基于CFD的微型植物工厂湿热环境数值分析

Abstract: 为进一步提高植物生长信息的精确检测与培养环境的优化调控,基于计算流体动力学对微型植物工厂内部空气传输过程进行三维数值模拟,从而分析得出内部温湿度场的分布模式。通过仿真分析与实验测试结果的对比研究表明:微型植物工厂培养箱内部温湿度场受气流场的影响分布不均匀,风速高的区域温度相对较低。相对湿度与温度呈现强烈的耦合关系,相对湿度模拟值与实测值平均相对误差为5.38%; 温度模拟值与实测值平均误差为0.875 ℃,平均相对误差为4.41%,数值模拟结果与试验测试结果吻合度较高。相对湿度分布与对应的温度分布模式类似,中部植物生长培养区的温湿度分布均匀一致,其余空间温湿度分布梯度明显且顶部温度高湿度低,底部温度低湿度高,整体分层明显,需要对培养箱进行结构优化,减少温湿度分层现象,以更好地促进植物的生长。
With the rapid development of computational fluid dynamics(CFD)technology, the application of information acquisition based on fluid mechanics technology for the monitoring of plant growth information can scientifically help researchers to dynamically grasp the changes of plant growth information and effectively promote the healthy growth of plants. The use of efficient plant growth information monitoring methods for real-time control of the culture environment is an important indicator and main feature of plant development. Therefore, the technology for effectively monitoring plant growth information and optimizing culture environment is important for current plant modernization and information development. In order to further improve the accurate detection of plant growth information and optimize the regulation of culture environment, based on the CFD, this paper developed the three-dimensional numerical simulation of air transport process in micro plant factory, so as to obtain the distribution mode of internal temperature and humidity field. In the numerical simulation, the plant factory model was established, and the models such as turbulence model, component transfer model and porous media model were selected. Through comparative investigation with simulation analysis and experimental validation, the results show that the micro plant factory incubator of internal temperature and humidity field affected by the flow field distribution is not uniform, and the temperature of the area of high wind speed is relatively lower. There is a strong coupling relationship between the relative humidity and temperature. The relative error between simulated and measured values of relative humidity is 5.38%, the average error between simulated and measured temperature is 0.875 ℃, and the average relative error is 4.41%. The relative humidity distribution and corresponding temperature distribution patterns are similar to that of the central plant growth culture temperature and humidity area distribution uniformity. The temperature and humidity gradient distribution of the remaining space is obvious. It indicates that the high temperature/low humidity at the top, and low humidity/high temperature at the bottom.

Abstract:
本文通过氢氧化铝填料改善改性不饱和聚酯树脂材料(PUP)性能。研究发现氢氧化铝添加量和颗粒粒径大小会直接影响相应树脂体系粘度、最终材料的力学性能、热稳定性和电学绝缘性能。通过控制氢氧化铝填充量及粒径大小,可明显提高相应材料的力学性能、热稳定性和电绝缘性且能维持树脂体系低粘度。借助扫描电子显微镜研究了材料两相界面分布,探讨了氢氧化铝颗粒影响改性不饱和聚酯材料性能的机理。
The performance of the modified unsaturated polyester was improved by aluminum hydroxide filler in the research. Studies found that the viscosity of the resin system, mechanical properties, thermal stability and electrical insulativity of final materials were affected by the filling content and particle sizes of aluminum hydroxide directly. With proper particle diameter and filling content, aluminum hydroxide particles could apparently improve the mechanic property, thermal stability and electrical insulativity of corresponding materials in sone extent, meanwhile the viscosity of the resin system would keep low. The mechanism of the influence of aluminum hydroxide on the performance of modified unsaturated polyester was studied by the fracture morphology of samples scanned by scanning electron microscopy.

Abstract:
为了研究新型汽车齿轮润滑油,使用MS-800四球试验机,在新戊基多元醇酯中添加常用添加剂硫化异丁烯(T321)、极压抗磨剂二烃基五硫化物(RC2540)、含磷添加剂磷之星(P110);采用均匀设计的方法进行实验设计:进行润滑油的承载能实验研究并对试验结果进行了优化设计实验结果表明在新戊基多元醇酯中添加0.6%硫化异丁烯0.8%二烃基五硫化物1.6%亚磷之星,该方案承载能力较高,且有较好的性价比。
In order to study the new type of automobile gear oil, we use the MS-800 four ball testing machine. In Neopentyl Polyol Ester (NPE-3), we use common additives: Sulphurized isobutylene (T321), extreme pressure antiwear agent two alkyl five sulfide (RC2540), phosphorus and phosphorus star (P110). We use the method of uniform design to design the experiment, study the bearing capacity of the lubricating oil and optimally design the test results. Test results show that the plan of adding 0.6% sulfurized isobutylene, 0.8% two alkyl five sulfide, 1.6% phosphorus star in Neopentyl Polyol Ester (NPE-3) has higher carrying capacity and better cost performance.

Abstract: 摘要:目的 了解东莞市2010-2014年接受艾滋病抗病毒治疗病例入组时的流行特征,为提高抗病毒治疗工作提供依据。方法 利用东莞市2010-2014年接受艾滋病抗病毒治疗病例入组时的数据资料,分析其流行特征和变化趋势。结果 1412例治疗病例的平均年龄为(35.99±10.13)岁,80.17%为男性,已婚或者同居者占55.88%。经异性传播和同性传播比例分别为占42.14%和29.67%。入组时CD4+ T淋巴细胞计数的平均值是(218.93±123.35)个/μl,接受治疗时间与HIV确证阳性时间的间隔天数的中位数为74.5 d(P25=32,P75=321)。入组治疗治时,采用D4T/AZT/TDF+3TC+NVP方案的比例为70.11%。治疗病例的在访率为87.89%。结论 东莞市艾滋病抗病毒治疗时机的选择较之以前有所提前,应继续采取措施尽早发现和治疗艾滋病感染者/病人,同时加强MSM病例的治疗工作。

Abstract: 将二乙三胺五乙酸双酐与五种分子量不同的聚乙二醇共缩聚,制得聚酯型大分子配体,配体与GdCl3·6H2O反应,生成相应的配合物,并测试了配合物的弛豫速率.结果表明这些配合物比现用于临床的磁共振成像造影剂Gd(DTPA)具有更高的弛豫速率.
