马铃薯幼苗对根际低氧胁迫的生长响应及耐性分析

Abstract: 为研究涝害所造成的低氧胁迫对马铃薯植株生长的影响,本文采用盆栽淹水处理的方法,研究了低氧胁迫对14个国内外马铃薯品种植株生长的影响,并采用抗逆系数(ARC)、湿害指数(WI)以及聚类分析对根系的耐淹性进行综合评价。结果表明:与正常栽培(对照)比较,淹水处理显著降低了“乌洋芋”、“早大白”、“Favorita”和“Vicoser”品种的植株鲜重、植株干重、新叶数、株高和根系长度,其平均抗逆系数在0.61~0.68,表明这4个品种对根际低氧胁迫敏感;而“竹根”、“藏薯1号”和“克新12号”品种在低氧逆境下,植株生长受到的抑制相对较小,其平均抗逆系数在0.90~0.93,说明这3个品种对低氧胁迫具有较强的抗性。其余7个品种的平均抗逆系数在0.75~0.83,对低氧逆境也具有一定的耐性。

Abstract: 摘要:在我国深化体育改革的背景下,体育社团进入体育治理体系、成为体育治理的主体是必然的趋势,体育社团社会责任体系构建对于推进体育治理体系和治理能力现代化建设意义重大。主要采用文献资料法,对体育社团社会责任的理论渊源及五位一体社会责任体系构建等问题进行了分析与研究。研究认为,我国体育事业的改革和发展需要政府、市场和社会组织等多元主体的协同合作,体育社团在分享治理权力、资源的同时,也应当积极主动分担相应的责任。体育社团社会责任体系的构建不仅要关注体育社团自身发展和利益相关者的需求,还应当符合国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设的需要,关注我国社会改革和发展的总体要求,与建设中国特色社会主义的总体布局相一致。提出了体育社团社会责任体系是由包括体育社团的政治责任、经济责任、文化责任、社会建设责任、生态文明责任在内的5个子系统构成的五位一体社会责任有机整体。
Abstract: In the context of deepening the reform of sports culture in China, it’s an inevitable trend for sports community organizations to enter the system of sports governance and become the main body of sports governance. The construction of social responsibility system of sports organizations is of great significance to the promotion of sports governance system and the modernization of governance ability. This study analyzed the original concepts and five-in-one system construction of social responsibility of sports organizations by the method of literature review. The study concluded that the reform and development of China's sport need the cooperation between the government, the market and the social organizations, and sports organizations should share the power and resources, as well as the corresponding responsibilities. The construction of social responsibility system of sports organization should not only focus on the sports community development and the needs of stakeholders, should also meet the need of national governance systems and governance capacity modernization construction, focus on the general requirements of reform and development of our society, and the system should be consistent with the overall layout of the socialist construction Chinese characteristics. The study put forward that the social responsibility system of sports organization is five-in-one organic system, and composed of five subsystems that are political responsibility, economic responsibility, cultural responsibility, social construction responsibility and ecological civilization responsibility

Abstract: 在氨性底液(PH8)中,钴(II)-丁二酮肟(DMG)-亚硝酸盐体系产生高灵敏的极谱催化波.利用吸附伏安法,测定下限可达1×10^-^1^1mol.dm^-^3Co.我们用多种电化学方法和紫外可见分光光度法证明,吸附在汞电极表面的[NH4]2[Co(DMG)2(NO2)2]是有很高电活性的混配化合物,在复杂的电还原过程中,不仅Co(II)和DMG被催化还原,而且NO2^-也被催化还原,从而产生很大的催化电流,本文再一次证明,“活性钴"在催化波的形成过程中起着重要的作用.
处理机匣在单级跨声速风扇上的实验研究

Abstract: 为新研制的单级跨声速风扇设计了3种不同形式的处理机匣,圆弧斜槽处理机匣、轴向斜槽处理机匣和反旋涡式处理机匣,并在该单级跨声风扇上进行了实验研究。采用新建立的试车台数据实时采集与监控系统,测量了该单级跨声速风扇的总性能和采用处理机匣后风扇的总性能、基元级性能。通过分析表明圆弧斜槽处理机匣使风扇的稳定工作裕度获得较大的改善,并且与实壁参考机匣相比,提高了峰值效率,其作用效果明显地优于其他形式的处理机匣

Abstract: 会计这门通用商业语言在经济全球化发展的大趋势下呈现出明显的"趋同化"特征,各国会计语言均开始讲"普通话",但其中仍然夹杂"方言"。在这种背景下,会计职业判断的意义得到凸显。本文从会计职业判断的判断标准——会计准则入手,通过将我国企业会计准则中涉及会计职业判断语言措辞划分为五种类型,来实现对我国会计职业判断语言措辞应用现状的理解与把握,并由此发现存在的问题和不足,在此基础上对如何改进我国企业准则中会计职业判断语言措辞提出了有针对性的建议,以期能为我国会计准则的下一步改革作出些许贡献
高校民族民间体育发展的思考

Abstract: 摘要:民族民间体育是我国传统文化的“活化石”,在民族凝聚力的提升和文化自信的培养上具有突出价值。为了拓展民族民间体育在高校的生存空间,合理利用高校这一媒介,主要运用文献资料法和专家访谈法对我国民族民间体育的项目属性,在高校发展中的威胁与优势及今后的发展进行了归纳与剖析。结论:民族民间体育具有传承性、地域性、民族性、多样性特征;西方体育的涌入和自身架构的混乱是民族民间体育在高校生存的主要威胁。其在高校发展的优势:文化思维取向符合学生根深的“东方思维”;民族民间体育厚重的仪式感助推校园文化建设;多元化的民族民间体育活动是一种良好的道德说教。建议:转变教育理念,实现由“唯第一论”向“集体参与”的跨越;促进项目自身建设,控制好民族民间体育项目的规范化、标准化限度;以文化为把手,深度挖掘项目的人文元素。通过此研究,为民族民间体育的发展提供新路径、新方法,实现“传统”项目的“非传统”发展,拓展其在高校的生存空间。
Abstract: National folk sports is “living fossil” of the traditional culture of our country, it has an outstanding function in enhancing national cohesion and cultivating cultural self-confidence. This study mainly used the methods of literature review and expert interview to analyze the project attribute of national folk sports in China, as well as the threats and advantages in development of colleges, aimed at expand the living space of national folk sports in colleges. Conclusions: National folk sports has the characteristics of inheritance, region, nationality and diversity. The influx of western sports and the confusion of its structure are the main threats to the survival of national and folk sports in colleges. National folk sports in colleges has the following advantages: culture thinking orientation is accorded with student’s deep roots “oriental thought”; its heavy ceremony promotes the construction of campus culture; and diversified folk sports is a kind of good moral preaching. Suggestions: We should change education idea to realize the span from “only the first” to “collective participation”, promote the events construction, control the standardization, and deeply dig the human element of event. This study provided new ways for the development of national folk sports to achieve “non-traditional” development of “traditional” events, and to expand its living space in colleges

Abstract: 以玉米穗粒腐病的主要高原菌串珠镰刀菌fusariummoniliformsheld为菌源,采用4种接种方法比较结果,以针刺果穗较深处(籽粒与穗轴间)发病最重,花丝喷雾法发病最轻;接种时期以乳熟期接种为好;接种浓度以10×40倍,每视野60个分生孢子接种效果最好;接种量以每果穗接种2.5ml孢子悬浮液发病重,效果好。

Abstract: 本文用有限时间热力学方法分析了碟式太阳能集热器驱动内可逆斯特林热机系统的(火用)效率与吸收器工作温度、聚光比和回热时间系数之间的优化关系。研究结果表明:碟式系统的(火用)效率随聚光比和吸收器工作温度的增加先增加后减小,随回热时间系数的增加而减小;碟式系统较为合适的聚光比范围为600~1000,所对应的吸收器工作温度为1000K~1600K,当聚光比在850左右时,系统的(火用)效率达到最大值,约为0.54,此时吸收器的最佳工作温度为1200K左右。这为碟式系统的优化设计与节能运行提供了理论指导。?
