teaching, open teaching materials, open mode teaching process, open mode teaching manner and open mode teaching appraisement.

Abstract:

恒温水浴是粘度仪的核心部件之一,其温度的准确、稳定控制为仪器的关键技术之一。针对数字温度传感器具有较大温度滞后性的缺点,将自适应决策与基于数字滤波方法的动态补偿有机结合,提出了一种数字温度传感器自适应动态补偿方法:利用后向差分法设计的数字滤波器,实现了数字温度传感器频带扩展,完成了其动态补偿,并在动态补偿后面串联一个数字低通滤波器,以防高频噪声干扰;根据数字温度传感器的输出量、数字低通滤波的输出结果以及决策阈值,自适应地选择是否需要动态补偿,避免了补偿过度。以数字温度传感器DS1820为补偿对象的实验表明:这种自适应动态补偿方法大大改善了数字温度传感器的动态性能,响应时问缩短至补偿前的25%~35%。这种温控系统具有加热与制冷功能,控制范围温度的测量范围为?55℃~+125℃,测量精为0.5℃。
Constant temperature water-bath is one of core components of the viscometer. The accurate and stable control of temperature is one of the key technologies of the instrument. According to the digital temperature sensor’s disadvantage that it has large temperature hysteresis, the paper organically combines the self-adaptation decision with the dynamic compensation on the basis of the digital filtering method, then puts forward a a digital temperature sensor adaptive dynamic compensation method: Using digital filters designed by the backward difference method to realize the digital temperature sensor band extension and to complete its dynamic compensation; connecting a digital low-pass filter behind the dynamic compensation to avoid the high frequency noise; According to the output of the digital temperature sensor, the output result of the digital low-pass filter and the decision threshold, adaptively choosing whether to need the dynamic compensation to avoid the excessive compensation. The experiment whose compensation object is digital temperature sensor DS1820 shows that the adaptive dynamic compensation method greatly improves the dynamic performance of the digital temperature sensor and that the response time reduces to 25% ~ 35% before the compensation. The temperature control system has the heating and refrigeration function. Measurement range of controlling the temperature is ?55℃~+125℃. The measurement precision is 0.5℃.

Abstract:

LED显示屏是一种新型的信息显示媒体,它是利用发光二极管点阵模块或像素单元组成的平面式显示屏幕,以发光效率高、使用寿命长、环境适应能力强、性价比高、组态灵活、色彩丰富等特点,在短短的十来年中,迅速成长为平板显示的主流产品,在信息显示领域得到了广泛的应用。本设计用AT89C51单片机做控制核心,外围扩展芯片74HC154扩展I/O口并利用ULN2803为行、列驱动,控制LED点阵屏在不同的按键控制下显示不同的汉字或图像的过程,实现了大屏LED显示屏设计。介绍了程序调试软件Keil C51的用法等,及硬件的焊接、调试过程。整个系统的电路结构简单,可靠性高。
LED display is a new kind of information display media, which is a flat-type display screen consisting of light-emitting diode dot-matrix modules, or pixel units. In recent years, it has been widely applied in the field of information display due to its high luminous efficiency, long service life, environmental adaptability, high performance-price ratio, flexible configuration and rich colors. The design uses AT89C51 microcontroller as the control core, through the hip 74HC154 expansion I/O port and uses ULN2803 to be row, column drivers, to control LED dot matrix display to display different processes of Chinese characters or images under the control of different buttons, realizing the design of large LED display. In this paper, the usage of debugging software Keil C51, the welding and commissioning process of hardware and so on were introduced. The circuit configuration of the whole system is simple and highly reliable.

Abstract:
对某电厂2 × 660 MW超超临界火力发电机组的P92钢主蒸汽和再热热段管道焊缝硬度,应用新型布氏硬度计进行工业实践。对比里氏硬度计与布氏硬度计的工作原理及其优缺点,探讨此种新型布氏硬度计的技术合理性、现场适用性,以期真实、准确的反映火电施工现场管道焊缝的焊后热处理硬度。结果表明,该新型布氏硬度计具有示值重复性好、精度高、数据真实的优点。
Based on the new kind of Brinell hardness tester, the author measured the weld hardness of the reheat pipe weld and main Steam pipe adopted P92 steel used in superheater of ultra-supercriti- cal coal-fired unit with 2 × 660 MW located in one power plant. The working principle as well as the advantages and disadvantages of Leeb hardness tester and Brinell hardness tester was compared, and the technical rationality and site suitability of this new type of Brinell hardness tester were also discussed so as to truly and accurately reflect the heat treatment hardness of weld joint after welding in the thermal power construction site. Results showed that this new type of Brinell hardness tester has advantages including indicating value of good repeatability, high precision, and real data.

Abstract: 缺陷产品召回制度的产生,是消费者权益保护法律体系发展完善的必然结果。三包制度、产品责任制度和缺陷产品召回制度三者相辅相成,共同构成严密的消费者权益法律保护及救济体系。构建我国的缺陷产品召回制度是加强消费者权益法律保护的迫切需要。应以法律的形式确立我国的缺陷产品召回制度,扩大产品召回对象的范围;确立“产品缺陷”的单一界定标准,统一产品召回条件;科学规定召回责任的免责事由,以充分实现缺陷产品召回制度的立法目的,切实维护消费者权益。

Abstract: 保护消费者权益是现代各国反垄断法的基本宗旨。在我国,公用企业管制者与公用企业之间存在的利益关系不利于保护消费者利益的反垄断目标的实现;公用企业成本信息的不公开和传统的价格形成机制难以有效维护消费者的合法权益;公用企业垄断侵犯消费者权益的民事责任规定不明确。为消除公用企业垄断对消费者权益的侵害,应该明确规定实施垄断行为的公用企业对消费者承担赔偿责任;完善公用企业价格形成机制,切实发挥价格听证制度的作用;建立反垄断民事诉讼制度,确保消费者因公用企业垄断遭受侵害时能得到及时、有效的救济;建立公用企业信息强制公开制度。
