Abstract: 本文应用分歧理论所发展的一些方法与技巧,研究位于子流形上的光滑函数的退化临界点的识别问题,建立了RH -等价理论,包括两函数芽RH -等价的判别定理,识别问题高阶项的精确表达形式及低阶项的刻画等。
By some methods and techniques developed from bifurcation theory, this paper investigates the recognition problem of degenerate critical points of smooth functions. Each one of such critical points lies on a sub-manifold included in domain of function. The so-called RH -equivalence theory is established, including a theorem to insureRH -equivalence between two function-germs, an exact formula for higher-order terms, a characterization of low-order terms, and so on.

Abstract:
寿命是产品质量的一个重要指标。根据产品的寿命指标,用于确定产品的接受程度的可靠性试验,被称为可接受抽样计划。本文研究了基于混合I型删失数据的威布尔模型可接受抽样计划。首先,我们给出了威布尔分布尺度参数最大似然估计的精确分布。进而根据枢轴量的精确分布,在消费者与生产者风险可控的条件下,我们给出了可接受抽样计划的执行方法。最后为了展示本文的方法,我们给出了一些可接受抽样计划的数值模拟结果。
Lifetime is an important quality variable of a product. Sampling plans used to determine the ac-ceptability of a product, with respect to its lifetime, are known as acceptance sampling plans. In this paper, we discuss acceptance sampling plans of Weibull distribution with considering the Type-I hybrid censoring schemes. Firstly, we give the exact conditional distribution of the maximum likelihood estimator (MLE) of the scale parameter. Secondly, using the exact distribution of a pivotal quantity, we establish an acceptance sampling procedure satisfying the producer and consumer risks. Finally, some numerical results are tabulated for illustration.

Abstract:
本文分析公路隧道事故特点及多发原因,论述我国目前公路隧道防火、安全逃生设计要求及存在的问题、运营期隧道应急救援措施及问题;在此基础上提出设置隧道蓄能自发光型防火灾应急逃生系统的必要性,并分析蓄能自发光型防火灾应急逃生系统的系统组成、蓄能自发光型材料的技术要求和逃生引导标识;最后,结合我国目前公路隧道的应急逃生系统、应急救援措施,提出相应的建议。
The features of road tunnel accidents and reasons for its frequent occurrence are analyzed; the problems that exist in the present requirements for fire prevention and emergency escape design of road tunnel are discussed. Accordingly, the necessity of equipping road tunnel with energy sto-rage self-illuminating system is pointed out. The composition, technical requirement of energy storage self-illuminating material, and evacuation signage are analyzed as well. Finally, some sug-gestions for present emergency escape system and emergency rescue measures of roads tunnel are proposed.

Abstract:
随着互联网的快速发展,高速TCP在光突发交换网络的性能表现引起了人们的极大兴趣。在光突发交换网络的突发包的大小,突发包的组装时间和波长数对高速TCP的性能影响的研究上,人们仅限于单个高速TCP的性能研究。本文通过仿真,系统的研究了多个高速TCP在光突发交换网络的性能体现。我们研究发现,当突发包的大小和突发包组包时间在一定值域时,随着汇聚包的大小和时间的增加,高速TCP的吞吐量相应增加,当达到一定值时,吞吐量反而减少;而高速TCP的吞吐量都随着波长数量的增加而增加。
With the rapid development of Internet, people have strong interest in studying the performance of high speed TCP variants in optical burst switching networks. But they are only restricted in single high speed TCP’s performance research about the influence of the burst’s size, burst’s assembly time and wavelength numbers. This article systematically research many high speed TCP variants in optical burst switching through the simulation. We show that the high-speed TCP variants have better performance than regular TCP and the throughput has rapid increase when we increase burst’s size, assembly time and wavelength numbers of burst. When reaching at a value, we also find that the throughput decreases with increasing burst’s size and assembly time.

河曲电厂一期磨煤机料位采用的是差压测量方式,机组运行期间,经常出现差压料位测量不准确、料位波动大、给煤机料位自动无法投入的情况。通过对原有料位计设备进行改造,减少故障的发生,保证了自动投入率,提高了公司节能减排效益。
The first phase of Hequ power plant coal grinding machine level uses the differential pressure measurement. During the operation of the unit, the differential pressure level measurement is of-ten not accurate, the level fluctuation is major, and the coal feeder automatically disjoints situation. The transformation of the original material level meter equipment reduces the occurrence of the fault, ensures the automatic input rate, and makes contribution to the company’s energy-sav- ing emission reduction.

Abstract: 龙虎山和龟峰地区的丹霞地貌,是二座发育在中国东南部信江盆地中段南缘由晚白垩世陆相山麓洪-冲积扇块状红色砂砾岩组成的丹霞山体。丹霞地貌发育主要受控于地层岩性、构造和外动力地质作用等因素。丹霞地貌包含了20种单体形态类型;丹霞群体形态类型以侵蚀残余的宽谷型峰丛、峰林与孤峰残丘并存为特色。依据丹霞地貌形成的主要地质作用方式,地貌成因划分为雨水侵蚀型、流水(河流)侵蚀型、崩塌残余型、崩塌堆积型和溶蚀溶洞型等5种类型。最后对丹霞地貌发育进行了模式反演。
The Danxia landform of Longhu mountain Guifeng area is a development of southeast Chinain the middle of the southern Xinjiang basin by the late cretaceous foothills of continental flood-alluvial fan lump of red glutenite Danxia mountain. Danxia landform development mainly controlled by stratigraphic lithology structure and the outside dynamic geological processes and also other factors. Danxia landform contains 20 kinds of monomer type; Danxia group form types to the remnants of the valley of wide erosion type peak, with the peak Guifeng plexus high coexist as characteristics. According to danxia landform form of the main geological mode of action, and the cause is divided into rain type, running water or river erosion type, collapse collapse residual accumulation type and dissolution of karst cave five types. Finally, it shows the development of danxia landform model inversion.

Abstract: 目的:深入了解高校学生群体中人格障碍问题的分布和特点。方法:采用人格障碍诊断问卷(PDQ-4+)3552名高校学生(包括大学生和研究生)进行人格障碍筛查,并用人格障碍临床定式检测(SCID-II)对该群体中的边缘型人格障碍进行诊断。结果:1) 本科生PDQ-4+各分量表得分显著高于研究生(分裂性除外)2) 男生在偏执型、分裂型、自恋型、反社会型、强迫型、被动攻击型上得分显著高于女生,在依赖型、回避型和边缘型三项上显著低于女生;3) 强迫型和边缘型在95的百分位上明显高于原量表划界分;4) 按原划分标准,强迫型阳性率最高,回避型、表演型、自恋型、边缘型等依次之,分裂性阳性率最低;

Abstract:

智能变电站在电力系统中处于重要地位,为了满足电力系统的要求,电力通信网结构不断地进行优化,大量引进通信领域新技术,使得电力通信网越来越复杂。影响变电站通信安全的因素日益增加,变电站通信网络安全这一问题变的日益复杂。本文以智能变电站的通信网络为基础,对智能变电站通信网络的发展历程进行简要介绍,分析比较几种通信技术的优缺点,针对变电站信息安全面对的威胁以及现阶段管理现状、管理制度等在实际运行中存在的问题进行深入讨论,全面研究分析了变电站面临的信息安全问题。
Intelligent Substation in the power system is an important factor. In order to meet the power system require- ments, the system constantly optimizes power communication network structures, including massive introduction of new communications technologies, making electric power communication network more complex than ever. Factors affecting the substation communication safety are increasing. Substation communication network security problems become more complex. In this paper, intelligent substation communication networks based on intelligent substation communication network development process are briefly described, and the advantages and disadvantages of several communication technologies are analyzed and compared . In the end of the article, this paper comprehensive analyzed substation informa- tion system threats, present management situation and management system in actual operation.
