Abstract: 本文运用委托代理理论、合作博弈和厂商模型,研究了政府主导的产学研协同创新的利益分配机制.首先,分析了不同信息结构下企业和科研机构的行为,讨论了双方的策略和社会福利;然后,将信息不对称下福利损失看作双方的信息租金进行二次利益分配,首次建立了政府主导的具有双边激励效应产学研利益分配机制.研究表明,信息不对称下科研机构的投入水平低于最优投入水平,具有双边激励效应的分配机制不仅兼顾了企业和科研机构双方的利益、发挥了政府在产学研协同创新利益分配中的引导作用,也提升了社会整体福利,有效缓解了信息不对称带来的低效率.
DIFFERENTIAL SCANN1NG CALORIMETRIC STUDY ON THE NON-FREEZING WATER IN LYSOZYME

Abstract: The low temperature thermodynamic behaviour of the water-lysozyme system was investigated in the water content range of 0.03 to 2.70 g (water)/g (Protein) before and after denaturation using differential scanning calorimery (DSC) and a difference DSC method. At the low hydration the measured heat values of fusion of water show a strong dependence on the keeping-time, tk, at the low temperature and the rate of ice crystallization always determines the measured results. The melting peaks of ice were observed at the water contents of about 0.28 and 0.26 g/g after keeping the samples at 210 K for 15 min and 15 hrs, respectively. At the same keeping-times the endothermal effects started to be measured at about 0.18 and 0.14 g/g by the difference DSC method. At the water contents of 0.32, 0.44, and 1.03 g/g the heat values measured at tk of 15 hrs are 1.68, 1.18 and 1.03 times larger than those at 15 min, respectively. For the denatured protein the measured values show a much stronger time-dependence than those for the native. The results suggest that at the low hydration the water-protein system is a metastable disperse one, for which the low temperature measurement is dominated by kinetics and thus has uncertainties to a great extent, and that the behaviour of the 'so-called" non-freezing fraction" of water is more complex than has hitherto been thought the case. The interconversion with time may occur and no definite boundary exist between different classes of water.

According to the fly ash quality’s requirements of the commercial concrete market, 17 coal-fired power plants have been traced and checked for coal ash quality. By analysis and research quality, suggestions of improving the efficiency of the existing resources and controlling the quality of the products have been put forward.

Abstract: Bacteriorhodopsin shows an unnormal fluorescence emission after removing the C-terminal region by papain digestion in low concentration. The Trp fluorescence intensity is enhanced and shows a red shift at high salt concentrtion of KC1. The quenching effect of Cs+ on Trp fluorescence suggests that some Trp residues have exposed to the medium. The increasing intensity of phosphorescence emission of papain-treated bR indicates also the Trp exposure to the medium. The possible effect of the conformational change on proton pumping is discussed.

Abstract: The photocycle characteristics and proton pumping efficiency of purpleme-mbrane suspension with the C-terminal of BR digested by papain proteolysis in low salt concentration were studied. It was found that the slow dcay component M5 of intermediate Mm was reduceb dy 20%, the intermediate O640 by 50%, and the proton pumping efficiency was reduced by 70%.The response to the second flash after a first flash in a different time gap showed that the period of photocycle did not change. All these results indicate that the proton pumping efficiency change caused by the enzyme digestion dosen't coinc'de with hte photocycle intermediate change.The ionic strength has different influences on normal and papain-treated purple membrane. It suggests that there is a different conformation of C-terminal which is essential for proton pumping in different salt concentration.

Abstract: ?本文在代理人市场是非完全竞争的现实条件下,假设委托代理双方基于重视讨价还价过程的激励契约进行谈判.依据讨价还价过程,建立并求解了无限期rubinstein轮流出价讨价还价博弈,并利用破裂点分析了代理人的机会主义支付,最后根据唯一子博弈精炼纳什均衡和破裂点为委托人和代理人提供了一份非线性均衡契约.在均衡契约中,委托人获得固定的企业净利润,代理人获得剩余部分,通过这种方式把企业绩效、代理人的努力水平和代理人的薪酬结合到一起.基于rubinstein讨价还价博弈得到的激励契约,做到了在考虑到代理人利益的前提下实现委托人利益的最大化,这样的激励契约是有效率的,更是均衡的,也为激励契约的设计提供一种更符合现实情况的可供借鉴的方式.
酯化修饰对二氢杨梅素性能的影响

Abstract: ?用月桂酰氯对二氢杨梅素进行不同程度的酯化修饰,探讨不同程度的酯化修饰对二氢杨梅素溶解性和抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明:与二氢杨梅素相比,二氢杨梅素酯化物在油中的溶解度提高20~300倍,并且随着酯化程度加大,二氢杨梅素酯化物在油中溶解度增加。二氢杨梅素酯化物在极性溶剂中清除dpph自由基和h2o2的能力比二氢杨梅素低,酯化物的抗氧化活性随着酯化程度的增加呈下降趋势;在铁离子-抗坏血酸诱导的卵磷脂过氧化反应体系中,二氢杨梅素酯化物的抗氧化活性明显优于二氢杨梅素,且不受酯化程度的影响,表明二氢杨梅素及其酯化物在卵磷酯脂质体中的抗氧化活性受溶解性和羟基数目双重影响。
