Abstract:
根据红河卷烟厂在2014年10月至11月份卷烟质量抽检过程中的实验数据,在烟支卷制环节的六个物理指标即重量、圆周、吸阻、长度、总通风率和硬度的基础上,采用功效系数法和主客观相结合的权重赋值法设计出了烟支质量的综合评价方法。从评价结果可以看出,质量评价合格的抽检烟支的物理指标得分分布在区间[60, 100],以及超标烟支的物理指标得分分布在区间[0, 60]。另外,本文设计的综合评价方法所得的结果能很直观地从整体上反映出烟支质量抽检的综合情况,并且采用该方法评扩展到评价机台质量水平的结果也比较契合CPK值这一卷烟厂评价机台质量控制水平常用工具的结果。
According to the experiment data of sampling observation of cigarette quality, happening in the Honghe Cigarette Factory from October to November 2014, based on six physical indicators of cig-arette making part: Weight, Circumference, Draw Resistance, Length, Total ventilation rate and Hardness, I have used the efficacy coefficient method and the combination of subjective and objec-tive weight assignment method to design a comprehensive evaluation method of cigarette quality. From the evaluation results, we can find that the physical index score of qualified sampling ciga-rette distributed from 60 to 100, and it also shows that the physical index score of unqualified sampling cigarette distributed from 0 to 60. In addition, the results of this paper can intuitively re-flect the overall situation of comprehensive quality of the sampling cigarette, and this evaluation method can be extended to evaluate the quality level of the machine, whose results relatively fit the CPK value which is a common tool for the cigarette factory evaluating the quality control level of machine.

Abstract: 生物膜构成了细胞与外界环境之间的一道天然屏障,细胞生存所需的各种营养物质或其代谢产物必须通过这道屏障才能进入或输出细胞.无论是原核还是真核细胞,细胞膜上都存在多种起运输作用的膜蛋白分子,它们以各种不同的机制参与营养物质或代谢产物的转运.根据跨膜转运蛋白(transmembranesolutetransporter)起运输作用时的底物特异性、转运机制及转运蛋白间的同源性,Paulsen等人[1]将真核细胞中的跨膜转运蛋白进行了系统分类,有关这个分类系统的详细内容和最新进展可以从互联网(http//biology.ucsd.edu/~msaier/transport/titlepage.html)中获得.在这个分类系统中,有两类核苷转运蛋白扩散型核苷转运蛋白和富集型核苷转运蛋白.它们的生化功能是跨膜运输核苷.众所周知,核苷不仅是细胞合成核苷酸的一种重要前体,而且在生物体内还参与调节许多重要的生理过程,如神经传递和心血管活性的调节等[2,3].核苷转运蛋白通过介导核苷的转运和吸收,在许多不同的生理过程中发挥重要作用.在植物基因组中也存在编码核苷转运蛋白的基因,但有关植物核苷转运蛋白的功能还远未被人们所知.本文根据已有的研究成果并结合我们实验室的工作阐述核苷转运蛋白的功能及其研究进展.

Abstract: 采用COMSOL有限元数值模拟的方法,研究了两层各自均匀溶液模型中不同参数对盐指现象的影响。结果表明,系统的热瑞利数RT、盐瑞利数RS、初始密度稳定率Rρ0均影响界面处产生的盐指现象。当RT、Rρ0增加时,盐指增长的速度会变慢,盐指的数量增多;当RS增加而Rρ0减小时,盐指增长的速度变快,盐指的数量增多;并且在RS增大到某一值(或Rρ0减小到某一值)时,盐指的性质会发生突变。进一步提出并研究了多层溶液结构模型中的盐指现象,结果表明相邻界面之间的相互作用对盐指的产生及形状有着重要的影响

Abstract:

摘 要:对介质压差式管道机器人速度波动机理进行了研究。分析了影响机器人速度波动的外部因素,认为摩擦阻力突变、流体介质的压缩效应和机器人速度的反作用是速度波动产生的原因。根据管道机器人运动状态和摩擦阻力突变趋势的不同,将速度波动现象分为三种情况,并分别进行了受力分析和力学模型的简化,应用MATLAB软件进行数值仿真分析,确定了不同参数对速度波动的影响规律。

Abstract: Medium pressure type pipe robot speed fluctuation mechanism is studied. By analyzing the external factors that impact robot speed fluctuations, we consider that the causes of speed fluctuation are Frictional resistance mutations. Compression effect of Fluids medium and the reaction of robot speed. According to the different between the motion state of pipe robot and frictional resistance mutation trend, we divide the speed fluctuation into three cases, make out the Stress Analysis and simplify mechanical model, and make numerical simulation by using Matlab to determine the speed fluctuations law on different parameters.

Abstract:

在传统轻量级J2EE分层架构的基础上,利用泛型与反射技术在业务层和数据访问层设计模版化的操作模块,可以为其具体领域对象模块提供公共操作逻辑。本文提出模版化构架方式,不仅避免了每个领域模块相似逻辑的重复编写,提高开发效率,而且统一的操作策略增强了应用的健壮性、可维护性、能灵活应对需求的总体变动。模版化构架方式,对改进与完善基于开源框架的J2EE架构进行了一定的探索,应用此种架构对业务逻辑相对单一简单的应用开发具有一定的指导意义。

On the basis of the lightweight layered architecture of the traditional J2EE, a template of the operating module is designed by using generic and reflection in the business and data access layer, providing a common operation logic to the module of specific domain object. Through this template designation, it not only can avoid the repeated writing the similar logic of each domain module, but also is conducive to the robustness, maintainability of the system, and flexibility to the changes of whole business needs. Template structure can improve and perfect the traditional J2EE architecture based on the open source framework. Utilizing the architecture in the application whose business logic is relatively simple and single has some guiding significance to the J2EE development.

The capture & separation of carbon dioxide is the premise of its storage and utilization. The progress and perspective methods for CO2 capture according to current power plant flue gas were summarized and compared in this paper. Moreover, the process of the coal-fired power plant and the development of the advanced clean coal technology were briefly reviewed. Thus, we pointed out the promising way for China's coal-fired Power plants to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
