乡村旅游的“城市性”因素及发展策略

Abstract: 城市化不但使城市人口大量增加、城市景观深刻改变,而且造就了一种“作为生活方式的城市性”。这种“城市生活方式”虽然具有进步性与合理性,但也导致人们的社会关系缩减、人际交流贫乏、生活节奏加快、生活习惯不良、心理压力过大、工作过度疲劳以及环境污染等问题。乡村因为拥有与城市不同的自然景观,相对完整地保存了古朴的民风民俗,具有舒缓、融洽、随和的社会关系,在城市化过程中逐渐成为富有吸引力的“旅游资源”,成为人们暂时逃避城市生活方式压迫的一个场所。发展乡村旅游,必须充分考虑到“城市性”因素的存在,有的放矢,方能取得好的效果。

Abstract: 摘 要: 五四运动时期的文化转型,是广义的人文主义运动,由文化激进主义和文化保守主义在不同向度进行阐发和弘扬。文化激进主义者极端宣扬人道主义这一人文主义的特殊形态,结果出现了“外在人文主义”和“凡俗人文主义”的极端化。文化保守主义批判了文化激进主义的这一弊病,继承并发展了“精神性人文主义”的血脉,但它在激进主义的时代潮流中被忽视了。今天人文精神的贫困盖源于此。重建合理的人文主义必须注重其不同向度的辩证统一,以“凡俗人文主义”为基础,以“外在人文主义”为保障,以“精神性人文主义”为归宿,三者协调发展,辩证统一。
Abstract: The cultural transformation in the period of May 4th movement, a humanist movement in the general sense, is explicated and propagated by cultural radicalism and cultural conservatism in different dimensions. Cultural radicalism advocates the special form of humanism: extreme humanitarianism, which leads humanism to the extreme of “external humanism” and “secular humanism.” The latter criticizes such ills, inherits and develops the “spiritual humanism,” but it turns to be ignored at that age of radicalism. To reconstruct reasonable humanism, we must pay attention to dialectical unity of its different dimensions with “secular humanism” as the basis, “external humanism” as the protection, and “spiritual humanism” as the destination. And the three of them coordinate with each other in development, and form a dialectical unity

Abstract: 摘 要: 学衡派与新文化派共同参与了近代中国最重要的伦理启蒙。两派伦理论争的核心在于伦理精神的不同,这源于各自不同的世界观、人性论和价值观。新文化派持进化论、唯物论以及科学的世界观,认为人性自然,趋乐避苦,人人都有满足人性欲求的自由,自由即是新的伦理精神。学衡派坚持“一”“多”融合的世界观和善恶二元的人性论。主张以理制欲,归于“中道”的伦理精神,认为新文化派的主张使人流于自然,堕于禽兽。两派均未忽略伦理精神的“中道”性质,但因批判对象不同而有所侧重,从而导致某种失衡。虽然两派的伦理精神具有互补性,但救亡压倒启蒙的现实,致使中国伦理精神的近代转型在新文化派的主导下失去了应有的平衡,甚至分裂。今天的伦理困境就源于这伦理精神的分裂。
Abstract: Both the Xueheng School and the New Culture School participated in the most important ethical enlightenment in modern China. And the core of their debate lay in their different ethical spirits, which stemmed from their different views of the world, human nature and values. The New Culture School held evolution, materialism and scientific worldview. They pursued happiness and avoid suffering, believing that human nature is natural, that everyone has the freedom to meet the natural desires, and that the freedom is new ethical spirit. The Xueheng School, on the other hand, adhered to dialectical worldview between “one” and “many” as well as the duality of human nature between good and evil. They advocated the ethical spirit that desire should be limited to the Mean. They criticized the idea of the New Culture School in that it made people degenerated like animals. Both sides did not ignore the Mean of ethical spirit, but their different critical objects and focuses led to some imbalance. Although both ethical spirits were complementarity, the modern transformation of Chinese ethical spirit lost its balance under the dominance of the New Culture School and even split, owing to the reality of Salvation overpowering Enlightenment. And the ethical dilemma at the present originates from such division of ethical spirits

Abstract:
原子尺寸厚度的二维纳米材料——石墨烯,由于它对于研究其量子运动行为的独特性质,石墨烯也许是构成纳米机械振子的最终纳米材料。本文在红边带条件下,通过用一个强的微波泵浦场和一个弱的信号场驱动石墨烯纳米机械振子–微波腔耦合系统,理论证明了系统中的光机械诱导透明。在蓝边带条件下,通过计算信号场的透射谱,发现信号场可以实现有效地减弱和放大取决于栅极场(泵浦场)的功率强度。这样在蓝边带下石墨烯光机械系统呈现出类似一个光学三极管实现弱微波信号的放大。此外通过控制强泵浦场,石墨烯光机械系统可以实现快光和慢光效应,并且通过调节腔场与泵浦场之间的失谐能实现快光和慢光效应之间的转换。石墨烯光机械系统对于光的存储将会是一个很有希望的方案,同时对于在通讯和量子信息技术上的应用也指出了一个方向。
Graphene, atomically thin two-dimensional nanomaterials, may be considered as the ultimate nanomaterial for fabricating nanomechanical resonator due to its unique properties for studying its quantum behavior of the motion. In this work, we theoretically demonstrate optomechanically induced transparency based on the coupled graphene nanomechanical resonator-microwave cavity system with a strong microwave pump field and a weak signal field under the condition of red sideband. At the blue sideband, the signal field can be efficiently attenuated or amplified with calculating the transmission spectrum of the signal field, depending on the power of a second “gating” (pump) field which can behave as an optical transistor to amplify a weak microwave field. In addition, the graphene optomechanics can obtain the slow and fast light effect with controlling the strong pump field, and the slow and fast light effect can be switched via adjusting the detuning between the cavity field and the pump field. This scheme may be a promising candidate for light storage and pave the way for numerous applications in telecommunication and quantum information technologies.

Abstract:
本文提出一种广义的多模式腔光机械系统,其中两光学腔由一束较强的控制场和一束较弱的信号场驱动与同一个机械振子耦合。较弱的信号场将会被该系统完全吸收而不产生任何能量输出,定义该现象为相干完美吸收,并且当相干完美吸收产生时输入信号场的能量将由两个腔场和机械模所分担。改变参数条件,较弱的输入信号场将由一个腔传递到另一个腔而不产生任何的能量损耗,定义该现象为相干完美透射。上述两种现象可由两腔场之间的耦合所操控,并进一步分析了该现象产生的起源和条件。上述两种现象将在全光学领域中的量子信息方面有着潜在的应用。
We present a generalized multi-mode cavity optomechanical system, where two cavity modes with strong control fields and weak signal fields are coupled to a common mechanical resonator. The weak input signal fields will be entirely absorbed by the system without generating any energy output from each of the cavity modes termed coherent perfect absorption (CPA), and the two cavity modes and mechanical mode will share the input probe fields energy when CPA occurs under parameter regimes. With changing the parameter conditions, a weak input signal field will transmit from one cavity to the other cavity without undergoing any energy loss termed coherent perfect transmission (CPT). The above phenomena are dependent on the coupling strength between the two cavity modes in this optomechanical system. The origin and conditions that enable these phenomena to achieve are analyzed, and potential applications in quantum information may be realized in all-optical domain based on such phenomena.
高温胁迫下B型烟粉虱热激蛋白基因hsp70表达量的变化

Abstract: 为了探讨热激蛋白在B型烟粉虱BemisiatabaciB-biotype抵抗高温中的作用,以含有B型烟粉虱热激蛋白基因hsp70片段的质粒为模板,用TaqMan-MGB探针和特异性引物构建了B型烟粉虱hsp70实时荧光定量RT-PCR检测体系,并检测了37℃~45℃高温胁迫及气温变化时B型烟粉虱成虫体内hsp70表达的情况。结果表明:缓和的高温对B型烟粉虱成虫hsp70表达具有诱导作用,在37℃~41℃范围内,hsp70的表达量随着温度的升高从8.78×105±6.41×104拷贝数上升到1.99×107±1.45×105拷贝数,在41℃时达到最高峰;而当温度升高到43℃和45℃,hsp70表达量迅速降低。B型烟粉虱成虫hsp70的表达与昼夜气温变化有关,当上午气温从34℃上升到41℃时,hsp70的表达量从1.16×105±1.48×104拷贝数上升到6.29×106±1.80×105拷贝数;当傍晚气温下降到33℃时,hsp70表达量也下降到2.32×105±7.69×103拷贝数。因此推测,hsp70在B型烟粉虱抵抗高温胁迫方面可能具有重要作用。
生态旅游目的地竞争力评价指标体系研究

Abstract: 通过总结国内旅游目的地竞争力评价的研究现状,在现有旅游目的地竞争力概念分析的基础上阐述生态旅游目的地竞争力的内涵,概括生态旅游目的地竞争力的构成要素。运用层次分析法,从现实竞争力、潜在竞争力、环境竞争力3个方面构建生态旅游目的地竞争力评价指标体系,采用专家打分的方式获得生态旅游目的地竞争力各层评价指标的权重。研究发现潜在竞争力、环境竞争力、现实竞争力指标分别为0.528、0.333、0.140,表明潜在竞争力是生态旅游目的地的主要竞争力,旅游人才、区位条件、资源质量等方面的改进对生态旅游目的地竞争力的提升有着重要的作用。
一株虾青素产生菌的筛选诱变及初步鉴定

Abstract: ?从土壤中筛选获得一株虾青素高产菌株,命名为ctd004,采用紫外-可见分光光度计测得该菌株虾青素产量为28.8mg/l。通过对该菌株进行菌落形态观察,革兰氏染色和相关生理生化鉴定实验,以及利用16srdna序列的系统发育学分析,初步鉴定该菌株为假单胞菌属细菌,与gq120653.1的亲缘关系较近。采用紫外诱变的方法提高该菌株产虾青素的能力,结果显示:菌液最佳的稀释倍数为10-6,最佳的诱变时间为15s,诱变后虾青素产量为64.6mg/l,比原菌虾青素产量增加了35.8mg/l,5次传代实验结果表现出较好的遗传稳定性。
台风外围影响下的大跨度拱桥桥址区近地风特性实测研究

Abstract: 基于南广铁路肇庆西江特大桥风速风向监测子系统,对2015年6月台风“鲸鱼”气候条件下的平均风速、平均风向以及脉动参数(紊流强度、阵风因子、紊流积分尺度、脉动风速功率谱等)开展实测研究.结果表明:台风外围影响下1 min平均风速波动幅度较大,呈现出跳跃性;实测紊流强度离散性较低,纵向紊流强度实测值0.253,紊流强度和阵风因子有随平均风速的增大而减小的趋势特征,且该趋势在低平均风速段更为明显;各方向上紊流积分尺度与规范相应推荐值差别较大,流场中主要以中小尺度涡旋为主,其离散度随平均风速的增加略有增大;规范推荐的Kaimal 谱与实测水平向脉动功率谱函数并不能很好地符合,台风“鲸鱼”在低频段和高频段的谱值均偏高.实测表明台风外围风场具有一定相关性,采用Davenport假设会带来一定误差.
Based on the structural health monitoring system (SHMS) installed on Xijiang Bridge of Nanning-Guangzhou Railway, the whole-process data of the wind speeds and directions at the bridge site subjected to Typhoon Kujira in June 2015 were obtained. Utilizing the measured data, the mean wind speeds, mean wind directions, and fluctuating wind parameters including the turbulence intensity, gust factors, turbulence integral scales, power spectrum density (PSD) of fluctuating wind and spatial correlation in different observing points were summarized and statistically analyzed. The analysis results showed that 1-minute mean wind speeds fluctuated in a large margin in the typhoon periphery, and the distribution of measured turbulence intensity exhibited a low discreteness with a longitudinal value of 0.253. Both the turbulence intensity and gust factors decreased with the increase of the mean wind speed. Moreover, large differences between the measured turbulence integral scales and recommended ones in three principal directions were observed. Meso-micro scale vortexes dominated the flow field, whose dispersion slightly increased with the increase of the mean wind speed. Additionally, the Kaimal Spectrum obtained from the relative codes cannot match well the measured horizontal PSD functions, and the measured spectrum value of Typhoon Kujira was greater than those of the codes in both high and low frequency domains. The spatial correlation was apparent in the periphery, and the error was caused when the Davenport assumption was adopted.
B型烟粉虱和温室白粉虱在温度逆境下的生存特性比较

Abstract: 为了明确B型烟粉虱和温室白粉虱在温度逆境下的生存特性对其种群发展的影响,通过进行高温和低温暴露试验,研究了B型烟粉虱和温室白粉虱卵、伪蛹、成虫在37℃,39℃,41℃,43℃,45℃下暴露1~2h后的存活率,以及这两种粉虱卵、2~3龄若虫、伪蛹和成虫在2℃下暴露1~12d后的存活率。结果表明:两种粉虱的卵、伪蛹和成虫在37℃~45℃下暴露1~2h,其存活率均随着温度的上升而降低;但在相同处理条件下B型烟粉虱3种供试虫态的存活率要高于温室白粉虱。B型烟粉虱在2℃下暴露2~12d,各供试虫态的存活率迅速下降,卵、2~3龄若虫、伪蛹在2℃下暴露12d后均不能存活,成虫在2℃下暴露4d后也全部死亡;而温室白粉虱卵、伪蛹在2℃下暴露12d后其存活率还能超过45%,成虫在2℃下暴露7d后仍有80.9%能够存活。结果说明,B型烟粉虱和温室白粉虱对温度逆境的适应性存在差异,B型烟粉虱对高温的适应性要高于温室白粉虱;温室白粉虱对高温敏感,但对低温的适应性要显著高于B型烟粉虱。据此推测,两种粉虱对温度逆境适应性的差异是导致其种群发生存在差异的一个重要原因。
