基于函数性数据分析的中国社会消费品零售总额数据的预测

Abstract: 基于数据的函数性特征,采用函数性数据分析方法对中国社会消费品零售总额进行预测。将总额数据分解为长期趋势成分和季节性波动成分分别进行预测。对长期趋势成分引入居民可支配收入数据来辅助预测,对于季节性成分采用自适应选择权重的加权预测法,将两项预测值的和作为总额预测结果。真实数据上的实验结果表明,本文提出的预测方法预测误差小,且预测结果具有很好的可解释性。
Abstract:The functional data analysis method is used to predict the data of Chinese total retail sales of consumer goods. The total data is decomposed into a long-term trend component and a seasonal fluctuations component, and then the predictions for these two components are carried out respectively. For the long-term trend component, the data of disposable personal income is introduced to support the forecast. For the seasonal component, a weighted selection method with adaptive selection weights is used. The sum of the two predictions is taken as the total forecast. The experimental results using the real data show that the proposed method can give smaller prediction errors and the predictions clearly explain the observed result.

Abstract:
2013年国家电网公司正式颁布了《低压计量箱技术规范》标准,其相应行业标准也即将发布。标准中对计量箱试验项目、方法都进行了严格规范,使其制造、检验工作有了可循依据。而建立计量箱专用实验室,实施计量箱各项试验,开展计量箱型式检验、验收检验、质量监督就成为一项重要的例行工作。对各省电力检测机构,都面临建设新计量箱实验室任务,如何建立完善的、符合技术标准要求的计量箱实验室,则需要一个技术指导。通过对计量箱试验项目分析、试验流程设计,试验场地规划,并借助流水线检测技术应用给出了一个系统的、全面的计量箱实验室解决方案,使之能够多快好省地建成一个现代化、自动化的高标准检测实验室,确保计量箱检测工作顺利开展,为计量箱产品最终更新换代提供技术保障。
State Grid Corporation of China has officially promulgated the standard “technical specifications of low-voltage metering cabinet” in 2013, and the corresponding industry standards are also soon to be released. In this standard, tests on metering cabinet as well as their test methods are strictly regulated, so that the manufacturing and inspection of metering cabinet have basic rules to follow. As a result, setting up the laboratory specialized for metering cabinet and performing every tests have become an important routine, to implement type approval, inspection, and quality supervision of metering cabinet.For each provincial electric power testing authority who faces the task of setting up new laboratory for metering cabinet, technical guides are needed to make the laboratory excellent and coincident with technical requirements. By analyzing the tests, designing the testing procedure, and planning the testing site, followed by an application based on assembly line testing technique, a systematical and thorough solution is then proposed, which enables a fast and economic way to setting up metering cabinet laboratory, to ensure a smooth development of me-tering cabinet, furthermore, to provide technical supporting for the updating and evolving of the product.
测量谷物流含水率声学方法的研究

Abstract: 研究了一种测量流动谷物含水率的声学方法。通过试验,确定了大豆流声信息与含水率的关系。在200~310hz频率范围内分析了含水率9%~16%时声压与含水率、流量、声源距离、下落高度诸因素的关系,并建立了数学模型。
环氧树脂改性UV 生漆油墨的漆膜性能

Abstract: 环氧树脂改性生漆是将提取出的漆酚与甲醛缩聚后再与环氧树脂交联反应后调制的一种改性生漆,与原生漆相比,其性能有了很大提高,如光泽度、硬度、耐磨性、附着力、耐腐蚀性、干燥时间、致敏性等。但其涂饰工艺复杂且效率低,因此将传统工艺与新技术结合具有重要意义。笔者以UV树脂油墨为主体材料,采用研磨分散法处理环氧树脂改性生漆,且辅以其他助剂配制出可用于数码喷印技术的UV生漆油墨,并通过测试UV生漆油墨的漆膜性能,探讨了环氧树脂改性生漆与UV油墨的调制比例对UV生漆油墨漆膜性能的影响。结果表明,此种方法配制的UV生漆油墨漆膜性能良好,其中当环氧树脂改性生漆与UV油墨的质量比为0.10~0.15时,体系分散性较好,漆膜性能最佳。
Epoxy resin modified lacquer is compounded by the polymerization of extracted urushiol and formaldehyde at first, and then by the crosslinking reaction with epoxy resin. Compared with the raw lacquer, the film performances of the modified lacquer, such as the gloss, hardness, adhesion, corrosion resistance, drying time, sensitivity, has been greatly improved. However, the finishing process is complex and the efficiency is very low. Therefore, the combination of traditional process and new technology is of great significance. This paper discusses the UV lacquer ink used in the digital ink-jet printing technology, which is made of UV ink as the main raw material and supplemented by the epoxy resin modified lacquer. The methods of grinding and dispersing is used to dispose the UV ink and epoxy resin modified lacquer, as well as combined with other additives. Above all, the study tests the film properties of the UV lacquer ink, including gloss, hardness, adhesion, wearing resistance, roughness, resistance of cold-hot temperature and fluid. Furthermore, this research explores the influence of the adding ratio of epoxy resin modified lacquer and UV ink on its film properties. The results show that the UV lacquer ink has good film properties, especially when the ratio of epoxy resin modified lacquer to UV ink is from 0.10 to 0.15, which has the best system dispersion and film properties

西藏桑木岗地区遥感线性构造和蚀变信息提取与找矿预测
Extraction of Linear Structure and Alteration Information Based on Remote Sensing Images and Oreprospecting Prognosis for Sangmugang in Tibet

Abstract: 摘要: 利用西藏桑木岗地区ETM+遥感数据,通过主成分分析、卷积滤波和形态学分析、假彩色合成等方法对线性构造做了增强处理,并进行目视解译。根据蚀变矿物特有的光谱特征,通过彩色合成、直方图拉伸进行信息增强处理,运用主成分分析方法对研究区铁染、羟基蚀变信息进行提取。比较线性构造和铁染、羟基蚀变信息可知,线性构造密集区与铁染、羟基蚀变异常区基本吻合,均呈近EW向展布,与区域构造、成矿构造格局一致,区内80%以上的已知矿点分布于铁染、羟基蚀变异常区。综合分析线性构造、遥感蚀变异常、区域地质、地球化学、已知矿床(点)等地学信息,圈定了3级7个成矿远景区,其中一级远景区是最有前景的异常区。
Abstract: Based on remote sensing images and oreprospecting prognosis, this article describes a way to extract linear structures and the alteration information through a case study from Sangmugang in Tibet.Using principal component analysis in ENVI48 software,convolution filter and morphological analysis and false color composite method, this article enhanced the linear structure and carried out a visual interpretation.The principal component analysis was used to effectively enhance the spectrum and space information in this area and to extract the ironstained and hydroxylalteration information,according to the unique characteristics of alteration minerals.After compared the linear structure with ironstained and hydroxy alteration information, it is found that the densely linearstructure areas are roughly coincident with the alteration anomaly information in a distribution trend of NW direction and are also consistent with the regional and metallogenic structural patterns; as a matter of fact,eight percent of known deposits are located in alteration anomaly areas.By the comprehensive analysis of linear structures,alteration information,regional geology,geochemical and geophysical information,stratigraphy,igneous rocks, etc,ten exploration targets with three levels of probabilities are figured out, and the No1 prospecting area is considered to be one of the most promising area.This study confirms that the linear structure in remote sensing images and the alteration information can be used as markers for oreprospecting prognosis
pBV220/hIL-4优化表达及其包涵体复性研究

Abstract: 旨在对人白细胞介素-4(hIL-4)上、下游序列进行优化设计,提高在原核系统中的表达量,并对表达的包涵体进行复性研究提高复性率。利用BioSun的RNA二级结构预测模块辅助设计hIL-4起始密码子(AUG)上、下游的序列,使局部二级结构的自由能满足高表达要求;根据pBV220载体和原核系统的特点优化引物序列提高hIL-4原核表达量。优化hIL-4包涵体复性条件和方法,提高复性率和生物活性。结果显示,成功构建了pBV220/hIL-4高效表达载体,原核表达的重组人IL-4占细菌总蛋白的35%以上,明显高于优化前表达量;经过复性研究hIL-4包涵体复性率可达到15%以上,生物活性鉴定发现,纯化的hhIL-4蛋白的比活等同或高于国外同类产品。影响原核表达的条件较多,对表达序列的优化设计可以大大提高蛋白的表达量。针对人IL-4基因序列的优化设计提高了人IL-4基因的表达,复性方法的改良提高了复性率和生物活性。
内蒙古东乌旗遥感构造和蚀变信息提取与找矿预测

Abstract: 为了研究内蒙古东乌旗Pb-Zn-Ag多金属成矿区的找矿远景,在对Landsat7ETM+数据进行几何纠正、大气校正和去干扰等预处理的基础上,对多波段假彩色合成图像做滤波处理以增强区域构造信息、进行线性构造解译;运用分形几何学原理和计盒维数法求取线性构造分维值,得到线性构造的统计自相似性和分形特征;采用主成分分析和阈值分割法对图像进行铁染、羟基蚀变信息提取;最后根据区内线性构造、遥感蚀变信息、岩体分布特征、区域地球化学异常和已知矿床(点)分布资料综合分析,圈定出3个级别的7个找矿预测区,再次证实了基于遥感图像的线性构造和遥感蚀变异常信息可以作为找矿预测的标志。
麦茬处理方式对夏玉米光合特性的影响

Abstract: 采用两年三点的大田试验,研究了麦茬处理方式(平茬、立茬、除茬)对机播夏玉米光合特性及其产量的影响。结果表明,不同麦茬处理方式的夏玉米光合参数存在明显差异。夏玉米pn、gs表现为吐丝期最大,处理间表现为平茬>立茬>除茬;tr在处理间表现为除茬>立茬>平茬,叶片水平上的wue表现为为平茬>立茬>除茬;不同麦茬处理夏玉米的产量差异显著。

Abstract: 针对目前国内外管内蠕动机器人对弯道连续工作能力不理想的问题,提出了一种可以在不同曲率管道内部行进的一种弹簧联轴节管内蠕动机器人的转弯机构。通过对这种管内蠕动机器人及其转弯机构组成、工作原理、位姿以及运动几何分析,得出其在不同曲率管道运动特性的相关公式,利用Adams对其进行仿真分析,验证相关理论分析,进而确定弹簧联轴节管内蠕动机器人转弯机构的各项设计参数的相关理论准则。
Aiming at the issues that the traveling of the continuous ability to work on the curved pipes between home and abroad, we propose a turning mechanism that the tube peristaltic robot with a spring coupling can move in different curvature pipeline. With the analysis of the robot's structure, working principle, position posture and motion geometry, we obtain the related formulas of movement characteristics in different curvature pipes. Simulation analysis is made on the robots to verify the related theoretical analysis so as to determine all design parameters of the turning mechanism' relating theory principles of the crawling in-pipe robot with a spring coupling
