鸟类羽髓细胞培养方法的建立及其细胞增殖动力学研究

Abstract: 采用常规的外周血培养技术很难获得足够分析的鸟类细胞中期染色体标本。目前为止,对于鸟类的细胞遗传学研究仍采用骨髓制备染色体的方法,但这种方法不能用于对一些稀有珍禽的研究。 为研究鸟类细胞遗传学,我们建立了鸟类羽髓细胞离体短期培养的方法。应用这种方法,经48小时培养就可收获细胞并制备染色体标本。同时,还应用姐妹染色单体差别染色技术(SCD),对羽髓细胞的增殖周期进行了研究并取得成功。 实验表明,我们所建立的鸟类羽髓细胞培养方法具有:(1)取材容易,(2)增殖迅速,(3)操作简便的特点。

Abstract:
目的:研究维持性血液透析患者的深静脉长期导管的护理方法,总结护理体会,以延长维持性血液透析患者颈内静脉长期导管的使用。方法:对41例进行颈内静脉长期置管的透析患者进行回顾性分析,总结护理方法对导管相关并发症的影响。结果:41例患者中有1例出现全身感染,经抗感染治疗,以及用庆大霉素封管后好转;1例导管出口处皮肤感染,用药后控制;7例引流不畅,6例经调整导管以及尿激酶封管溶栓后血流恢复正常,1例拔管。结论:正确使用和护理血液透析患者的深静脉长期导管,可有效减少其导管并发症发生。
Objective: From studying nursing methods of the long-term maintenance hemodialysis patients with deep vein catheter and summarizing the nursing experience, to extend the use of long-term internal jugular vein catheters in patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Method: We retrospec-tively analyzed 41 cases of internal jugular vein catheter long-term dialysis patients and summa-rized the nursing methods influence of catheter-related complications. Results: 1 of 41 cases had systemic infection and was improved after the anti-infection treatment and using gentamycin sealing tube; 1 case had catheter exit skin infections and was controlled by using the anti-infection medicine; 7 cases had poor drainage. 6 of them were back to normal after adjusted catheter and urokinase seal tube blood flow, 1 case of them had to draw the catheter out. Conclusion: The right nursing care and use of long-term deep vein catheter can effectively reduce the catheter complica-tions of hemodialysis patients.

Abstract:
工程学和医学等领域中的很多问题进行抽象后可转化为散乱数据的光滑曲面重构问题。在散乱数据附近设定初始轮廓,将初始轮廓间接地表示为水平集函数的零水平集形式,最终将初始活动轮廓的演化转化成水平集函数的演化。定义一个以水平集函数为自变量的能量泛函来度量它与散乱点的逼近程度,利用改进的变分水平集方法演化初始轮廓,达到重构目的。本文中,一是对Heaviside函数进行改进,使初始轮廓能更好的收敛于目标轮廓;二是给出了模型数值计算的具体过程,并以二维实例说明散乱数据重构的效果。
A lot of problems in the field of engineering and medicine after abstraction can be converted into scattered data reconfiguration problems. We set initial contour near the scattered data, expressed as the zero level set of the level set function, which will eventually turn the evolution of initial active contour into the evolution of the level set function. We define an energy functional who takes the level set function as its independent variable, to measure approximation degree with the scattered data, and use the improved variational level set method to evolve the initial contour and achieve reconstruction. In this paper, firstly, putting forward an improved Heaviside function to make the initial contour can better converge in the target contour; secondly, the specific process of numerical calculation model is given, and a two-dimensional example illustrates the effect of the scattered data reconstruction.

This paper studies the problem of establishing evaluation system on regional credit system ma-turity. It analyzes the basic characteristics of credit system and establishes the principle of regional credit system maturity assessment according to the differences among the nature of the agency, then establishes evaluation system of regional credit system maturity by analyzing the composition of credit and reporting industry framework and operation process, which provides the indicators to explore the regional credit system development problems.

Abstract: 作为农业产业化经营的市场开拓者、组织者、带动者和技术创新主体, 农业类上市公司是实现农业产业化经营的营运中心、信息中心和服务中心,是带动整个农业产业链条运行和深化,带领广大农民面对市场、生产致富的关键。因此,其经营状况对于国民经济的发展具有非常重要的意义。为对我国农业类上市公司经营状况进行评价,本文选取了已经在国内上市的农业类公司作为研究对象,在建立农业类上市公司经营绩效综合评价指标体系的基础上,运用灰色关联度分析法,对这15家公司的经营绩效作了排序和评价分析。结果发现除星河生物、登海种业以及荃银高科以外,其他12家农业类上市公司经营绩效的灰色关联度得分差距不是很大,排名第4位的万象德农与排名第15位的亚盛集团两者经营绩效的灰色关联度得分之差仅为0.1082。
As the market pioneer, organizer,promoter and technological innovation of the agricultural indus-trialization,the listed agribusiness is the operation center, information center and service center to achieve ag-ricultural industrialization,it's also the key to bring the operation and deepen the agricultural industry chain,and to led the farmers to face the market and production.Therefore,the operating performance of listed agribusiness has very important significance for the development of national economy.To evaluate the oper-ating performance of listed agribusiness in our country,we select 15 agribusinesses which has listed in Shanghai or Shenzhen as the research objects,we eliminate two businesses in order to make the data more comparable,based on the evaluation index and model which reflects the operating performance of listed agri-business,we use the method of the gray correlation degree to sort and analyse the operating performance of the 15 agribusinesses.The results show that the gap of gray correlation degree of 12 agribusinesses is not very big,except Xinghe -Shengwu,Denghai -Zhongye and Quanyin-Gaoke.The gap of gray correlation degree be-tween Wanxiang-Dengnong that ranked the fourth and Yasheng-Jituan that ranked the last is only 0.1082.

Abstract: 目的:当归是伞形科多年生草本植物,其干燥的贮藏根是我国一味常用的中药材,具有悠久的药用历史。本文对当归药理作用、化学成分及引起当归病害的病因进行了综述。方法:对近年来关于当归研究的文献进行归纳和总结。结果:当归具有多种药理作用,且成分复杂,引起当归病害的病因也很复杂,目前还没有一致的意见。结论:应对其药理作用、药用成分等方面需作广泛而深入的研究,以加深对当归的认识。同时需深入了解由连作导致的病虫害病因,采取合理有效的措施减轻病害的发生。
 Objective: Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels is a perennial umbelliferae herb, the use of its dried root as a traditional Chinese medicinal herb has a long history, its pharmacological action, chemical compositions and disease etiology are summarized in this article. Method: Research literatures on Angelica sinensis in recent years are summarized. Result: Angelica sinensis has a variety of pharmacological action and complex compositions, there is no consensus on disease etiologies due to its complexity. Conclusion: Further study on its pharmacological effects, medicinal ingredients is needed to acquire extensive understanding about Angelica sinensis. Meanwhile, practical measures should be taken to reduce the occurrence of disease on the basis of pest control.
