Abstract: 基于数据挖掘思想和数据包络分析(DEA)方法,将评价指标的原始数据作为DEA的“输入”,将相应指标的单排序信息作为DEA的“输出”,建立地区对外经济综合评价模型。分析了全国30个地区的对外经济贸易合作情况,这对于地区对外经济发展决策是有帮助的。
Taking the original data of evaluation index for “input” of DEA and taking the order in the single sorted list of corresponding index for “output” of DEA, a linear programming model is provided to multi-index comprehensive evaluation and decision making analysis in the paper. The paper analysis and evaluates the Outward economic trade of 30 regions in whole nations. It is useful to the health development of region outward economic.

Abstract: 换偶通常是指已婚夫妻基于性目的而交换配偶。在20世纪60年代,伴随女权运动、性解放运动,换偶作为一种另类生活方式,在欧美国家已开始流行。在我国,近几年屡有换偶的新闻见诸媒体,并引发伦理和法律上的争论。本文主要介绍了心理学界对换偶群体的研究:换偶者的人口学特征和个性特征、参与换偶的原因、换偶的形式、换偶对婚姻的影响、以及换偶者的心理困扰等。
This article deals with certain aspects of swinging research: the demographic and personality char- acteristics of swingers, reasons for swinging, methods of meeting swingers, types of swingers, effects on marriage, and dropping out of swinging. Numerous theories explaining this behavior have been presented, along with the current state of swinging and problems on swinging research. This article attempts to pull to- gether some of the fragments of research findings that relate to the process of becoming involved in swinging activities. Although many people in our society disapprove of this behavior and believe that swingers have unsatisfactory marriages, there is no evidence for such a claim.

Abstract: 危急事件应激管理是一种综合的危机干预模式,由EverlyMitchell20世纪90年代提出,包括缓解紧张、危急事件应激晤谈、家庭支持等一系列危急事件干预技术,用以降低创伤事件导致的心理障碍的发生率、持久性和损害程度。本文简要介绍了危急事件应激管理的各项技术,对其中的危急事件应激晤谈进行了分析,并介绍了近几年来与之有关的实证研究及其可能的发展前景。
Critical incident stress management (CISM) is introduced by Everly and Mitchell in the 1990s. It usually includes defusing, critical incidents stress debriefing (CISD), family support, and intervention techniques of other critical incidents, with the goal of reducing the incidence, duration, the extent of damage from the traumatic incidents. This article describes the techniques of critical incident stress management, especially the critical incidents stress debriefing in detail. The author also presents some empirical researches in this area in recent years and depicts the possible future of critical incident stress management.

露天矿山的车辆安全管理问题,会严重影响矿山企业的经济效益和长远发展。本文运用安全管理系统模型,从人员、车辆、作业环境三方面分析,从车辆安全管理的重要工作入手,介绍了安全意识培训、标准化检查、闭环管理、技术升级、信息化技术等重点工作,提供了相关矿山车辆安全预防措施,从而有效地延长了矿山车辆的生命周期。
The economic benefit and long-term development will be seriously affected by the safety man-agement of the vehicle in surface mine. Applying safety management model and analyzing from three aspects of personnel, vehicle and environment, this paper introduces security awareness training, standardized inspection, closed-loop management, technology upgrading, information technology and some other key works, starting from the major work of vehicle safety management. The paper also provides related safety precaution of the mine vehicle, so as to prolong the life cycle of the mine vehicle.

Abstract:
智能变电站二次设备评估系统旨在基于数据库中的数据,根据专家系统中给出的评估方法对智能变电站二次设备的状况进行综合评估。本文根据智能变电站运行监测特征量,构建规范化决策矩阵,计算权重系数,建立TOPSIS评估模型并带入数据,根据评估指标得到智能变电站二次设备的状态评估结果。并根据实例分析,通过与模糊综合评估方法结果相比较,验证了基于TOPSIS模型的智能变电站二次设备评估方法的实用性与准确性。
Intelligent substation secondary equipment evaluation system aimed at evaluating status of intelligent substation secondary equipment based on the data in the database and evaluation methods given in expert system. Based on the characters of intelligent monitoring substation operation, standardized decision matrix was built and weight coefficient was calculated. TOPSIS evaluation model was set up so that the assessment results of intelligent substation secondary equipment condition can be acquired according to the assessment classification indexes. By instance analysis and comparison with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the practicability and accuracy of the evaluation method were proved.

Abstract:
随着流媒体实时传输技术和网络视频应用的迅猛发展,视频流量已成为网络流量的主要贡献者。然而有限的网络带宽导致流媒体实时传输过程中网络视频拥塞问题越来越受到人们的关注。本文通过对流媒体传输框架下RTP视频的深入研究,在其理论基础上研究出了一套针对RTP视频流的RTCP拥塞策略,并在测试环境下验证了该策略的可行性。
With the rapid development of real-time transmission technology and the application of network video of the streaming media, video traffic has become the main contributor of network traffic. However, due to the limited bandwidth of the network, more and more people pay attention to the problem of network video congestion in the process of real-time transmission of streaming media. In this paper, through the in-depth study of RTP video in the framework of the streaming media transmission, based on its theory, a set of RTCP congestion strategies for RTP video stream is studied, and the feasibility of the strategy is verified in the test environment.

Abstract:
选取1971~2014年藏东南4个气象站逐日气象资料,采用线性趋势、Mann-Kendall非参数检验等方法,分析了藏东南年、季降水量和气温的年际和年代际变化、气候突变。结果表明:近44 a年降水量呈现为减少趋势,平均每10 a减少1.24 mm,春季降水呈增加趋势,其他季节趋于减少,以秋季减少最为明显。年平均气温以0.28℃/10 a的速率显著升高,最高气温和最低气温都出现了升高的趋势。在10 a年际变化尺度上,年平均气温表现为逐年代升高趋势;年降水量在20世纪90年代偏多,其他3个年代均偏少。在时间突变点上,年平均气温出现在1994年;年、季降水量未出现突变。
Based on homogeneity-adjusted monthly mean temperature, maximum and minimum temperature and precipitation data of 4 stations in Southeastern Tibet from 1971 to 2014, the climatic variations and climate abrupt characteristics of air temperature and precipitation are analyzed by using the methods of linear regression and Mann-Kendall test, etc. The results show that during the past 44 years the annual precipitation decreases with a rate of 1.24 mm/10 a, while that in spring increases, but decreases in other season, especially in autumn. The annual mean temperature has increased in Southeastern Tibet with a rate of 0.28℃/10 a, the trends of mean maximum and minimum temperatures are increasing. On the decadal scale, the annual mean temperature shows increase trend, and the annual precipitation is more in the 1990s and less in the other three decades. According to the Mann-Kendall test, the abrupt change of annual mean temperature occurred in 1994, but no abrupt change appeared for annual and seasonal precipitation.

Abstract: 经络的存在性及其生理功能一直是学术界争论的热点问题,文中简略综述了人体经络与穴位研究情况。在对针灸理疗、中国气功实践以及经络研究分析总结的基础上,本文提出了关于人体经络的如下新观点:1) 经络与穴位在人体内是客观存在的;2) 在解刨学意义上经络与穴位没有确切的组成与结构;3) 经络与穴位是人体组织内天然存在的间隙,因而低密度是其基本物理特征;4) 经络与穴位在人体内构成了微通道网络系统,通道内运行的是现代科学意义上的气体,如氧气、水蒸气、二氧化碳等;5) 经络系统的主要生理功能是通过系统内气体运动将体内器官、组织及体外环境联系起来,协助循环系统等实体系统维持人体温度场的恒定。此外,还对经络、穴位处呈现出的特殊声、光、电、热等物理特性,循经感传现象,针灸、中国气功与经络系统的关系等问题进行了科学解释。
 

Existence of meridians system in human body and its physiological functions is always disputed by many scientists and researchers. Researches on acupuncture points and meridians are reviewed slightly. On the basis of investigations of acupuncture-moxibustion therapy, practice of Chinese “qi gong” and researches on meridians, some new standpoints of meridians are put forward in this paper: 1) Acupuncture points and meridians are really in existence inside human body; 2) Acupuncture points and meridians have no any exact composition and form at anatomy; 3) The basic and physical characteristic of acupuncture points and meridians is their lower density comparing with surroundings tissue because they are made up of variable gaps inside tissue; 4) Acupuncture points and meridians structure a micro-channels network passing through by gases, such as oxygen, water vapor, carbon dioxide and so on; 5) The main physiological function of acupuncture points and meridians network system is got up the organs, tissue inside the body, and the environment contact outside the body by gases circulating through the network system, and that is helpful to maintenance of a constant temperature field of human body. Abstract: 本文研究了粘度在氧化铁纳米流体管外降膜吸收氨气过程中对传热传质的影响。结果表明:纳米流体的组分直接影响着纳米流体的粘度,而粘度又直接影响着氧化铁氨水纳米流体降膜吸收过程中传热传质的性能。只添加表明活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)会使流体粘度增加,从而导致吸收过程传热传质效率的降低;而添加适当的SDBS和纳米氧化铁能获得较低粘度,从而强化传热传质效率。实验表明氧化铁和SDBS质量分数分别为0.2%和1.5%的时候,制得的纳米流体具有最低的粘度和最高的传热传质性能。
The effect of viscosity on the heat and mass transfer of NH3/H2O falling film absorption with Fe2O3 nanofluid is studied. The results show that, the viscosity, influenced by the ingredient of nanofluid, directly influence the performance of absorption. The heat and mass transfer of absorption, is weakened by high viscosity nanofluid of only adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS), while, enhanced by lower viscosity nanofluid with appropriate ingredients. The nanofluid with lowest viscosity, prepared by adding 0.2% Fe203 and 1.5% SDBS, achieves the optimal performance in mass and heat transfer.
