Abstract:
文章从电容–液位的测量原理、机械结构的构造机制和湿度–温度–介质变化的补偿修正等方面对精密套筒式多段电容液位传感器的开发进行了深入探讨,通过机械结构造型设计、电子测量电路设计和嵌入式应用软件设计逐步完成了简易实用、高精度、温度–湿度–介质自适应、大测量范围的套筒式多段电容液位传感器的研制。
The paper deeply discusses the design theory of the multistage-cylinder-capacitor-sensor for liq-uid-position from relation of capacity and liquid-position, mechanism of mechanical manufacturing and compensation for change of temperate-humidity-medium. It expounds the sensor design about mechanical structure, electronic measuring circuit and embedded software. It runs up to simple and practical, high-precision, self-adaption for temperate-humidity-medium and large mea- suring range.

Abstract:
本文概括了EMC的基本知识和运用经验,汇总了EMC应对的一般方法和紧急处理措施,详细说明了EMC设计改进的连接、接地、电源、滤波、隔离、屏蔽、ESD/ES防护等环节,着重阐述了RLC无源模拟滤波、RC有源模拟滤波和软件数字滤波的实现及其模拟仿真,总结了电子电路及其PCB制板的EMC事项,介绍了EMC测试认证,使EMC应对及其改进既有章可循又简单实用。
The paper summed up basic EMC knowledge and experience, aggregated EMC conventional method and emergency treatment measures, detailed connecting/landing/power/filter/insulating/shield/ ESD-ES-protecting about EMC design improvement, focused on RLC-passive-analog-filtering/RC- analog active filtering/software-digital-filtering and its analog-simulation, summarized EMC-matter about electronic circuit and PCB design, and introduced EMC testing and attestation. So the solution and improvement of EMC have rules to follow and being simple and practical.

Abstract: When T. V. pick-up tube is used under pulsed exposure, one will find the sensitivity of the tube descreases slightly and the quality of the picture degrades. These disadvantages can bo overcome by the use of delay readout and pulsing the cathode with suitable bias potentials.Eegarding to the complexity of the target surface due to partial overlapping of the electron scanning lines, we divide the scanning raster on the target into two parts, then analyse the signal current of these parts after pulsed exposure respectively. The obtained formulas can be used for calculating the signal current characteristics, some special case have been calculated, which give the useful informations for selecting the cathode bias potentials. Finally the paper shows how to select a T.V.pick-np tube for pulsed exposure application.
城市应急备用水源及输水通道建设研究――以南京为例

Abstract: 南京市作为典型的水源单一型城市,难以有效应对主水源的突发性污染事故.通过对国内应急备用水源建设现状与发展趋势的研究,以南京市应急预测需水量为依据,对南京市应急备用水源进行了研究,并以规划的应急备用水源结合具体实际情况提出了地表水源和地下水源输水通道.这一研究有利于提高南京市的应急供水保障水平,同时可供国内相关城市的基础设施建设和水资源开发规划参考.
复合生物滤池处理城市高污染水体

Abstract: 采用中试规模复合生物滤池处理城市高污染水体,考察了滤池的最佳运行参数以及对氮和有机物的去除效果。结果表明:滤池容积负荷宜控制为0.3~0.5kgCOD/(m3·d),水力负荷4.5~5m3/(m2·d),适宜的通风比为9%,当C/N为5~8时,滤池COD、NH4+-N和TN平均去除率分别为80%、83%和63%,达到高效同步硝化反硝化状态。
复合滤池-人工湿地组合工艺对城市高污染水的处理

Abstract: 采用复合滤池-人工湿地组合工艺处理城市高污染水,考察了组合工艺对污染物的去除效果及稳定性的影响。结果表明,有机物的降解和硝化主要在滤池中完成,氮、磷则通过人工湿地进一步去除。温度的季节性变化对磷的去除效果有少许影响,碳源不足限制了脱氮效果,组合工艺对污染物的处理效果稳定,出水中cod、tp、nh+4-n、tn平均质量浓度分别为16.39、0.38、1.44、16.38mg/l,出水水质可达到城市杂用水水质标准。
太湖流域污水处理厂升级改造的措施与思考

Abstract: 太湖蓝藻事件的爆发促使了太湖流域污水处理厂大范围的升级改造,升级改造的主要措施有强化生物处理、深度处理等,具体工程措施需要结合水质处理要求、现有处理工艺、经济发展水平等进行比选。升级改造的出水水质需要结合纳污水体的污染现状和环境容量进行合理确定。升级改造过程中需要重视进水水质水量的设计与监控,加强工程投资和运行费用的控制。
Ni基高温合金真空感应熔炼过程中Mg挥发动力学

Abstract: 研究了Ni基高温合金Ni-10Cr-15Co-6W-6Mo-4Al-2Ti真空熔炼过程中Mg挥发动力学。结果表明,真空感应熔炼过程中,当炉内Ar压力保持在100—400mmHg时,合金中Mg挥发速率受Mg在液相边界层中扩散及金属熔池/气相界面挥发反应双重控制,而非受控于气相边界层中Mg的扩散。双重控制时Mg的传质系数为10~(-5)—10~(-2)cm·s~(-2)数量级,而气相边界层中Mg的传质系数为140cm·s~(-1)左右。借助于动力学公式、回归方程及特殊的参数转换,建立了一个简单的Mg挥发数学模型,该模型计算结果与实验室及生产条件下试验数据很好地符合,因此,可通过控制熔炼参数,例如向金属熔池加Mg量,Ar压力,挥发温度及时间等来精确地控制最佳Mg含量。

Abstract: A pilot-scale composite biofilter was developed to treat the urban highly polluted water. The study was conducted to investigate the optimal operation parameters of biofilter and the removal efficiency of nitrogen and organic matter. The results show that the volume loading, hydraulic loading and ventilation ratio should be controlled at 0.3 to 0.5 kg COD/(m3·d), 4.5 to 5 m3/(m2·d) and 9%, respectively. With the C/N ratio of 5 to 8,the average removal rates of COD, NH4+-N and TN were 80%, 87% and 63%, respectively, which achieved the efficient state of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification.

Abstract: 该文提出了中国清洁发展机制(CDM)项目遭拒绝和撤消的根本原因之一,是联合国气候变化执行理事会(EB)在指定的经营实体(DOE)审核工作中必须遵循的基础性操作文件:清洁发展机制核实核证手册(01.2)和方法学及其工具以及相关指南等,客观性原则和实质重于形式原则等反映事物的真实性和本质特征的缺失而过度强调保守性,以及对DOE的不当激励与制衡,导致DOE在审核过程中的行为出现扭曲,发生种种不应有的错误和失误。并以中国某电站项目为例,列举了DOE在项目审核与评价过程中出现的各种偏差,深入地研究和指出涉及联合国清洁发展机制的制度层面的问题。最后提出了相关结论和对联合国清洁发展机制,包括正在设计与建设中的中国清洁发展机制的建议。再次呼吁中国DNA对可能存在这类问题的项目,特别是被DOE直接拒绝的项目,结合项目建成后的实际运行情况,采取相应的调查行动,并将调查结果报告EB
