Abstract: 研究了足球菌ISK-1发酵中NaCl对足球菌素ISK-1活性的影响。在MRS培养基中添加8%的NaCl,发酵21~24h,足球菌素ISK-1活性达到最高,比无NaCl时提高250%。表明NaCl具有提高足球菌素ISK-1活性的作用。

Abstract: The effect of NaCl on the production of pediocin ISK-1 by Pediococcus sp. ISK-1 was studied. Considerable attention has been foccused on the relationship between the metabolite production of bacteriocin and cell growth. Supplement of 8% NaCl to MRS medium produced the highest antimicrobial activity, which can be more than 25% higher.

Abstract: 盐碱地作为陆地的重要组成部分,在温室气体排放中的作用不可忽视。为探究滨海盐碱地温室气体排放通量,本研究于201110月运用静态暗箱气相色谱法对黄河三角洲不同类型盐碱地CO2CH4N2O日通量进行了原位观测。结果表明,不同植被覆盖与大气界面的CO2CH4N2O通量存在明显差异。CO2日排放通量:柽柳群落 > 芦苇群落 > 翅碱蓬群落,分别为108.299984.516041.0333 mg·m2·h1,而光滩则表现为CO2吸收汇。整体来看,不同植被覆盖

Abstract: 现代化舰船上装备有大量的电子系统和设备,研究舰船电磁环境对舰船电磁兼容性及其防御力的提高具有重要意义。首先用简单模型验证物理绕射理论(PTD)在计算目标的散射场时能够计算目标阴影区及边缘绕射场。进而采用物理光学法(PO)与PTD相结合的方法计算舰船周围电场强度,并结合美军标MIL-STD-461C,针对电磁辐射对舰船的危害进行初步预估,得出电磁辐射对舰船的危害区域以及对人员的危害区域,且舰船上层建筑所受电磁辐射危害较大。结合几何绕射理论(GTD), 计算出从源点到达桅杆处观察点的射线路径,得到引起舰船上层建筑电磁辐射危害较大的原因是电磁波从源点辐射到舰船结构时,在舰船表面发生了多次反射及绕射。结合3种算法研究舰船电磁环境,对于研究舰船电磁兼容具有重要的参考价值。
Research on the electromagnetic environment on ships that are mounted with many electric systems and equipment are of vital importance on improving the electromagnetic compatibility and protection capability. First, the physical theory of diffraction(PTD) algorithm is verified with simplified models, which can be used to calculate the target shaded area and edge diffraction field when calculating the scattered field. Then, the physical optics(PO) and PTD are combined to calculate the field around the ship illuminated by electromagnetic waves. Next, the results are compared to the MIL-STD-461C standard, and the hazard areas of the ship are estimated, revealing that the superstructure is the major hazard area. Finally, the ray tracing from the source to the view point beside the mast is obtained with the method of geometrical theory of diffraction(GTD), which successfully explains the potential threat of superstructures: the electromagnetic wave that impinges on the structure of the ship will be repeatedly reflected. In brief, the combination of a variety of algorithms for the studying of the ship electromagnetic compatibility has a great significance.
“双心医学”模式在慢性心衰伴抑郁障碍患者中的应用

Abstract: ?目的:探讨“双心医学”模式在慢性心衰伴抑郁障碍患者中的应用。方法:采用phq-2和phq-9患者健康问卷对住院的慢性心衰患者进行问卷调查,选出符合条件的80例患者,随机分为常规组(40例)和干预组(40例)。常规组给予常规药物治疗,干预组在常规药物治疗基础上给予“双心医学”模式干预,3个月后再次测评,将干预组患者干预前后积分进行统计学分析。结果与常规组比较,干预组phq-9总分有显著降低(p<0.01),2组治疗后较治疗前lvef、bnp、crp均明显改善(p<0.05)。干预组治疗3个月后lvef、bnp、crp改善情况明显优于常规组。结论“双心医学”模式在治疗慢性心衰的同时化解患者的心理问题,缓解抑郁情绪,达到心血管和心理双重治疗,改善患者预后,促进康复。

Abstract:
报告一例树鼩乳腺导管内乳头状瘤。患病树鼩为雌性,3岁。肿块位于腹部皮下乳腺部位,直径约为1.0 cm,椭圆形不规则,表面光滑。组织病理学观察发现肿块含有乳腺特有的乳腺终末导管结构和少量乳腺小叶结构,由导管乳头和小叶状增生细胞组成,乳头分支少,较为粗大,细胞体积较大,细胞界限清晰,核分裂少见,伴有大汗腺样化生。核仁明显,细胞核位于细胞中央一侧,胞浆丰富并且呈红色,伴有坏死。诊断为乳腺导管内乳头状瘤。
A case of breast intraductal papilloma of tree shrews is described. Masses in the breast area were found in a 3-year-old female tree shrew. The lump diameter is about 1 cm, irregular oval and smooth surface. Histopathological examination with H.E staining showed that mass contained breast specific terminal ductal structures and a small amount of breast lobules, which was composed of ductal papillary and lobular hyperplasia. The nipple was less branching and more bulky; the cell volume was bigger; the cell boundary was clear; the nuclear division was rare, and accompanied by sweat gland metaplasia. The nucleus is located in the side of the cell, and the cytoplasm is rich and red with necrosis. The pathological feature of case supported the diagnosis of breast intraductal papilloma.

Abstract: By using Ripley’s K(r) function and fractal dimension, this paper studied the spatial pattern and fractal characteristics of four ecotypes Haloxylon ammodendron population at different development stages in Gurbantonggut desert. Of the four ecotypes, soil ecotype clumped in 1-18 m scale, while sand, saline soil and gravel ecotypes clumped in all scales, suggesting that desert plant could adapt a habitat via clumping. The spatial pattern of H. ammodendron population differed with its development stage. Seedlings and saplings clumped, while adult trees showed random distribution. Compared with Ripley’s K(r) function, correlation dimension could reflect the ability of spatial occupation, but couldn’t directly reflect the clump or not clump in arid area. Moreover, the dimension was susceptible to the number and size of H. ammodendron.
