Abstract:
棕榈油又称棕油、棕皮油,是从油棕树上棕果的果皮中榨取出来的油脂,为不干性油,是植物油的一种;棕榈油中饱和脂肪酸和不饱和脂肪酸的比例接近于1:1,主要含有棕榈酸(C16)和油酸(C18)两种最普通的脂肪酸,棕榈油还含有丰富的β-胡萝卜素、维生素A和维生素E。人体对棕榈油的消化和吸收率超过97%,和其他所有植物食用油一样,棕榈油本身不含有胆固醇。棕榈油资源丰富,具有抗氧化性、抗癌作用、降低胆固醇和抗糖尿病等生理功能,开发利用前景广阔
Palm oil as a kind of non-drying oil, (also known as dendê oil, from Portuguese) is an edible vegetable oil derived from the mesocarp (reddish pulp) of the fruit of the oil palms. Palm oil contains saturated and unsaturated fatty acids in the ratio of nearly 1:1 and mainly in the forms of palmitic acid (C16) and oleic acid (C18), which are two kinds of the most common fatty acids. In addition, palm oil is also rich in beta carotene, vitamin A and vitamin E. The absorption and digestion rate of palm oil in human body are more than 97%. Like all vegetable oils, palm oil does not contain cholesterol. Palm oil can be derived from extensive resources, and the physiological functions are also formidable, including anti-oxidation, anti-cancer, lowering cholesterol and anti-diabetes, etc. Therefore, the development and utilization of palm oil in the commercial food industry around the world are buoyed and have broad market prospects.

Abstract:
牛磺酸与婴幼儿生长发育的关系受到广泛关注的同时,现有研究成果也呈现出不少争议。动物、细胞实验研究表明,牛磺酸可促进机体体重增长、神经智能发育与神经细胞分化;而针对婴幼儿体格生长、脂肪吸收、神经发育等方面的对照实验研究却以阴性结果居多。牛磺酸是否促进生长发育,这需要剖析动物细胞实验与人群实验的区别与联系并改进研究方法以展开进一步探索。
The relationship between taurine and growth and development of infants has aroused general attention for years. The existing research results showed some controversy that taurine had definite effects on physical growth, neu- ral differentiation and neurodevelopment in experimental studies of animals and cells, while in studies aimed at physical growth, neurodevelopment and fat absorption in infants, only a few positive results were observed. In view of the dis- tinction and connection between nonhuman experiments and human experiments, it requires researchers to improve methods to further explore whether taurine promotes growth and development.

Abstract:

叶酸属于B族维生素,是DNA和RNA合成过程中不可缺少的重要物质,在细胞生长、分化、修复和宿主防御等方面扮演重要角色。近年来,叶酸在先天性心脏病、神经管畸形等出生缺陷中的作用越来越受到关注。孕妇在妊娠前和妊娠期增补适量叶酸可有效降低出生缺陷疾病的发生率。本文对叶酸与出生缺陷的关系做一简要综述。
Folic acid, a B-vitamin, is required for the synthesis of DNA and RNA, and plays an important role in the cell growth, differentiation, repairmen and host defense. In recent years, more and more studies show that folic acid has an important role in the birth defects such as congenital disease and neural tube defects. It can effectively reduce the risk of having a baby with birth defects when the pregnant women have appropriate dose of folic acid. This article reviews the relationship between folic acid and birth defects.

Abstract:

早产儿是指凡胎龄满28周以上,不足37周,出生体重在2500 g以下,身长47 cm以下的活产新生儿。早产儿具有体温调节中枢发育不全、胃动力不成熟、免疫力低下、并发症多等特点,是一个极度未成熟的群体。人类和动物研究均表明,在妊娠晚期和生后早期敏感阶段的营养不良将会对远期的生长发育产生不良影响,表现为大脑重量降低、脑细胞数减少、运动协调能力降低,另外也有足够证据表明,在关键时期的营养不良可造成大脑结构和功能的永久性损害。鉴于早产儿特殊的生理特点,营养支持对早产儿的生长发育起到十分重要的作用。
Premature refers to a live birth infant ,whose gestation period is between 28 weeks and 37 weeks; birth weight is less than 2500 g; born height is below 47 cm. Premature infant is an extremely immature group, always accompanying with hypoplasia in temperature-regulating center, immature in stomach function, low immunity and some complications. In reluctant experiments on human and animals, it’s acknowledged that malnutrition occurring at the initial phase and maturation phase will be harmful for further growth and development, characterized by reduction of brain weight or an amount of brain cells, and weak coordination function. By the way, it’s proved by enough evidence that the damage on the brain structure and function caused by malnutrition in critical period is permanent and irreversible. In consideration of the particularity of physiological needs of premature, nutrition intervention will play a very important role in the growth and development of premature infants.

Abstract: 我国法上的劳动成年制属于成年缓冲制度的一种,具有独特的构成要件和法律效果。它能够缓和单纯以年龄界限来划分行为能力的做法所带来的僵硬性弊端,满足16岁以上未成年人独立生活、自由发展的现实需求。在司法实践中,法院对劳动成年制的理解和适用已较为成熟。我国未来立法应当保留劳动成年制,并在具体的规范设计上略加改进。
天然粘土基催化剂的制备及HCl氧化制氯性能

Abstract: 分别以廉价易得的天然粘土为载体,制得CeCuK/高岭土、CeCuK/膨润土、CeCuK/活性白土催化剂,并进行了BET、XRD、Raman、H2-TPR、ICP、SEM等表征及HCl催化氧化性能研究。结果显示:CeCuK/活性白土具有较大的比表面积、孔容和平均孔径,活性组分CuO晶粒在活性白土载体上分散较好;在三种催化剂上CuO物种还原顺序为:CeCuK/活性白土 > CeCuK/膨润土>CeCuK/高岭土;CeCuK/活性白土表现出较好的催化性能,当反应温度为430 ℃,HCl的质量空速为1.53 h-1时,V(HCl):V(O2)=1:1,催化剂上HCl的反应能力为749 L?kg-1?h-1。
