Abstract:
低碳城市是低碳经济的核心,也是培育与提升区域综合实力与软实力的重要因子,并成为影响和制约区域持续与健康发展的关键因素。基于国内外低碳城市建设实践经验与区域转型发展的技术路线,并根据低碳城市建设与发展的关键问题,从输入环节、中间环节、输出环节三个方面,构建了咸宁市低碳城市发展的政策机制、产业经济路径、生活消费模式、支撑体系等战略路径。
Low-carbon city is the core of low-carbon economy development, and is also the effective factor for cultivating and improving regional comprehensive competition power and soft power. It became the key factor of effecting and constraining regional sustained and sound development. Based on the technical road and practical experience of low-carbon city construction and regional development transformation at home and abroad, and according to the key problem of low carbon city construction and development, this paper put forward the road of low-carbon city development on the perspective of development policy, industry economic path, consumption patterns, support system strategic path of low-carbon city development for Xianning City.

Abstract: 大米是中国最主要的食物之一,需要一定的储备量来保证供应需求。存放时间过长的大米称为陈米,陈米品质劣变,影响营养与食味。本文主要分析了陈米的品质改变,其中包括淀粉、脂肪、蛋白质、B族维生素以及细胞壁在储存后的变化。同时解释了不良气味产生的的原因,根据陈米品质的劣变总结了陈米复鲜的一系列理论和改善陈米品质的各种有效方法。目的在于提高陈米利用率,增加经济利益。
The most important food in China is rice, which has a certain amount of reservation in order to guarantee supply and demand. The rice stored too long is defined as aged rice. And the deteriora-tion of aged rice affects the nutrition and taste. The paper mainly analyzes the quality changes of aged rice, including the change of starch, lipid, protein, B-vitamin and cell wall after storage. Meanwhile it explains the reason of unpleasant flavor and summarizes a series of mechanisms of freshening aged rice and methods of improving the quality of aged rice according to the deteriora-tion of quality of the aged rice. It aims to improve the utilization rate of aged rice and increase the economic benefits.

Abstract:
本文以中华斗蟀为例,以多年累积的人工培育实验量化数据为基础,通过进行各类物理刺激,并将成虫做种繁殖,发现其后代出现一定概率的遗传变异。进而通过对不同年龄期的若虫分别进行对比实验,揭示其年龄期与遗传突变的概率变化关系,并将其称为“物理刺激遗传”,详细剖析了这种遗传变异的规律特征。在此基础上,对中华斗蟀的须、爪钩、项背等部位进行物理刺激致残实验,以及对油葫芦、蝈蝈等直翅目昆虫进行实验,均发现有这种遗传现象。这种物理刺激遗传可以广泛运用于农业生物优质种系选育方面。
This paper found that the offspring of adult worms had a certain probability of genetic variation by various physical stimulations and by using quantitative data of artificial incubation experiment accumulated over the years, taking China fighting crickets as an example. And then, by taking comparative experiments of different ages of the nymphs, this paper revealed the relationship between their age and the probability of genetic mutation, called “physical stimulation the genetic”, analyzing the regularity of the genetic variation. Based on this, this paper took maimed experiment on Suko, claw hooks, nape and other parts of Chinese fighting crickets with physical stimulation and had found the same genetic phenomenon by experiments on the orthopteran as gryllus testaceus and grasshopper. This physical stimulation genetic can be widely used in agricultural biotechnology aminocarb and selective and breeding quality germline.
滇西北羊拉矿区基性岩地球化学特征及构造意义

Abstract: 对滇西北金沙江带羊拉矿区的基性岩进行了系统的主量元素和微量元素研究,同时对比白茫雪山-拱卡路线上与蛇绿岩共生的玄武熔岩的地球化学性质,探讨羊拉矿区基性岩形成的地质构造背景。研究表明,矿区下石炭统贝吾组玄武岩与白茫雪山-拱卡玄武岩地球化学性质相似,具洋脊之特征,低K,Ti,轻重稀土元素分馏不明显,微量元素特征指示二者可能来自于较富集的源区,均为金沙江洋盆扩张的产物,属于缝合带的组成部分。矿区泥盆系地层内的辉绿岩脉斜交侵入围岩,晚于火山岩和洋盆沉积物的形成,辉绿岩脉稀土元素标准化曲线右倾,强不相容元素富集,Ta、Nb亏损,具大陆边缘岛弧性质,微量元素特征与大洋玄武岩和洋内岛弧玄武岩亦存在一定差异,推测辉绿岩脉可能形成于三叠纪金沙江带陆缘岛弧岩浆活动阶段,对于有的学者确定该区为洋内岛弧构造环境的认识在本次工作中没有得到验证。
后革命时期革命资源的法治化路径

Abstract: 后革命时期作为迈向良法善政的过渡阶段,它必须妥善处理革命精神与方式资源。对政府而言,后革命时期的革命精神资源在宪法中存在,在社会主义核心价值体系中存在,依法治国要求政府以法律方式取代革命方式。对人民而言,后革命时期的革命精神资源正转化为公民精神,具体化为社会运动等。政府和人民均需在良法善政框架中转化革命资源。

Abstract: 国内法治研究成果不断涌现,对这些研究成果的再研究亦非常重要。文章认为,法治研究在当代中国有三种方式,一是扬弃方式,通过重述或比较的方式研究西方法治理论;二是历史方式,研究法治理论在古代中西方世界的发展以及在近代中国的生长历程;三是理论方式,从法治概念、标准、意义、路径、思维、理论体系等方面入手,建构立基于中国的法治理论体系。
Domestic studies of the rule of law continue to emerge, and then study of the results of these studies is also very important. The author thinks there are three ways of studying the rule of law in contemporary China: one way is sublation, namely researches the Western theory of the rule of law by way of comparison and restatement; the second is the way of history, that is researching the theory development of the rule of law in the ancient Western world, as well as in the growth of modern China; the third is the theoretical approach, which starts from the terms of the concept of the rule of law, standards, meaning, path, thinking, and theoretical system, and constructs the China-based theories of rule of law.
Klebsiella oxytoca HP1 adhE基因插入失活法构建产氢重组菌

Abstract: 乙醇是产酸克雷伯氏菌(Klebsiella oxytoca)HP1厌氧发酵产H2的主要副产物,每生成1.0mol的乙醇需要消耗2.0mol NAD(P)H,从而降低了H2的产量.本研究以编码乙醇脱氢酶系(含乙醛脱氢酶和乙醇脱氢酶活性)的adhE基因为改造目标,利用同源重组技术获得了以提高产氢为目标的K.oxytoca重组菌.构建工作包括:根据adhE基因保守序列框克隆K.oxytoca HP1 adhE基因片段,以质粒pMHE6为模板进行链霉素抗性基因表达盒的扩增,表达链霉素抗性的aadA基因片段和adhE基因片段分别与载体pMD18-T相连构建重组质粒,同源整合质粒pTA-Str的构建,以链霉素作为筛选标记筛选重组菌.菌落PCR鉴定结果表明,aadA基因表达盒通过质粒pTA-Str的介导已定点插入Koxytoca HP1基因组中,成功地构建了adhE基因部分片段缺失的重组菌.葡萄糖发酵实验结果表明,相同发酵条件下,重组菌比野生菌的产氢量提高了16.07%,乙醇产量下降了70.47%.利用基因工程技术提高产氢初步获得成功.

Abstract: 2011年3月13日至4月13日哥斯达黎加地震起源计划IODP334航次在中美洲哥斯达黎加俯冲带大陆边缘斜坡带实施。该航次的主要科学目标是研究俯冲剥蚀控制的俯冲带大地震的聚集和破裂过程。在1个月的钻探时间内,总共在4个站位、8个钻孔中获得1492.88m的岩芯,获得许多中新世到现代的火山灰层,初步确定上覆板块内沉积物和基底的岩性变化以及俯冲可可洋脊为玄武岩基底的特征。
