Abstract: 针对传统WebGIS矢量数据在浏览器中可视化缺乏统一标准以及采用地图切片方式响应速度慢的现状,引入了HTML5 CanvasGeoJSON技术,探讨了采用JavaScript解析包含位置信息的GeoJSON数据,并将结果作为地理要素绘制在HTML5 Canvas上的方法在轻量级WebGIS中的应用,设计实现了针对GeoJSONHTML5 Canvas客户端API,并依据此API构建福州市区实时路况信息发布系统。验证了使用HTML5 Canvas结合GeoJSON技术在浏览器端矢量数据渲染上具有跨平台、响应速度快的优势,克服了传统WebGIS存在的缺陷。

Abstract:
本文分析公路隧道事故特点及多发原因,论述我国目前公路隧道防火、安全逃生设计要求及存在的问题、运营期隧道应急救援措施及问题;在此基础上提出设置隧道蓄能自发光型防火灾应急逃生系统的必要性,并分析蓄能自发光型防火灾应急逃生系统的系统组成、蓄能自发光型材料的技术要求和逃生引导标识;最后,结合我国目前公路隧道的应急逃生系统、应急救援措施,提出相应的建议。
The features of road tunnel accidents and reasons for its frequent occurrence are analyzed; the problems that exist in the present requirements for fire prevention and emergency escape design of road tunnel are discussed. Accordingly, the necessity of equipping road tunnel with energy sto-rage self-illuminating system is pointed out. The composition, technical requirement of energy storage self-illuminating material, and evacuation signage are analyzed as well. Finally, some sug-gestions for present emergency escape system and emergency rescue measures of roads tunnel are proposed.

Abstract:
轮胎花纹块接地压力分布对轮胎耐磨性能,抓地性能有着重要的影响。本文利用三维有限元软件,以花纹块表面的节点坐标为设计变量,以花纹块接地压力偏度值为目标函数对花纹块表面形状进行优化。结果表明,该方法可以优化花纹块接地压力,改善轮胎磨损性能和抓地性能。
The contact pressure distribution of the tire tread block has an important impact on tire wear re-sistance and grip performance. In this paper, a new optimization procedure to design the surface of tire patterns is combined with 3D finite element method. The coordinates of the nodes of the surface of the tread blocks were chosen as the design variables, and the deviation of contact pres-sure distribution was selected as target variable. The results confirmed that the optimization technique could lead to a final optimum distribution of contact pressure and better wear and grip performance.

Abstract:
以挥发性有机污染物(VOCs)代表物质甲苯为去除对象,采用低温等离子体-光催化联合技术对其降解开展研究。比较了催化剂-等离子体反应器及空管(不加催化剂)反应器对甲苯的降解性能异同;通过正交试验考察分析了放电区长度、催化剂填充长度、频率、电压和处理气量五个因素对催化剂-等离子体反应器的甲苯去除效果的影响,确定了甲苯降解的最优工艺条件。
>Non-thermal plasma coupled with photocatalysis was employed to remove toluene which was a representative pollutant of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The similarities and differences of catalyst-plasma reactor and empty (without catalyst) reactor on the toluene degradation performance were studied. Furthermore, the effect of discharge zone length, catalyst filling length, frequency, applied voltage and gas flow rate on the toluene degradation of catalyst-plasma reactor was investigated. Based on the experimental results, the optimal conditions of toluene degradation were determined.

Abstract:
通过监测分析表明,在深基坑开挖过程中,围护体的最大水平位移与开挖深度和开挖时间密切相关,在多道支撑工况下,支撑轴力随开挖纵向长度增加、开挖深度增加呈波动变化,环境温度明显变化和强降雨等因素对支撑轴力的影响明显,邻近基坑的支撑架设与拆除对支撑轴力有较大影响,基坑周边地下水位变化是影响地表沉降的主因,及时架设支撑、尽快完成底板结构、减少基坑暴露时间在控制围护体位移的同时能有效控制地表沉降。工程实践表明,复杂地质条件下大型深基坑建设,建立两套相对独立的监测系统非常必要,有效的数据信息为建设者实时掌握结构工况、及时采取相应措施、顺利完成工程建设提供了重要保障。
In situ monitoring demonstrates that the maximum horizontal displacements of the retaining structures are closely related to the excavation depth and time during excavation of the foundation pit. When multiple supports are applied, the axial forces of the supports fluctuate with increase of longitudinal length and depth of the excavation pit. Axial forces of the supports are significantly influenced by changes of external conditions such as temperature and rainfall. In addition, they are also greatly impacted by the set-up and removal of steel supports of the adjacent pit. The changes in ground water table resulting from dewatering and seepage are the main factors inducing settlement of ground surface. Displacements of the supports and the ground surface can be well controlled by in-time set-up of the supports, quick built-up of the basement and decreasing of stand-up duration. Field practice reveals that the implementation of two independent monitoring systems is essential during construction of large and deep excavation pits in complex ground conditions. Timely and effective monitoring gives a strong support to real-time acquirement of the conditions of the structures, in-time implementation of corresponding countermeasures and successful complement of the project.

Abstract:
本文分析了Hindmarsh-Rose (HR)神经元的脉冲放电和簇放电行为,我们引进脉冲宽度比来描述外界激励电流对神经元放电模式的影响,并给出HR神经元从簇放电到连续脉冲转变的临界值,我们发现控制参数μ可以用来控制簇放电中连续脉冲的数目。另外,我们应用主稳定性函数的方法分析HR神经元网络的同步稳定性,发现神经元网络的同步稳定性依赖于网络的耦合强度和网络结构,对神经元的放电模式并不敏感。当外界激励电流使网络同步不稳定时,增大μ对网络同步稳定有好处。我们给出HR神经元网络同步稳定性在神经元参数和网络参数空间中的相图。
We analyze numerically the neuronal activity of bursting and spiking in the 3D Hindmarsh-Rose (HR) neuronal model. We introduce the ratio of different pulse to give the critical current I, which induces the continuous bursting behavior of neuron. We find that the parameter μ can control the number of peaks in a discharge cycle. Moreover, we numerically investigate the synchronization and stability of linear coupling HR neuronal network by the master function method. We find that the synchronization and its stability depend on the coupling strength and the structure of the network, but weakly related to the bursting and spiking phenomena. We give the phase diagram of the synchronization and its stability of the HR neuronal network in the parameter space, which provides an understanding of the dynamic behavior and its stability of HR neuronal network.

Abstract:
中小企业对于中国大陆的经济发展具有重要的贡献,然而中小企业在中国大陆却面临\"融资难与担保难”的双重困境。本研究首先建立中小企业授信评估层次架构模型,包括以五大评估构面作为准则层,并设计3~6个要素的指标层,而后设计问卷进行问卷调查,透过AHP法发现在准则层的五大评估构面中,以还款能力为中国大陆银行业者最为关注的重点;准则层下的指标层分别以资本负债率、资产周转率、借款人品德、担保品变现能力以及行业政策权重排名最高,而行业政策仍成为影响中国大陆地区中小企业发展的重要关键。
Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have been making many contributions to the economics of Mainland China, but SME in Mainland China faces the predicament of “difficulty in financing and guaranteeing”. First of all, on the empirical approach it built a level of credit assessment including “capital, capacity, character, collateral and condition” as principle levels and three to six indicators under them to design questionnaire. In AHP, it found capacity on principle levels is more cared by banks, and the highest weight of indicators under principle levels are “debt-to-equity ratio”, “asset turnover”, “borrower's character”, “liquidity of collectible” and “enterprise policy” have no difference with researches in the past, but the enterprise policy still is the key point in influence of SME in Mainland China.
