Abstract: ?以民勤绿洲主要作物为研究对象,通过tdr土壤水分测定仪及作物生长、耗水等指标常规测定方法测定了不同节水灌溉条件下作物耗水规律、产量效应、水分利用效率及经济效益,并结合气象数据比较不同灌水处理的优越性,提出了包括耕作、灌水、用水全过程的主要作物节水灌溉模式.研究结果表明,这些集成模式在不减少主要作物产量的同时可有效抑制土面无效蒸发、降低灌溉定额、提高水分利用率及经济效益.

Abstract: 为了解内蒙古地区隐性乳房炎无乳链球菌分离株耐药性及耐药基因,采集内蒙古不同地区的规模化养殖场隐性乳房炎乳样,采用Kirby-Bauer(K-B)纸片扩散法测试分离株对16种抗菌药物的敏感性,PCR方法检测其耐药基因。结果显示:无乳链球菌对大部分抗生素较敏感。对其有较强抑菌作用的药物为:青霉素G、头孢噻肟、头孢唑啉、阿莫西林、红霉素、环丙沙星、恩诺沙星、氧氟沙星、林可霉素、呋喃妥因、万古霉素。其敏感性达到90%~100%。该菌株对四环素有较强的耐药性,耐药率达77.27%。PCR扩增四环素耐药基因tetM、tetO、tetK、tetL,结果显示22株无乳链球菌均含有tetM基因,其基因的检出率为100%。其中7株同时含有tetK基因,tetO、tetL基因未检出。
In order to understand drug resistance and tetracycline resistance gene of Streptococcus agalactiae epidemic strains,the prevalent strains of S. agalactiae from the main bovine culture area of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were detected through Kirby-B auer(K-B) method and PCR.Drug susceptibility testing indicated that the S. agalactiae isolated strains were sensitive to most antibiotics.The S. agalactiae isolates were susceptible topenicillin,cefotaxime,cefazolin,amoxicillin,erythromycin,ciprofloxacin,enrofloxacin,ofloxacin,clindamycin,nitrofurantoin,and vancomycin with susceptibilities rates of 90% to 100%.In contrast,the S. agalactiae isolates were resistant to tetracycline with resistance rates of 77.27%.Four resistance genes including tetM,tet O,tetK,and tetL were characterized by PCR. All strains carried the resistance gene tetM and 7 strains also carried the resistance gene tetK. The resistance genes tetO and tetL were not detected.The results indicated that the resistance gene were related to the resistant type of antimicrobial agents and was important for further research and clinical therapy resistance mechanisms.

Abstract:
微生物在湿地生态系统中扮演着重要的角色,DNA测序技术是研究微生物的重要工具之一。近几年来高通量测序技术的迅速发展,为更加精细地研究湿地生态系统的微生物信息提供了可能性。本文比较了高通量测序技术与其他测序技术之间差异,阐述了该技术在微生物群落结构及其多样性、功能菌群与生态系统功能关系,以及宏基因组学方面的应用,进一步分析了湿地微生物的空间异质性成因,对高通量测序技术的发展方向进行了展望。
Microbes play an important role in the wetland ecosystem, and DNA sequencing technology is one of the important tools to study microbes. Recently, the booming development of high-throughput sequencing technologies has made it possible for us to research more accurately about microor-ganisms in wetland ecosystem. In this review, the difference between high-throughput sequencing and other sequencing technologies is described. The applications of high-throughput sequencing in microbial community structures and diversities, functional bacteria and ecosystem functions, metagenomics are elaborated. Furthermore, the spatial heterogeneity of microorganism is also revealed. Finally, we prospect the development direction of this technology in the future.
利巴韦林抑制k562白血病细胞增殖和诱导其凋亡的研究

Abstract: ?目的:观察利巴韦林抑制k562白血病细胞增殖和诱导其凋亡的作用。方法:采用四唑盐(mtt)比色实验,集落培养实验观察比较处理组(分别用10-9、10-8、10-7、10-6及10-5mmol/l的利巴韦林处理)k562细胞与对照组(pbs处理)细胞的增殖状态,采用瑞氏-吉姆萨(wright-gimesa)染色观察处理组细胞形态学变化,流式细胞术(fcm)检测处理组k562细胞凋亡峰,评价利巴韦林对k562细胞的诱导凋亡作用。结果:利巴韦林抑制k562细胞mtt值和集落产率,随着所加入利巴韦林的浓度的增加,mtt值和集落产率呈递减趋势的剂量依赖关系;利巴韦林可诱导细胞出现亚二倍峰,fcm检测凋亡率为(47.16±2.82)%,并在形态上有诱导凋亡的改变,镜下观察凋亡率为(49.37±0.37)%。结论:利巴韦林有抑制k562细胞增殖和诱导其凋亡的作用。
利用梯阶中值选址模型进行区域机场群布局适应性研究

Abstract: ?研究了中值选址模型和梯阶选址问题,提出了利用梯阶中值选址模型的区域机场群选址布局模型,并对广东省机场群布局的适应性进行了实证研究。在模型实验中,应用地理信息技术对模型进行了计算,结果说明了该模型及模型计算方法对区域机场群选址规划的应用价值。

Abstract: 摘要:
人中性粒细胞肽(HNP)-1~3是人体内的一种天然防御蛋白混合物,对诸多细菌、真菌和病毒以及癌细胞有强烈的杀灭或抑制作用。HNP-1~3在宿主儿童唾液中的表达水平的高低与儿童自身的患龋风险明显相关,其在唾液中的质量浓度也直接影响着宿主口腔生态环境的变化,对口腔主要致龋菌也有明显的抑制作用。在未来开展的儿童龋病风险预测工作中,以HNP-1~3作为一种重要的检测指标,不仅可使儿童龋病风险预测工作更为准确,还能使有限的医疗资源得到高效合理的利用。

Abstract: ?〗lng冷能的利用不仅要看其能量回收的多少,更重要的是在经济合理的前提下实现能量的梯级利用。为此以lng冷能的梯级利用为目标,设计了lng冷能用于冷库制冷的工艺流程,提出利用一股冷媒与lng换冷以减少冷媒系统的投资费用和传输过程的冷能损失,通过压力调节控制冷媒的蒸发温度,使其为不同用途的冷库提供相应温位的冷能。筛选工艺中的冷媒,计算冷库的耗冷量,并以总容量为1.5×104t的冷库为例进行具体计算,模拟出冷库利用lng冷能的工艺流程。总结了lng冷能用于冷库技术的发展优势,提出lng冷能集成利用的发展方向。

Abstract:
目的:近年来,研究发现维生素D不足和缺乏是引起孤独症谱系障碍的环境因素之一,本研究目的在于探讨补充维生素D治疗儿童孤独症谱系障碍的可能性。方法:对我科应用维生素D治疗的1例孤独症谱系障碍的临床资料进行了回顾性分析。结果:患儿因言语发育落后和不听指令来我科就诊,结合患儿的临床症状,根据DSM-IV标准,该患儿确诊为孤独症谱系障碍。ABC,CARS和M-CHAT-R量表用来评估患儿症状的严重程度。血清25(OH)D水平为14.3 ng/ml。给予患儿维生素D肌肉注射和口服共两个月,患儿临床症状好转,疾病严重程度减轻,血清25(OH)D水平升至51.8 ng/ml。结论:补充维生素D有可能改善孤独症谱系障碍患儿的临床症状。
Objective: Vitamin D insufficiency and deficiency is recently regarded as one of the environmental factors related with autism spectrum disorders. The aim of this paper is to investigate the possible effect of vitamin D supplementation on autistic behavioral manifestations of a child with autism spectrum disorders. Methods: The clinical data of one case with autism spectrum disorders with vitamin D supplementation in our department was retrospectively analyzed. Result: The child was referred to our department for language delay and unresponsivity to instruction. In view of his clinical manifestation, diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders was made according to DSM-IV. ABC, CARS and M-CHAT-R were used to assess the autistic severity in the clinic. Serum 25(OH) level was 14.3 ng/ml. Vitamin D3 intramuscular injection and oral administration were carried out according to protocol of our clinical trial registration. With a two-month following-up, the autistic symptoms were gradually improved according to clinical manifestation and assessment batteries. Meanwhile, Serum 25(OH) level was 51.8 ng/ml. Conclusion: Vitamin D supplementation may be effective in ameliorating the autistic behavioral problems in children with autism spectrum disorders.
