Abstract:
众多的研究已经表明骨髓脂肪含量与造血增生负相关,且随着年龄的增长骨髓脂肪含量比例逐渐增加,本文主要探讨抗阻训练对中年肥胖男性的骨髓脂肪含量的影响。研究对象:达州市11名45~55岁肥胖男性志愿参加此项研究。测试方法:采用核磁共振成像对受试者的腰椎2-4测试。结果:4周的运动干预,训练前后抗阻训练组的骨髓脂肪含量显著降低,对照组无显著变化。结论:抗阻训练降低了BMI的同时,减少了骨髓脂肪含量,抗阻训练可能是一种可行的、有效的激活造血的训练方式。
Many studies have shown that bone marrow fat content was negatively related to the hyperplasia of blood, and as the growth of the age of the bone marrow fat percentage increases gradually, this paper mainly discusses the effects of resistance training on bone marrow fat content of middle- aged obese men. Studies: 11 obese men of 45 to 55 years old volunteered to participate in the study. Methods: Magnetic resonance imaging was used for testing lumbar vertebrae 2-4. Results: After 4-week exercise intervention, bone marrow fat content of the resistance training group significantly reduced, while the control group had no significant change. Conclusions: The resistance training reduced the BMI as well as the bone marrow fat content; resistance training can be a feasible and effective training way for activating hematopoiesis.
双侧上肢训练影响脑梗死患者脑功能重组的fMRI研究

Abstract: 目的利用BOLD-fMRI技术探讨双侧上肢训练对脑梗死患者脑功能重组的影响。 方法采用随机数字表法将14例患侧上肢功能中度到重度损伤皮质下梗死患者分为双侧训练组及对照组,前者接受双侧上肢训练,后者接受以患侧上肢为主的常规单侧肢体训练。2组患者分别于治疗前、治疗4周后进行上肢功能评定以及BOLD-fMRI扫描,刺激任务为肘关节被动屈伸。 结果治疗后2组患者Fugl-Meyer量表上肢部分(FMA-UE)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分均明显提高(P<0.05),但两组间差异统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组患者激活脑区增加,以双侧训练组更明显;治疗后双侧训练组患者出现双侧M1、S1、辅助运动区(SMA)激活;治疗后双侧训练组中度损伤患者呈M1对侧激活趋势,重度损伤患者呈M1同侧激活趋势。 结论双侧上肢训练能提高脑梗死患者上肢运动功能及日常生活能力,其机制可能与促进两侧大脑皮质间抑制正常化及同侧皮质脊髓通路开放有关。
Objective To study the effect of bilateral arm training on cortical reorganization in cerebral infarction patients using blood oxygen level-dependent functional MRI (BOLD-fMRI). MethodsFourteen cerebral infarction subjects with moderate to severe upper limb impairment participated in this randomized and single-blinded training study. Subjects in the bilateral arm training group (n=7) practiced bilateral symmetrical or opposite activities, while the control group (n=7) performed conventional, mainly unilateral, arm training. Those in both groups received fMRI scans before and after the training with passive elbow movement as the task in the imaging. ResultsBoth groups had significant improvements in their average scores on the Fugl-Meyer upper extremity assessment and in their modified Barthel index scores after the treatment, and there were no significant differences between the two groups. Brain activation had increased in both groups after the treatment, especially in the bilateral training group. After the treatment, the first motor area (M1), the first somatosensory area and the supplementary motor area on both sides were activated in the bilateral training group. Moreover, for patients in the bilateral training group with injuries of moderate severity, the M1 of the opposite side tended to be activated, while for those more severely injured the same side had a tendency to be activated. ConclusionConvalescing subcortical infarction patients with moderate to severe upper limb impairment benefit from bilateral arm training in terms of motor activity and performing activities in daily life. It may be related to the normalization of inhibition between the hemispheres of the bilateral cerebral cortex and the reconnection of ipsilateral corticospinal pathways

Abstract:
品行障碍(conduct disorder, CD)是儿童青少年期最常见的一种精神障碍之一。本文主要对CD的结构性核磁共振成像和弥散张量成像研究进行综述和分析,并在此基础指出了未来CD脑成像研究可能的发展方向,以期为进一步研究CD的特征性脑影像学标记提供帮助和指导。
Conduct disorder (CD) is one of the most common psychogeny in children and adolescents. In this review, we mainly focused on the studies about structural magnetic resonance imaging (sMRI) and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) in conduct disorder, and we also suggested the possible directions of development in these fields. We hoped that this review would give help and guidance to further studies on the brain imaging markers of CD.

Abstract: 目的报告1例我院诊治的由原发性骨髓纤维化转变为急性巨核细胞白血病的病例,并讨论原发性骨髓纤维化与急性巨核细胞白血病在MRI骨髓表现的改变及部分相关基因表达。方法对我院1例由原发性骨髓纤维化转化为急性巨核细胞白血病(AML-M7)的患者在转化前后进行骨髓细胞形态学、遗传学、相关基因检测和髂骨骨髓的MRI检查,并予以化疗。结果患者染色体核型在转化前后均为正常核型;GFI1/GFI1B、VEGF及其受体表达在缓解前后均有明显改变;处于原发性骨髓纤维化阶段时髂骨骨髓在MRI上表现为T1WI及T2WI上的片状低信号,转化为AML-M7后T2WI上表现为散在高信号;患者经IDA+HAE两疗程后缓解。结论原发性骨髓纤维化与AML-M7的骨髓MRI表现有明显的改变,引起该改变的原因与构成骨髓的细胞成分及局部微血管环境的改变有关;转化后的AML-M7生物学特征发生明显改变,经HAE治疗仍可能达到完全缓解。

Abstract: The analysis of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) signals using independent component analysis (ICA) has been a hotspot in the recent years. The main principle of performing the blind source separation (BSS) using spatial independent component analysis (SICA) is described. Since the fMRI signals from the experiments can be seen as a specific problem of BSS, the FastICA can be used to realize the BSS. Current analytical techniques, which are applied to fMRI signals, require a prior knowledge or specific assumptions about the time courses of processes contributing to the measured signals. Without any prior knowledge about the time courses of processes contributing to the measured signals, only the FastICA can perform BSS and be used to separate fMRI signals into task-related independent components, head movement independent components, transient task-related independent components, noisy independent components and other independent component signals.

Abstract: Recently a number of algorithms have been proposed to overcome the data insufficiency for certain compressible signals.Most of the existing methods are appropriate for piecewise smooth objects,but do not behave very well on texture-rich object.In this paper,a new optimization model for tomography reconstruction for texture-rich object is proposed based on morphological components analysis,in which compound regularizations are exploited.Furthermore,an alternating iterative algorithm is presented to solve the relevant optimization problem.We compare its numerical performance with two recent algorithms,which demonstrate that the proposed method is highly efficient especially in preserving texture features.
