石墨烯中的电子光学

Abstract: 从原理和应用两个方面阐述了石墨烯中电子光学研究的进展,介绍了石墨烯的电子能带结构和量子力学对它的理论描述,分析了电势和磁势对电子束传输的影响,探讨了负折射效应以及利用该效应设计的电子透镜,讨论了电子在石墨烯界面全反射时产生的Goos—Hanchen效应和石墨烯电子波导的构建方案,最后说明了电子光学其他方面的应用.

Abstract: 利用离子速度影像技术结合共振增强多光子电离(rempi)技术,研究了邻溴甲苯在234和267nm激光作用下的光解机理.平动能分布表明,基态br(2p3/2)和自旋轨道激发态br*(2p1/2)产生于两个解离通道:快通道和慢通道.快通道的各向异性参数在234nm分别为1.15(br)和0.55(br*),在267nm分别为0.90(br)和0.60(br*).慢通道的各向异性参数在234nm分别为0.12(br)和0.14(br*),在267nm分别为0.11(br)和0.10(br*).源自于慢通道的br和br*碎片的各向异性弱于快通道.br(2p3/2)的相对量子产率φ(br)在234nm为0.67,在267nm为0.70.邻溴甲苯在234和267nm光解主要产生基态产物br(2p3/2).快通道产生于(π,π*)束缚单重态被激发,随后通过排斥性(n,σ*)态的预解离.慢通道各向异性参数接近零,由此证实慢通道来源于单重激发态内转换到高振动基态而引发的热解离.
农村贫困人群健康状况及卫生服务利用调查

Abstract: ?目的了解山东省威海市贫困人群的现状和卫生服务利用情况,为制定解决农民因病致贫、因病返贫的有效措施提供依据.方法按照分层随机整群抽样的方法抽取威海市居民4550人,用自制调查问卷进行调查;采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析.结果与普通人群比较,贫困人群自感健康状况差(P=0.00),医药费用占家庭生活消费的比例高(P=0.00),2周患病比例高6.7%(P=0.00),慢性病患病比例高16.5%(P=0.00),应住院未住院的比例高31%(P=0.00).结论贫困人群自感健康状况差,卫生服务利用水平低,应制定措施以提高贫困人群卫生服务利用能力.
腰椎单双侧椎弓根螺钉固定后的有限元分析比较

Abstract: 目的建立两节段L3、L5三维有限元模型,并分别行L3、L5两节段单双侧椎弓根螺钉固定,用三维有限元法分析固定后螺钉的应力分布特点。方法收集人正常L3、L5节段的CT扫描数据,利用ScanIP等软件建立人正常L3、L5三维有限元模型(INT),并在此基础上分别建立L3、L5单侧椎弓根螺钉内固定模型(unilateralpediclescrews,UPS)及双侧椎弓根螺钉内固定模型(bilateralpediclescrews,BPS)。并于L3上表面施加500N预载荷,再施加8N·m的力矩模拟腰椎前屈、后伸、侧屈及旋转等生理活动,观察不同工况下两种模型中椎弓根螺钉应力分布情况。结果由应力分布图可知,两种模型椎弓根螺钉所受应力主要集中在椎弓根螺钉根部、钉棒连接处;相比于上下螺钉,中间椎弓根螺钉基本不受应力;下位椎弓根螺钉承受较高应力。在各个工况下,单侧椎弓根螺钉内固定组最大应力值都高于双侧椎弓根螺钉内固定组。结论模拟邻近两节段内固定后正常生理活动时,下位椎弓根螺钉钉棒连接处承受较大应力,易发生断裂,且单侧置椎弓根钉相比于双侧置椎弓根钉,在各个状态下内固定承受更大应力,发生内固定断裂失败等风险较大。

Abstract:
Objective A retrospective study to determine the mid- and long-term clinical and radiological outcomes of unilateral instrumented transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) with bilateral decompression via unilateral paramedian incision.Methods From Jul.,2007 to Jun.,2010,73 patients with single segmental lumbar stenosis were collected in this study.All of 73 patients had bilateral signs and symptoms of stenosis,and accepted the unilateral TLIF with bilateral decompression via unilateral paramedian incision.The oswestry disability index (ODI),Japanese orthopedic association scale (JOA),visual analog scale (VAS),angle of lumbar lordosis (LL) and angle of segmental lordosis (SL) were calculated and compared at pre-operation,six months after operation and last follow up.In addition,the operating time,blood loss,length of hospital stay,complications and fusion rate were also recorded.Results There were 30 males and 43 females in this study.The mean age,mean operation time,mean blood loss and mean length of hospital stay was (57.7±10.1) years,(92.0±26.7) minutes,(150.5±130.3) mL and (12.3±2.7) days,respectively.The follow up was 5 years at least and the mean follow up was (79.4±11.1) months.The ODI,JOA and VAS at six months after operation and last follow up were significantly better than those at pre-operation.As for the sagittal alignment assessment,the LL and SL at six months after operation and last follow up also increased significantly compared with those at pre-operation.All of 73 patients achieved solid interbody fusion.Conclusions Unilateral instrumented TLIF with bilateral decompression via unilateral paramedian incision is an effective innovation.Compared with the traditional TLIF,it could not only reduced the surgical injury and operation cost but also achieve the same ideal effect.

Abstract: We present a theoretical scheme for conversion from ultracold atoms to heteronuclear tetrameric molecule A3B via Efimov resonace-assisted stimulated Raman adiabatic passage (ER-STIRAP). The dark state solutions of the system are obtianed for two different pathways. For the first pathway, the intermediate state is populated by homonuclear Efimov trimer A3, and the second one by heteronuclear Efimov trimer A2B. The feasibility and the effectiveness of the scheme are also verified. Meanwhile, we investigate the effects of external field parameters, including the intensity of associated laser pulses, its width, magnetic coupling strength and its detuning, on the fomation of heteronuclear tetrameric molecules. By comparison, it is found that the ultimate yield of the tetrameric molecules for the second pathway is less than ones for the first pathway. In addition, the effects of the intrinsic nolinearity of the system and the spontaneous decay in the intermediate state on the tetramer formation are discussed.
