基于EMD与GEP的滑坡变形预测模型

Abstract: ?提出经验模态分解与基因表达式编程的滑坡变形预测方法,该方法从时频分析出发,利用经验模态分解把变形时间序列分解成具有不同频率特征的分量,对分解后的近似序列和细节序列分别利用基因表达式编程进行预测并将结果融合。实例结果表明,该方法预测精度高于GM(1,1)、AR和LSSVM方法。
转录因子MSN2基因过表达对酿酒酵母耐受性的影响

Abstract: cAMP信号通路在调控酵母细胞代谢、增殖、分化及压力抗性的获得过程中具有重要的作用。工业应用中对酵母的耐受性有很高的要求,在发酵过程中,胁迫环境如高温、高渗透压、营养饥饿和高浓度酒精毒性等不可避免,故而提高酵母菌种的耐受性,可以提高菌种的发酵性能,降低发酵过程中的能量消耗。本文构建的突变株在工业应用方面具有重要的意义。以实验室现有菌种AY12a为出发菌株,URA3基因作筛选标记,利用胞内重组,在MSN2基因的N端加上强启动子PGK1p以实现基因的过表达,最终通过PCR验证,成功构建突变株AY12a-msn2。对酵母进行耐受性的测定,发现AY12a-msn2不具有一定的耐高温性能。同时将突变株与AY12a进行玉米高温浓醪发酵,并测定发酵完成后的酒度、残糖、48 h细胞存活率、CO2失重及发酵时间。结果发现突变株AY12a-msn2酒度下降,残糖含量上升,48 h细胞存活率上升,发酵时间较长。
For the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, the cAMP signal transduction pathway plays an important role in the control of metabolism, proliferation, differentiation and acquisition of stress resistance. During the fermentation process, stress environments such as high temperature, high osmotic pressure, nutrient starvation, high alcohol toxicity, etc. are unavoidable. There is a high requirement for yeast tolerance in industrial applications. It can increase the fermentation performance of strains and reduce the energy consumption during fermentation. The constructed mutant has great signification in industrial application. Based on the existing strain AY12a in the laboratory, the strong promoter PGK1p was added to the N-terminus of MSN2 gene to achieve overexpression of the gene by using the intracellular recombination method, using URA3 gene as the screening marker. The mutant AY12a-msn2 was successfully constructed by PCR verification. The results showed that the mutant had no temperature tolerance. The mutant and AY12a were tested for very high gravity (VHG) fermentation, and the alcohol content, residual sugar, 48 h cell survival rate, CO2 weight loss and fermentation time were determined. The results showed that the alcohol content decrease, the residual sugar content and the survival rate of 48 h cells increased. The mutant had longer fermentation time.

Abstract: 中国对国家重点生态功能区实施生态补偿财政转移支付制度已近十年。通过对国家重点生态功能区生态保护成本与效益的定量分析,结合国家重点生态功能区生态补偿财政转移支付额度的考察,以生态补偿标准的理论分析为基础,揭示了国家重点生态功能区生态补偿标准的合理区间,并提出其选择依据,为国家重点生态功能区生态补偿的财政转移支付制度改革和完善中国生态补偿机制提供理论支持。
It is almost 10 years that the implementation of ecological compensation transfer payment system has been implemented in National Key Ecological Function Areas. This paper, through the quantitative analysis of ecological protection costs and benefits of National Key Ecological Function Areas, combined with the amount of ecological compensation financial transfer payment in National Key Ecological Function Areas, based on the analysis of ecological compensation theoretical standard, reveals the reasonable range of ecological compensation standard and its selected basis of National Key Ecological Function Areas, aiming at providing theoretical support for the reform of National Key Ecological Function Areas ecological compensation financial transfer payment system and the improvement of ecological compensation mechanism in China
反事实思维对行人交通安全行为意向的影响

Abstract: 反事实思维是对过去发生事情进行否定而产生的假设性思维表征,对行为改变和绩效改善有显著影响。因此,作为一种重要的认知策略,反事实思维常常被用于行为干预的研究。本研究采用单因素(反事实启动/经验启动)被试间实验设计,以4种常见的行人不安全行为为实验材料,运用顺序启动范式的语义启动分别激活自变量的两个水平,将遵守交通规则行为意向的评分和反应时双变量作为因变量指标,探索反事实思维对行人安全行为的促进作用。结果表明与基线水平和经验启动相比,反事实启动诱导产生的行人交通安全行为意向更加积极,并且产生的自动化水平更高。文章最后讨论了研究的理论意义和对安全管理实践的启发。

Abstract: “十二·五”时期是陕西省加快建设西部经济强省的关键时期,也是陕西城镇化快速推进的关键时期。本文以陕北地区为研究对象,从区域特点、资源优势和城镇化发展模式三个方面,分析陕北地区发展情况,集中表现为:资源的富有未能促进区域长足、高效的发展,城镇化水平整体上滞后于社会经济发展。指出要创新区域发展模式,应注重发展多功能资源型城镇化发展模式;依托区域优势和特色资源,发展产业集群,增强城镇承载力;完善合理的城镇体系结构,推动城镇化发展;优化城镇生态环境,提升城镇化品质。

Abstract: 先天免疫系统是防御微生物的第一道防线。最近几年,人们发现一种新的蛋白家族——核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域NOD样受体(NLRs),可以识别、抵御微生物病原体,在动物和植物体内的先天免疫中起重要作用。NLR蛋白激活后导致NF-κB,MAPK或半胱氨酸天冬氨酸酶的激活,从而介导炎症反应。对NLR家族及与之相关的炎症性疾病进行论述,并对NLR家族在炎症性疾病治疗的应用前景作展望。

Shale gas is a hot spot for investment as it alleviates the problems in energy supply. This article explains the concepts and background related to shale gas, and analyzes the investment risks in shale gas exploration and production. Policies are also suggested to promote the healthy devel-opment of the shale gas industry in China.
