Abstract: 我国的高校学报中大部分论文是出自本校导师指导下的硕士生或博士生,这类论文在投稿、退修和校对时常常由研究生来完成.出现在高校学报中论文的通讯联系人大多是标示在研究生名上的:各学报编辑部为了方便起见也多是与研究生联系(即使该研究生不是通讯联系人).笔者认为这种做法是不规范的.各编辑部有必要向论文的作者说明正确标示通讯联系人的意义,认识到通讯联系人的重要性.

波场延拓短算子构造方法

Abstract: 在频率-空间域显式叠前深度偏移中,波场深度延拓是通过显式差分短算子与波场的空间褶积完成的.基于对显式差分短算子的设计方法的研究,提出了一种基于相移算子约束的离散光滑插值的构造一维显式短算子的方法.通过离散光滑插值法,在频率-波数域中,以传播区内的相移算子为约束,在传播区外的算子两端处以零点为约束,进行离散光滑插值,使得所得算子具有二阶光滑可导性,则其对应的频率-空间域中的算子就可以取得很短.该方法设计简单,精度高,能够满足波场深度延拓的需要.
金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜基因型的分子鉴定

Abstract: 本文选用常见的典型食源性微生物金黄色葡萄球菌,从食品微生物安全角度出发,采用生物被膜菌落结晶紫染色法定量检测58株金黄色葡萄球菌菌株生物被膜的形成能力。并对金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜相关基因型进行分型研究,包括ica调控子分型(icaA、icaD、icaBC)与粘附特性分型(agr、atlE和aap)研究。结果显示,所有检测菌株均能生成生物被膜,其中3株能生成强粘附性生物被膜,占5.2%;生成中等生物被膜能力菌株有23株,占39.7%;32株金黄色葡萄球菌生成弱粘附生物被膜,占55.2%。实验所用的58株菌株中有48株能扩增出icaA基因,56株扩增出icaD基因,57株扩增出icaBC基因,56株扩增出agr,分别有53株和57株染色体中存在aap和atlE基因。本实验的结论:ica操纵子为金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜形成所必须,aap基因可能作为促进金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜形成的一个独立因素。而atlE,agr基因是金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜粘附过程中形成所必须的调节因子。
Typical foodborne Staphylococcus aureus (SA) was selected to investigate microbiological safety. The biofilm-forming ability of 58 SA strains was quantitatively determined using crystal violet staining of biofilm. The biofilm-associated SA genes including those associated with regulation (icaA, icaD, and icaBC) and adhesion property (agr, atlE, and aap) were studied. The result demonstrated that all strains tested formed biofilms, which were strongly adhesive in three (5.2%), moderately adhesive in 23 (39.7%) and weakly adhesive in 32 (55.2%) strains. The icaA gene was amplified from 48 isolates and icaD and icaBC were amplified from 56 and 57 strains, respectively. The agr, aap, and atlE genes were amplified from the genomes of 56, 53, and 57 isolates, respectively. The results indicated that the ica operon is required for SA biofilm formation, the aap gene may act as an independent factor for promoting SA biofilm formation, while the atlE and agr genes are necessary regulatory factors for biofilm adhesion.
黄原胶对面筋蛋白流变特性的影响

Abstract: 冷冻面制品在冻藏过程中由于冰晶迁移及重结晶导致面筋蛋白网络结构弱化,从而降低其品质。黄原胶作为一种优良的面团改良剂,其在冷冻面团中的应用受到越来越多的关注。本论文主要研究了黄原胶对面筋蛋白持水性、溶解度、流变特性及超微网络结构的影响。结果表明:黄原胶的添加能显著提高面筋蛋白持水性,当使用浓度为0.25%(m/m)黄原胶溶液与面筋蛋白进行混合时,面筋蛋白的持水性比原来提高9.1%,达到131.8%;面筋蛋白溶解度随黄原胶添加量的增大先升高后降低,当黄原胶/面筋蛋白比例为0.075%时,面筋蛋白溶解度为4.08 mg/mL,比原面筋蛋白增加了0.77 mg/mL;添加一定量的黄原胶,导致面筋蛋白弹性减弱,而黏性增强(储能模量G'下降,损耗模量G''和损耗角正切值tan δ升高);面筋蛋白网络结构,也随黄原胶的添加而更加的均匀,当黄原胶/面筋蛋白比例为0.375%时,面筋蛋白复配体系孔径大小由近100 μm减至20 μm左右。
The gluten network structure of wheat flour-based products is weakened during cold storage owing to ice crystal migration and recrystallization, resulting in reduced quality. Xanthan gum is an excellent food additive, and its application in frozen dough has attracted increasing attention. The effects of xanthan gum on the rheological properties, water-holding capacity, solu bility, and the ultramicro network structure of gluten proteins were studied. The results showed that the water-holding capacity significantly increased when xanthan gum was added. When 0.25% (m/m) xanthan solution was mixed with gluten, the water-holding capacity reached 131.8%, which was 9.1% higher than that of the original gluten proteins. The solubility of gluten declined after the initial increase with the increasing amount of added xanthan gum. When the ratio of xanthan/gluten was 0.075%, the solubility of gluten was 4.08 mg/mL, 0.77 mg/mL higher than that of the original gluten. The addition of a certain amount of xanthan gum led to a decreased gluten elasticity and an increased viscosity (decreased storage modulus G', increased loss modulus G'', and loss tangent tan δ). The gluten network structure became more uniform with the addition of xanthan gum; when the xanthan/gluten ratio was 0.375%, the pore size of the gluten/xanthan complex system decreased from 100 μm to approximately 20 μm.

Abstract: 草根非营利组织是指源自民间自发行为和公民社会责任意识的,由基层公民自下而上组织而成的,扎根在城乡社区的,没有在相关民政部门登记注册成立的,不以营利为目的并旨在为社会提供相关领域的公共服务和协调相关群体利益的非营利组织。这类非营利组织不同于在民政管理部门登记注册成立的非营利组织,从成立到发展都面临着诸多方面的困难。究其原因,一个重要方面就是没有正确处理与政府间的关系。正确处理与政府间的关系,从政府方面来说,必须对于当地的草根非营利组织进行情况普查,降低登记注册的审批门槛和登记条件,对草根非营利组织进行正确的引导,与草根非营利组织合作进行项目活动;从草根非营利组织来说,必须树立规范化发展的理念,明确组织定位,坚持在法律规范和管理体制允许范围内开展活动,增强自身能力,提高活动的社会效应。
Grassroots non-profit organizations derive from civil society spontaneous behaviors and sense of responsibility, and the bottom-up grassroots civic organization rooted in the urban and rural communities, with no registration in the relevant civil affairs department, not-for-profit purposes and to provide the community with relevant areas of public services and coordination of related interest groups. They are different from the non-profit organizations which have registered in government, and they have difficulties to conquer.The reason is that, the non-profit organizations didn’t deal with the relationship between the governments correctly. Correctly dealing with the relationship with the government, from the government perspective, it must conduct a census of the local non-profit organizations, reducing the threshold for registration approval and registration conditions, give grassroots non-profit organizations the right guidance, and carry cooperation project with grassroots non-profit organizations; from the grass-roots non-profit organizations perspective, they must foster the standardized development concept, clear tissue localization, insisted on the management system of legal norms and activities within the allowable range, and enhance their ability to improve the activities of social effects.

Abstract:
研究目的:综合分析内蒙古贫困旗县耕地资源产生闲置的原因、整合潜力及存在问题,结合实际提出适宜的整合策略和建议。研究方法:采用问卷调查与实地调查相结合、定性与定量分析相结合等方法。研究结果:内蒙古中、西部贫困地区的人口流失和耕地闲置情况严重,随着城镇化的进一步发展,耕地经营模式的转变势在必行。研究结论:内蒙古贫困地区土地流转和整合仍处于起步阶段,耕地资源的有效整合在一般性的政策、制度和技术措施基础上还要做到因地制宜、人地互动、联合整合。
The purpose of this paper is to find the causes of idle land, integration potential and the existing problems of cultivated land resources utilization in poor areas of Inner Mongolia and propose some appropriate recommendations and integration strategy. The questionnaire and field survey, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods were employed in this research. The results showed that the loss of population and idle arable land situation were serious in central and western poor areas of Inner Mongolia. With the further development of urbanization, changing of the business model of cultivated land is imperative. It’s concluded that the land circulation and integration of poor areas in Inner Mongolia is still in its infancy. In that case, we should adjust measures of local conditions, interact people with the land and integrate the land jointly on the basis of policy, in-stitutional and technical measures for the effective integration of cultivated land resources.
慢性乙肝所致糖尿病患者的胰岛素抵抗及临床意义

Abstract: 目的:探讨慢性乙肝所致肝源性糖尿病(hepatogenousdiabetes,HD)患者胰岛β细胞功能及胰岛素抵抗(insulinresis-tance,IR)特征以指导临床诊治。方法:对慢性乙肝致HD37例,2型糖尿病(type2diabetesmellite,T2DM)58例行口服葡萄糖耐量实验+胰岛素释放实验,测定0、30、120、180min血糖及胰岛素水平。计算胰岛β细胞基础分泌指数(homeostasismodelas-sessmentisletβcellfunction,HOMA-β)、早相胰岛素分泌指数(earlyphaseinsulinsecretionindex,EISI)、晚相胰岛素分泌指数(latephaseinsulinsecretionindex,LISI)以评估胰岛β细胞功能,胰岛抵抗指数(homeostasismodelassessment-insulinresistance,HOMA-IR)、肝脏胰岛素抵抗指数(hepaticinsulinresistanceindex,HIR)以评估IR。结果:HD组空腹血糖(fastingplasmaglu-cose,FPG)低于T2DM组,但餐后2h血糖及各时间点的胰岛素水平、HOMA-IR、HIR、HOMA-β、LISI均高于T2DM组(P<0.05),2组年龄、性别、糖尿病病程、糖化血红蛋白及EISI无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:慢性乙肝所致糖尿病患者主要表现为餐后血糖升高、早相胰岛素分泌受损、高胰岛素血症伴IR。

Abstract: 博物学是一门古老的学问,是自然科学研究的传统之一,通过对动物、植物、矿物、生态系统等做宏观层面的观察、描述、分类等来探索人与自然的关系。进入20世纪以来,博物学日渐式微。同时,科学技术的进步造成了人类无视自然规律,滥用资源,破坏环境,从而导致了我们当代社会面临的生态危机。如何让人类与自然和谐相处,共存共生,是现代人无法回避的问题。越来越多的学者呼吁人类应该重新审视自己与自然的关系。我们需要更多的博物学著作唤醒对自然的了解与亲近。刘华杰的《檀岛花事》便是这样一部充满博物情怀的著作。
