Abstract: The Vice President of China Xi Jinping visited Mongolia and signed The Sino-Mongolian Economic and Trade Cooperation Medium-Term Development Compendium in June 2008, indicating that the economic and trade relationship between China and Mongolia entered a new phase, especially in the aspect of mineral resources cooperation development. Since Mongolia is the major object of Chinese friendly policy, and the cooperative development of mineral resources is an important area of economic and trade cooperation between China and Mongolia, the two sides claimed that they would develop the mineral resources for bilateral economic and trade cooperation in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to scan the general distribution and exploitation trend of the mineral resources of Mongolia. Then we try to find the favorable conditions of mineral resources development betweenChinaandMongolia. At the same time we should find the unfavorable factors of the Sino-Mongolian cooperation and development of mineral resources, and put forward the creative countermeasures about development of mineral resources. Both sides should coordinate the North-South Water Diversion Project and Sea water to West project to solve the water shortage problem of the mining areas. Both sides ought to operate the key projects by focusing on the large enterprises to solve the problem of investment risk. Both sides should work together to broaden the finance channels to solve infrastructure construction backwardness. Both sides should be committed to strengthening the friendly and cooperative relations to solve the various problems arising from mineral resource cooperation development. Only by this way can we promote the mineral resources development project between two countries effectively so as to inject vigor to bilateral economic and trade cooperation.
With the development of modern science and technology, Japan’s economy has had a phenomenal growth since the 1970s. And so far its economy is the world vanguard, which gets promotes Japanese society towards informationization, internationalization, diversification, population aging and change values and other aspects more. These changes influence the Japanese primary and middle school students’ life and consciousness and promote the reform of the school education affect the life and consciousness of Japanese middle school students and pupils and accelerate the reform ofJapaneducation. School sports education as an important part of education career is not allowed to ignore should never be neglected. In order to take reference for school sports reform experience from other countries use the other countries’ reformation experience, this paper mainly adopts the literature secondary research method use documentation method to collect the every stages’ development of Japanese education. And this paper draws inspiration from the study of the current situation of Japanese sports education, thereby provides useful information to the development of our country's sports education. With select content of courses, Japanese education aims to foster students’ attitude of lifelong sports attitude, and improve students’ physical strength, athletic ability build up strength and emphasizes on fostering student’s academic ability in physical education, focusing on the selection of teaching content thus the implementation of school sports and family, social sports integration. So as to integrate the school education, home education and social education.
The composition uniformity of TC4 alloys ingot during electron beam cold hearth melting which used different melting speeds was studied. The results show that the ingot produced by electron beam cold hearth melting accord with the national standard, with a good melting effect. In the axial direction of the ingot from the top to the bottom, the Al content presents a decrease trend, and as the melting rate decreases, the decrease trend is more evident. The V element distribution is uniform, and no segregation phenomenon appears. In the radial direction of the ingot, the alloy elements distribution is very uniform.
