Abstract: 蔬菜是居民日常生活的重要组成部分,同时也与生产经营者的收入息息相关。蔬菜营销渠道是否畅通直接影响到蔬菜产业的发展和渠道各成员的经济利益。作为蔬菜营销渠道中的重要环节,蔬菜零售商对稳定蔬菜价格、促进蔬菜产业链健康运转发挥着重要作用。本文从经营环境、零售商与批发商、消费者间的博弈关系等几个方面对蔬菜零售商的经营行为的研究进行归纳分析,总结评述国内外学者对影响零售商经营行为的各个因素的相关研究,并针对研究中发现的问题提出相应改进的建议与对策,以期对蔬菜零售商经营行为的进一步研究提供参考
Vegetables are an important part of the daily life of residents, which are closely linked with the income of production managers. The efficiency of the operations of vegetable marketing channels directly affects the development of vegetable industry and the economic interests of channel members. As an important link in the marketing channel of vegetables, vegetable retailers play an important role in stabilizing prices of vegetables and promoting the healthy operation of vegetable industry chain. This paper summarized and analyzed the researches on the management behavior of vegetable retailers from the perspectives of the operating environment, the game relationship between retailers, wholesalers and consumers. The paper summarized and commented on the domestic and foreign scholars’ studies on the various factors which affect the behaviors of retailers. And some suggestions and countermeasures to improve the issues were put forward in order to provide the reference for further study on vegetable retailers’ operating behaviors.
移动床生物膜反应器处理生活污水的研究

Abstract: 通过小试规模的移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)处理陕西科技大学污水处理厂生活污水的实验研究,探讨了水力停留时间、冲击负荷、pH对反应器处理效果的影响。实验结果表明,在HRT为10h,进水ρ(COD)为300mg/L,ρ(NH3-N)为35mg/L,填料体积填充率为35%,pH为7左右时,MBBR反应器对COD、TN的去除率分别为87.38%、68%。
基于边缘角点的SIFT图像配准算法

Abstract: :?SIFT由特征提取,特征描述符描述和特征匹配3部分构成,该算子特征提取数目庞大,建立特征描述符运算量高,导致算法效率低。提出了一种SEC(SIFT-Edge-Corner)算法,在图像尺度空间提取角点代替SIFT特征点,并根据角点是边缘曲率极值理论,预先采用Canny算子得到高斯边缘图像金字塔,再提取角点并进行尺度选择。实验结果表明:该算法在保障高准确率的前提下大幅度提高特征提取效率。
肝移植术后早期口腔并发症及深部真菌感染的预防

Abstract: ?[]目的:观察研究口腔内局部联合用药预防肝移植术后早期口腔感染及深部真菌感染的临床效果。方法:将162例肝移植术后患者随机分为观察组a(57例)、观察组b(62例)和对照组c(43例),观察组a采用3%碳酸氢钠溶液和0.1%西吡氯铵含漱液局部交替应用进行口腔干预,观察组b采用5万u/ml制霉菌素水混悬液和0.1%西吡氯铵含漱液局部交替应用进行口腔干预,对照组c常规采用生理盐水进行口腔干预,观察并记录患者术后口腔并发症,并进行血浆(1→3)-β-d葡聚糖水平检测。结果:观察组a和观察组b口腔并发症及(1→3)-β-d葡聚糖水平均明显低于对照组c,差异有显著性(p<0.05),观察组a和观察组b两组之间口腔并发症和(1→3)-β-d葡聚糖水平差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论:采用0.1%西吡氯铵含漱液分别与3%碳酸氢钠溶液和5万u/ml制霉菌素水混悬液联合应用进行口腔干预对预防肝移植术后早期口腔并发症及深部真菌感染有重要意义。

Abstract:

参考作物蒸散量(ET0)的准确估算是作物需水量计算的关键。目前的许多ET0方法在为需水量估算带来便利的同时,也造成选择上的困惑。本文利用我国农业主产区六个站点的数据,以FAO 56 Penman- Monteith (PM)为标准,评价了国内外常用的四种综合法的适用性。结果表明,1963 Penman、FAO- ppp-17及1996 Kimberly penman都高估PM,在六站点平均高估0.28 mmd?1、0.52 mmd?1和0.14 mmd?1,相当于16.0%、25.2%和2.4%;而FAO 24 penman低估PM,六站点平均?0.17 mmd?1,相当于?5.3%。总体上,四种综合法与PM间的日值差异显著。依据RMSE(均方根误差)的吻合程度排序为:FAO 24 > 1963 Penman > 1996 Kimberly penman > FAO-ppp-17,但南、北方站点有差异:北方站点1963 Penman与PM最吻合,南方站点FAO 24与PM最吻合。此外,1963 Penman的普适性最好,FAO- ppp-17最差,故应用前对其评价更重要。四种综合法在北方站点表现较差,在南方站点较好,其中在沙坪坝适用性最好,在哈尔滨最差,表明Penman法及其衍生的多种综合法在湿润气候下适用性更好。逐月日ET0比较显示,绝对差值在夏季月份较大、冬季月份较小,但相对差值则是夏季月份较小、冬季月份较大。影响四种综合法与PM差异的关键因子为总辐射、净辐射和相对湿度。

Accurate estimation of reference crop evapotranscpiration (ET0) is critical for computation of crop water requirement. The currently numerous ET0 methods, which bring convenience for computing water requirement, cause confusion in method choice. Using data from six sites in main agricultural areas in China and with FAO 56 Penman-Monteith (PM) as reference, four commonly used combination methods were assessed. Results showed that the 1963 Penman, FAO-ppp-17 and 1996 Kimberly Penman overestimated the PM by 0.28, 0.52 and 0.14 mmd?1 (averaged over six sites), respectively, corresponding to 16.0%, 25.2% and 2.4%. In contrast, the FAO 24 underestimated the PM by 0.17 mmd?1 or ?5.3%. Overall, daily ET0 of the four methods differed significantly from that of the PM, and their performance based on RMSE showed the order: FAO 24 > Pen63 > Kpen > FAO-ppp-17, which varied among southern and northern sites: the 1963 Penman was the best at northern sites and the FAO 24 was the best at southern sites. In addition, validity of the 1963 Penman was the best, and that of the FAO-ppp-17 was the poorest, implying the importance to evaluate the latter before use. As a whole, the four methods performed poorer at the northern sites than that at the southern ones, and they gave best performance at Shapingba and poorest at Haerbin, meaning that the Penman and its derivative versions are more applicable in humid climates. Daily comparison at each month indicated that mean bias error (MBE) was larger at summer months and smaller at winter months, but it was opposite for relative error (RMBE). Total solar radiation, net radiation and humidity are the most important factors influencing performance of the four methods. 

富硒乳酸菌对肝损伤大鼠免疫细胞功能活动的调节作用研究

Abstract: ?目的探讨富硒乳酸菌对ccl4诱导肝损伤大鼠的免疫调节和保护机制。方法:选用80只健康成年大鼠,随机分成对照组(c组)、ccl4组、ccl4-低剂量富硒乳酸菌制剂保护组(ccl4-lse组),ccl4-高剂量富硒乳酸菌制剂保护组(ccl4-hse组),通过隔日腹腔注射ccl4诱发肝损伤,连续4w。结果:整个实验期内,富硒乳酸菌制剂能显著提高肝损伤a组织匀浆gsh-px活性;ccl4组肝组织匀浆mda含量显著升高,而ccl4-lse和ccl4-hse组与c组接近;ccl4-lse和ccl4-hse组rbc-cr1花环率均较ccl4组高或显著高;ccl4组rbc-ic花环率显著上升,而ccl4-lse和ccl4-hse组与c组接近,明显低于ccl4组;ccl4-lse和ccl4-hse组t-淋巴细胞(%)与c组差异不显著,而ccl4组下降明显,b-淋巴细胞(%)与t-淋巴细胞(%)变化相反;ccl4组血液和脾脏nk细胞活性均显著低于c组,而ccl4-lse和ccl4-hse组均高于ccl4组,与c组比较差异不显著。结论:富硒乳酸菌制剂可能通过抗损伤保护,干预肝损伤脂质过氧化反应,改善和提高免疫细胞功能活动发挥正常有效的作用。

Abstract: On account of the fact that today's point feature registration algorithms can't match edge fuzzy images effectively, this paper proposed the extreme gray offset feature. Firstly, defined the feature point as the pixel with the most dramatic offset from the local mean value. And then, located the extreme offset feature in sub-pixel level by derived function, while fitted the function curve by the least square. Finally, realized the registration by comparing the distance among those 32D feature vectors built by NMI. This feature was easy to extract and calculate, the results of experiment show that the algorithm has high matching accuracy applied in the fuzzy image registration.
不同构造五边形钢管混凝土巨型柱轴压性能计算分析

Abstract: 基于某超高层建筑五边形钢管混凝土巨型柱,研究了不同截面构造五边形钢管混凝土巨型柱的轴压性能。进行了3个五边形钢管混凝土巨型柱试件的单向重复轴压性能试验,试件分别为设钢筋笼单腔体截面、无钢筋笼四腔体截面和设钢筋笼四腔体截面。得到了轴力-位移骨架曲线,分析了损伤破坏过程、残余变形和弹塑性耗能性能,提出了适用的极限承载力计算方法。用ABAQUS软件进行了有限元模拟,分析了截面构造参数(腔体数、有无钢筋笼)对试件受力性能的影响,计算结果与试验符合较好。研究表明:四腔体截面试件与单腔体截面试件相比,承载力和延性明显提高,残余变形较小,耗能能力较强;四腔体试件中腔体内设钢筋笼的试件与不设钢筋笼的试件相比,承载力、延性、耗能能力进一步提高,残余变形减小。四腔体设钢筋笼的五边形钢管混凝土巨型柱综合抗压性能良好,可用于超高层结构设计。
不同加载方向下五边形截面钢管混凝土巨型柱抗震性能试验研究

Abstract: 为研究五边形钢管混凝土巨型柱不同加载方向的抗震性能,设计了6个1/7.5缩尺的巨型柱模型试件,试件截面构造包括单腔体腔内配置钢筋、4腔体腔内未配置钢筋和4腔体每腔体内配置钢筋。进行了两种不同加载方向的拟静力研究,一种沿截面对称轴方向加载,另一种沿垂直截面对称轴方向加载。分析了各试件的破坏特征、滞回特性、承载力、延性、刚度退化和耗能性能。结果表明:五边形截面钢管混凝土巨型柱三种截面构造中,4腔体每腔体内配置钢筋的试件抗震能力较强;不同加载方向五边形截面钢管混凝土巨型柱受力性能有明显差异,设计中应考虑两个方向抗震能力的均衡性;五边形截面钢管混凝土巨型柱,屈服位移角均值为1/75,最大弹塑性位移角均值达1/24,具有良好的延性。

Abstract: 为研究某超高层结构中五边形截面钢管混凝土巨型柱的受压性能,设计了6个1/5缩尺的柱模型试件,试件分为钢管内不分腔体仅配钢筋、钢管内分腔体不配钢筋、钢管内分腔体配置钢筋、钢管内分腔体配置钢筋且分腔隔板及竖向肋板在柱中部断开4种类型,对试件进行轴压和偏压试验。为研究试件刚度随加载循环次数的退化,采用单向重复荷载加载,对比研究了各试件的承载力、刚度及退化过程、破坏特征和平截面假定的适用性。试验表明:五边形截面钢管混凝土柱,钢管内不分腔体仅配钢筋的试件承载力较差;钢管内分腔体不配钢筋的试件与配钢筋的试件相比,虽承载力相差不大,但后期承载力下降较快;偏压试件与等截面轴压试件相比,承载力相对小,刚度退化速度较慢;腔体的分腔隔板及竖向肋板若在中部断开,造成刚度突变;腔体内设置竖向和水平肋板,对提高外壁钢板的稳定性有明显的作用;截面变形基本符合平截面假定。
