姜厚朴水提物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌机理研究

Abstract: 为了探讨姜厚朴水提物(GMB)对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌机理,试验对GMB作用下菌体形态结构、膜系统上离子通道的酶活力和能量代谢等方面进行了研究。结果表明,GMB对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC分别为6.25、12.5 mg/mL。大肠杆菌胞外AKP酶和β-半乳糖苷酶吸光度值分别增加1.78和4.24倍,GMB作用4 h后电导率显著上升,膜上Na+K+-ATP酶活性从0.42增加到1.74 mg prot/mL,且为阴性对照的1.7倍;金黄色葡萄球菌体表出现囊泡状、不规则的突起结构,SDH酶活性、总ATP酶活性和胞内蛋白质含量分别降低40%、23.4%和17.9%,且AKP酶活和电导率均有所增加。由此推测出GMB主要是通过破坏大肠杆菌细胞壁、膜结构,增加其渗透性和通透性,造成胞内物质外流和蛋白质合成量下降等现象,进而抑制菌体生长。而GMB抑制金黄色葡萄球菌的作用机制是增加细胞壁的通透性、降低能量代谢相关酶的活性,干扰其正常的代谢活动。
To determine the antibacterial mechanism of ginger mix-fried magnolia bark (GMB) against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, the morphological structure of the bacterial cells, enzyme activity in the ion channels of cell membrane, and energy mechanism after treatment with GMB were studied. The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of GMB against E. coli and S. aureus were 6.25 and 12.5 mg/mL, respectively. The absorbance values for extracellular alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and β-galactosidase in E. coli increased 1.78-fold and 4.24-fold, respectively. Four hours after GMB treatment, the conductivity of the culture medium changed significantly, and membrane Na+K+-ATPase activity increased from 0.42 to 1.74 mg prot/mL, which was 1.7 times higher than that of the negative control. There were vesicular or irregular projections on the cell surface of S. aureus, and the sorbitol dehydrogenase (SDH) activity, total adenosine triphosphate (ATP) activity, and soluble protein content decreased by 40%, 23.4%, and 17.9%, respectively, whereas AKP enzymatic activity and conductivity increased. These results suggested that GMB increased E. coli cell permeability by disrupting the cell wall and damaging membrane structure, which resulted in an outflow of intracellular material and a decreased amount of synthesized proteins, thereby inhibiting bacterial growth. GMB appeared to inhibit S. aureus by enhancing the cell wall permeability, reducing the activity of enzymes related to energy metabolism, and interfering with the normal metabolic activities.
阶层分化下的村庄派性选举与民主决策――基于浙东N县D村的调查

Abstract: 阶层分化村庄中,村庄自治为密集利益引发的派性斗争所主导,上层经济精英掌控了话语权。在选举层面,大多数村民尤其是中下层的村民无法表达自己的意志;但在决策层面村民自治却超越了上层的主导,大部分村民的意志在决策的过程中得以表达,实现了一定程度的民主决策。在选举的过程中,村民参与对于选举结果的影响无非是哪一边的上层来当村干部,自身没有办法参选,不同的选举结果与大多数的中下层村民之间的利益关联并不强。而在利益密集的阶层分化村庄,决策往往意味着利益分配方案的制定,这与村民的直接利益存在较强关联性。而且村民能够通过国家在场的力量,影响决策方案的制定,维护自身的利益,对上层主导的派性斗争进行制衡。
In class differentiation in the village, the village autonomy was led by intensive interests as well as the upper class game, controlling the absolute right to speak. Most of the villagers in the election level, especially the lower and middle villagers, have no way to express their will. But in the decision-making level, villagers’ autonomy is beyond the leadership by the upper group, and most of the villagers’ wills and wishes will be expressed or realized in the process of decision-making, a certain degree of democratic decision-making. In elections, the influence of villagers participation on the result of the election is determined by which side’s upper class takes the office, and they themselves have no chance of being candidates. The result of election has no close relationship with the interests of most lower and middle villagers. In the villages with the intensive class differentiation of interests, the decision making power means the interest distribution planning, which is closely related to the villagers. The villagers can exert their influence on the decision making and thus protect their own interest through resorting to the state government’s power to counteract the factional struggle led by the upper villagers

Abstract: 摘要 文章利用中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARLS)的血检数据构建老年人生理年龄测量,并检验其有效性。相对于问卷调查中常用的其他健康测量,生理年龄有以下几个突出的优点:(1) 能全面体现个人的生理健康,是多个维度健康和死亡风险的显著预测指标。 (2) 能很好地反映中年和年轻年老人潜在的健康风险差异。 (3) 比起主观健康测量,能在一定程度上消除因回答基准点不同而产生的偏误。 (4)在测量模型的假设下,利用生理年龄可以直接消除日历年龄对健康测量的影响。此外,基于分层 线性模型的结果发现,受教育程度是影响生理年龄差异的最稳定因素。 队列在中国老年人的生理健康上存在显著的分化作用。
Abstract:Utilizing the Chinese Health and Retirement Longitudinal Survey,this study constructs the measure of biological age of Chinese elderly and tests its validity. In comparison to other health measures used in survey,the biological age shows several prominent advantages in the following aspects.First,the biological age,as a comprehensive measure of people’s physiological condition,can well predict individual’s mortality risk and health status in various dimensions. Second,it can reflect the diverging health status among the middle age and younger old-age people when many health problems have not been discovered. Third,compared with the subjective health measures,the biological age can eliminate the bias of reference point by different groups. Finally,the influence of chronological age on health can be eliminated from the biological age model. Based on the hierarchical linear regression model,it is found that education level is the most reliable factor that affects individual’s biological age and cohort can significantly differentiate old people’s health. In particular,individuals born during the great famine period may be confronted with a greater physiological risk.
中国成年人口的预期寿命——基于生命力模型的应用

Abstract: 摘要 文章利用生命力模型对我国成年人口(35岁及以上)分年龄别死亡率曲线进行拟合,据此将预期寿命分解为内生预期与外生损失寿命。通过对六普数据的应用,发现我国男性与女性成年人口预期寿命的差异主要来自于受即时环境影响的外生损失寿命。而城乡间的差异主要来自于由慢性衰老过程所主导的内生期望寿命。与日本的国别间比较进一步揭示,我国与寿命领先国家的主要差距在于内生过程。此外,五普与六普的纵向比较表明,外生死亡的减少是我国成年男性近10年来预期寿命变动的主要因素,而内生与外生死亡因素的改进在女性近10年寿命增长中的贡献趋于平衡。依据寿命领先国际的经验,我国未来预期寿命的增长将逐渐转变为以内生因素提高为主的模式。
Abstract:In this work, we utilize the vitality model to fit the agespecific mortality data of Chinese adult (35+), and decompose the adult life expectancy into the intrinsic life expectancy and the lost life expectancy due to extrinsic mortality. By applying the method to the Sixth Population Census data, we find that the gender difference in the Chinese adult life expectancy primarily stemmed from their difference in the lost life expectancy due to extrinsic mortality, while the difference between the urban and rural residents mainly reflected in their intrinsic life expectancies which were determined by the chronic aging process. The comparison with Japan further reveals that the disparity in the intrinsic life expectancy contributed mostly to the gap of these two countries in the adult life expectancy. Furthermore, the longitudinal comparison between the Fifth and the Sixth Census data suggests that the reduction of extrinsic mortality was the major force that enhanced the male life expectancy in the past ten years, while the decline of both intrinsic and extrinsic mortality characterized the change of the female life expectancy in the same period. According to the experience of countries with advanced life expectancy, the growth of the life expectancy in China will be dominated by the intrinsic increase.

Abstract: 本文基于Yomosa提出的平面基转子模型数值研究了DNA双螺旋结构的非线性动力学问题。通过对模型参数的无量纲化,得到适于数值实验的数据并给出了与原参数的关系式。利用有限差分方法对模型中的一类非线性Sine-Gordon方程进行数值计算,结果表明本文提出的数值方法是有效的。
We study nonlinear dynamics of DNA double helical under plane based on the rotator model pro-posed by Yomosa. Through dimensionless disposal, we get the more suitable data for numerical experiments and the relation between the data with the original parameters is also given. We solve a kind of nonlinear Sine-Gordon equations of the model by using the finite difference method, and the results show that the proposed numerical method is effective.

Evolution of horologes based on from natural phenomena, mechanics, to high frequency vibration is elaborated. The escapement mechanism in Chinese chronometer, a transition between clocks based on the first and second principle, is discussed as a technical preparation for the invention of machine clock.
